Albion store people very helpful and very nice just always go by what things say on the computer which i have always put synthetic oil in my car when i do oil changes and she didn't wanna sell the full synthetic oil to me cuz computer says my car only need regular oil but i have always done full synthetic oil changes and have no problem with my oil for thousands of miles so give the customer what they're asking for since they know what's best for there vehicle other than that great deals and prices and ver convenient hours

Mup here from Pa on a fishing trip and my battery died at the campground. These gentleman made my day better. Friendly and knowledgeable. They were even eager to do the installation for me in the rain.

Pulled in with a flat tire hadn t even asked for help yet, when Charles showed up asking if I needed assistance. He called inside and Jimmy came out to change the tire for us!! Incredibly kind and helpful!! Even got a suggestion for a lunch spot as we are passing through on our way from Ontario to Syracuse!! Thanks Albion Autozone!! You sure saved our day!!

The customer service is questionable. We bought a part well over a couple hundred dollars,found that wasn't the part needed and attempt to return it two days later . They were willing to exchange it for our money back yes....but couldn't because they didn't have the money they explained ...while I see there brinks secure cash trucks parked right next to our vehicle in the parking lot and seeing the man who works for it smile after we were told they had no money ! Not a good welcome into a new town so to say.

Excellent service. Removed the running light from my car in order to find it's replacement (wasn't listed in the catalog). Then put the new one in. Pleasant to work with.

Very helpful! Most chain auto parts store are operated by computer trained people that have have no idea about what they are doing. These guys know first hand what they are helping you with.

Sold me supposely on sale for $5 but the three things were rang seperately and it came to $7.50 its only $2.50 more but being on set income i feel it was right .
