Copart/Cash for Cars was very easy to deal with. Abdul Raheem was completely professional in our dealings. The only glitch was that Abdul and I had agreed on a Tuesday pickup and the local dispatcher failed to do that so it was delayed a few days.My car was picked up this morning by the firm that the dispatcher in Albany assigned to that task. The exchange was quick and painless as Abdul had described it. As long as the check clears, I'm a happy camper.

Too good to be true? Nope!The offer was easily twice that of others. This of course triggered the too good to be true alert.I took several days to research the company and look for reviews. There were not a lot of reviews out there for this company in particular, however there was some for the parent company Copart. Most had positive experiences so I decided to go ahead. Car was picked up when they said they would pick it up. Tow truck driver had the check in hand. Check was cleared by my bank. Absolutely no issues here. Initially I understood that Cash For Cars would do the pickup 24 to 48 hours, but it wasn t the case. I had to call and finally it got scheduled. Administrative workers and driver/transporter were all great. Easy to contact. Always knew who I was and what vehicle I was selling when we spoke. I have had 2 positive experiences with this company. First, my vehicle was totaled in a wreck. They picked up the vehicle in a timely manner and even saved my license plate for me. In the the second experience, I sold another vehicle. They offered a fair price, picked up the vehicle on the next business day, and paid immediately. Process to get my car sold was fairly simple, one phone call and the agent set me up for everything. There was a hiccup though, they didn't tell me about all of the documents I'd need to have ready when the tow truck arrived. Thankfully, the tow driver was on top of things and alerted me in advance to what I'd need and had me provide images via text to ensure everything was in order before he got there.Overall, great service, but the initial mismanagement of the required documents would have been a bummer had the tow driver not double checked everything ahead of time.Service: Vehicle purchasing

A very quick and easy experience. I was quoted a certain amount for my car and it was the highest of all the places I contacted. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and kind. I had a pickup time scheduled in less then 24 hours. The tow truck driver was kind as well and had my car removed within 10 minutes. Easy exchange of keys, title and check. Was a great process in the end but took a long time to get the car pick up (no weekends and over 48hrs on weekdays) - would be nice to have a electonic transfer instead of cheque (held for 5+ days)
