They had a master tech (?) Work on our van was so awesome that they were done earlier than I was quoted. My van seems to drive better now. I got used to the noises and feel, I guess. Was the second time there since I had it in to get a thorough check over and found several things that needed to be taken care of. All was normal timing for the needed repairs. After they shared the needed repairs and I okayed part of what I was told at first, I looked up the rest and decided yes I want them to also take care of the struts too (which needed to be ordered). That first day was an all-day thing.The drawback I'd suggest is a sweatshirt, esp if it could be a while or if you get cold easily... their AC works well, but the waiting room gets chilly.

You will never be disappointed with Fuccillo, especially with Ed Donato as your salesman. He is the most friendly salesman I have ever met. This is my second purchase with with and he always guarantees you with the best deal in town and will go an arms length to deliver what you want. I was still on deployment in Kuwait when I reached out to him to help me find a vehicle. It was difficult to find the vehicle I wanted because of the current market situation but he stayed in constant communication with me and had the vehicle ready the same day I returned from my deployment. He's the best!

Recently purchased a new truck from Ed Donato, he was extremely polite, able to get me the exact truck I wanted, and very knowledgeable. I was happy with the trade in value he was able to get me, probably the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever made. Looking forward to continuing to go see Ed when the time comes to upgrade again!

For 20 years of living in Northern NY and about 15 car later we have always gone to Ed Donato. He has always made us great deals and we have driven off happy with our new vehicles. He ensured we got the most we could for our trade-ins. We continued going back to him because the services provided by him and his customer service skills were unmatched by other dealerships in the area. He is very personable and works hard to put you in the right car and ensures his team of people he works with will give you the best offers. He also finds all the rebates available to you, especially if you are in the military or a veteran, and he is very knowledgeable in whats available and what works best for your needs.Thank you Ed for all the years you have helped us out. If we hadn t moved out of state we would have continued to go to you for future purchases. We love our recent purchase and can only hope we find someone as good as you in the future. We will definitely miss you being our go to favorite person to buy cars from!

Always a pleasure to work with Ed Donato from Fuccillo's. Helpful, professional, goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. I love the new 2021 Ford Bronco. Ed knew I was waiting for one to be delivered to the lot - he called me as it was coming off the transport - I picked it up the same day. Thanks, Ed!!! I appreciate you! This is the number I was given for the corporate office. No one in the office is of any help and can't give you any information. I bought a car last year and opted for the extended warranty. Unfortunately within that year the dealership I bought the vehicle from is no longer there. I have recently traded this car in and have been trying to get reimbursed for the unused portion of the warranty that was paid for. When contacting the "corporate" office all they can give you is an email. No contact information is given in fact you are told by corporate that they are only permitted to give emails and they don't even have a phone or name of who handles the claims. I sent an original email to the email provided by the corporate office on 11/4/2021. There has been no response or even a confirmation that the email has been received. I called corporate again on 11/08/2021 to find out what I should do and their response was, they do not know and they don't even know who to contact to get this issue resolved try and email them again.

Go here if you want to play games and not have any questions answered. I asked multiple time for purchases prices and they would not give and kept trying to run my credit before I even decided to purchase from them. They only finally gave me an answer after we were going to leave. These are the reason car dealers get bad raps. We ended up getting a great car for a great deal with someone who want hiding information and told us everything up front.

I have been buying/leasing vehicles from Ed Donato at Fuccillo in Adams for over 20 years. He is a great salesman who goes above and beyond to put you in the vehicle you want for the price you can afford. He worked tirelessly for a month texting and calling to find me the best deal for the new lease I wanted. Ed is the guy to see!

Wish the service department was as enthusiastic as their sales dept. My husband always has to call back and has had to threaten to take our future buisness elsewhere when the service dept. seemed to be jerking us around about warranty work.*But the guy that sold us our car was extremely helpful in communicating, not pressuring too hard or upselling, and had knowledge of both vehicles we were considering. Cars were clean and the overall credit approval and sales process was fairly quick.

This is a place where nobody should buy a car. My fiancee bought a Ford focus from this dealership. She was given a usurious, predatory loan at this location. After 4 years of making payments, she still has not touched the principle and the vehicle is falling apart.She was sold a bad vehicle here, brand new.She was given a loan that should be illegal by modern standards. So, here's what I'm going to do, I'm going to keep your car, you're not getting another Penny. In many countries, what you did is criminal. I wouldn't send a repo guy, you'll be very sorry.

Honestly, I have wanted to leave this review about Fuccillo for a long time now. We went to them in need. Maybe that was our mistake...showing our belly. They were condescending, misleading, did not listen to what we wanted out of a vehicle. All we wanted was a vehicle that we could travel long distance in with our 2 very large dogs, and after looking all morning, they had the nerve to try and sell us a Camaro...? We spent the entire day there, with them treating us like we were a burden and like they had no idea how to help young people with little credit, when in fact they deal with that all the time. Finally, the vehicle they sold us has given us nothing but problems since we got it. It was a used vehicle with a 4000 mile warranty, and ya best believe after that 4000th mile we had to start replacing everything. We are so dissatisfied with our experience at this dealership. We overpaid for a vehicle that ended up being an absolute money pit. We did not realize just how bad it was, until we later went to Caskinette in Carthage for a different vehicle, where we had a phenomenal experience, and ended up getting the exact vehicle we wanted, and the staff was so kind to us. I am so glad we finally got to move out of that state, so we don't have to listen to Billy Fuccillo brag about how rich he is on his commercials, cause I am one of the chumps that helped him get there, and I am very salty over it.

I had a horrible experience when I went with my son to pick out his first car. Usually there happiest time in someone's life. But it turned out to be a disaster. The keyfob the salesman gave my son had a dead battery in it and instead of taking care of it the salesman told him to go but his own battery. We sat there after all the paperwork was done for 2 more hours because the salesman said, "they wanted to make sure the car was spotless". After being there for hours they delivered the car and it was filthy, why did we wait so long then?? Then 2 days later my son found a bulge in the sidewall of the tire. So I went back and they refused to do anything about it because it wasn't like that, even though I have the picture of the day he got the car and if you look closely you can see that that in deed was the way it was given to him. The parts dept told me it's be $600 for a new tire. So I had to drive around to find a place with a better price tucked that they wouldn't help in any way. A few days later, the first day we had rainy weather here found one of the headlights all fogged up. This i thought for sure they'd fix but refused to help again. With the money that was spent, the cheapness shown to support the customer was horrible. To make matters worse, this is the 6th vehicle my family has bought from the Fucillo family and we've NEVER been treated so poorly, especially as a return customer. This was our first trip to this Fucillo dealership, all the other ones were great but these guys were rude and very unhelpful. I'm very angry about this and would appreciate a call to discuss this matter further or we won't be buying from Fucillo again.

Have bought Fords and Dodges from Ed Donato in the past. He showed me a Mitsubishi, I never even thought about. We love the new 2022 Eclipse Cross. I will always look for Ed when looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Pushy is the word! Unless you send out an email asking what do you have in crossovers? Then they say look at the web site instead of saying here's a sample if you don't see anything you like check the web site.Their so called HUGE credit. Not so much. Yes I have credit cards with balances but also have a credit score of 742. No we can't help you. Not sure if that was before I told them I was going with another dealer. Got the letter 3 weeks after I submitted the application and three days after I got my new car.Anyway I went with a big dealer in Ithaca. No pressure there and guess what I got financing with a low interest rate. Bought a new 2017 rogue. Shop around that's my advice.

Wish I could give lower than a one star review! We ve been waiting for the dodge manager to call us back about our car going on it s second throttle body and it second head gasket in 13 months so now we are stuck paying for a car that we can t drive and can t trade in because it s worth nothing.

My husband and i have now bought our 4th car through them (Ed Donato at fuccillo auto mall in Adams) and we always get exactly what we want for a great price. We tell him what we want in a car and what we want to spend and he finds us multiple options that fit the thinhs we asked for in the prive range we gave him. As he also has done for the 32 other ppl ive taken to him for the same thing that has purchased from him.If you dont call him or email him ahead of time then, yes, it may seem like he is ignoring you and you may sit there for a while BUT and i do say this with a big BUT know this: he is working extra hard to get you multiple options that fit your wish list so you can choose, OR if youve got a specific car in mind then hes running around getting the banks to give you the best deal possible and to get you the best amount for your trade in. As well as the lowest down payment as possible, and if possible no down payment.I strongly suggest you go to Fuccillo auto mall in adams for whatever car youre looking for.

I do not recommend this dealership. The sales people are very aggressive and try to strong arm you into buying a vehicle. If you say no, the manager comes out and tries to bully you into making a purchase that may not be good for you. They try and make you feel like a waste of time if you don't want to buy a car.

I see the Fuccillo ads on TV constantly and think they definitely need some revision. Am sick of the use of the word "HUGE" and that face appearing out of the TV screen. A different approach would be appreciated so It would not be necessary to hit the "mute" button everytime the ads come on.
