I had the best experience and want to share. Our sales expert, Bryan, was attentive through the whole process from our order in December to pickup in April. Any last minute questions were answered quickly and accurately, and more importantly with a great attitude. He brought the technician out with me to go over details on care and maintenance for my new seadoo and helped with installing some last minute accessories.Upon arrival for pickup, I was met with familiar faces and everyone in the whole place were pleasant and accommodating. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend for trailer, personal watercraft, ATV and motorcycle!

Called up today for pricing for tires and oil change. The guy didn t sound interested on the phone to even do business with me. Never asked for year or make told me $800 and Then I asked him if they have tires to fit a 2001 and proceeded to say I don t know if we Can get parts for a bike that old, and then proceeded to tell me to bring it in and we can go from there good way to lose business

Awesome customer service. I was looking for a shirt for my wife that came out a few years ago. They looked it up and found a dealer who had it. They got it and shipped it to me quick. No other dealer that we have been to ( 5 others ) would even take the time to see if they could get it. I highly recommend this dealer.

Dropped my bike off for the 10K service. Extremely satisfied with the work performed on my bike. Not only did I get the 10K service but they completed a recall on it also. I recommend FX HD for your service or motorcycle needs.

This is a nice shop didn't even venture into all the bikes. But let's say their selection seems top notch. They have clothing and boots in all sizes. Definitely worth the almost 3 hour ride to get there.

I had a great experience at the dealership. The staff was extremely helpful with me and took care of special requests fast. When I got my bike I spent maybe 30 minutes from showing up to riding out with it. I love this place.

Just purchased a street glide from these guys. Drove two hours to see bike. Well worth it. 100% no comparison to my local HD dealership. Not only did I get a great buy but everyone I dealt with was super knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and Mike S are great guys. Thanks again!!!

The service department is top notch. Had an appointment and they took my bike in right on time. Great friendly people too deal with and totally honest with you. They never have tried to sell me a service or product that I didn't need and have always been honest and upfront with their advice. They have earned my trust in having them service my bike and will continue to have them as my go to shop.

Super cool place. Had my motor rebuilt in Florida. Rode it to New York did not have a appointment. But they still took on the job of changing out all of my fluids. Did not have me wait super long was able to pick it up next day. Plus the guy in service was really nice and professional

The crew at FX Harley dropped everything to fix my broken ignition switch even before the doors opened in the morning. They made 600 plus miles to home worry free and they did it free of charge. These guys are top notch.

I haven't had the pleasure to deal with the bike sales team, yet! However, the folks in the parts department are great. I'm always pleased with the service and knowledge.

We're sort of local but had never been here. Wish we had bc we found a lot of stuff we have previously ordered online or from elsewhere. They have quite a bit of a selection, and definitely bigger and better than Syracuse. We'll definitely be going back

Awesome sales and service. I bought a used harley from Mike and had a small issue with it. Chad from service told me to bring it in at my earliest convenience. I brought it in the same day and Chip put someone right on it The mechanic he put on it was great (I wish I got his name) he explained what was going on while he worked on it. When he finished. Being my first Harley he took the time to go though the bike a second time. I was very happy with the no pressure sales as well as the service.

Bought bike from them in February and had nothing but good experience with sales. Bike needed a couple small things done and I couldn't get it down to them for about four months yet they took care of everything without a hitch. Very satisfied. BTW, they arranged financing with a regional credit union and very satisfied with that as well. Thank you to all!!

I had a break down while on vacation in the area. I called and Steve and Chuck from service told me to bring it right in and they would work on it. They got me right in and assigned technician John Gregory to my bike. John did an amazing job on the bike. They had the parts I needed in stock. John was super fast. They had me back on the road quickly and saved my vacation. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you!

I was in there on 3 different occasion to purchase some parts for my 05 Heritage, the gentleman at the parts counter made sure I had the correct parts. During one visit a technician even came out to verify what I was needing as well as gave me some info to look out for when put it back together.

Nice atmosphere. Large showroom space, but broken up nicely, so it feels like a cozy, friendly ski lodge or rustic Adirondack great camp setting. Friendly and knowledgeable staff greet you and are readily available to help, but are not hovering.Alot of merchandise too. Not just bikes, quads, sleds, and trailers so it is a nice place to visit, shop, say hello, browse, and maybe even find something you like, that doesn't require a bank loan to buy.Parts counters are also there, tucked away tastefully. I have never had a problem getting a part there. The staff do a great job making sure it is the right part. They also will make sure to check that you didn't forget that little dohickee thingy that fell off and rolled away when you were removing that offending part.

They are not there to help you , but only them selves , cant be bothered .... had the balls to say no inspection w/out an appointment as 3 of them stood there , but the atv dealer up the road was happy to serve a customer

Took my old bike in for service earlier in the year they did an outstanding job with it. I trailered it 80 miles because local dealer told me couldn t help me out until winter. The people impressed me so much I purchased another bike last week.
