Very polite, professional and prompt! Needed three fittings and two hoses made, took about 6 minutes. I've never been to any shop that quick. Lots of stock, plenty of knowledge. Would recommend to anyone needing a pump, hoses, rebuild projects, they are great!!

I was having a very hard time finding the right hydraulic valve for my tractor. Gave Empire Hydraulics a call, and they found what I needed in minutes. I can't thank these guys enough, big shout out to Menno! Will be doing buisness here again.

This is one of the worst places you could ever work at. There are no safety equipment no safety guidelines. It is simply all about the boss making the money and giving nothing back to the employee. Period! They charge between 50 and $70 an hour on any job that you do but the employee makes about $15 an hour on anything that he does. I was told that the sky was the limit $40 an hour would not be on her table to do what we were doing. Guess what, It didn't happen. I simply asked them for a raise or a by piece count maybe $5 a piece to build whatever have to build has to be guaranteed they have to be perfect for permco. They said no because that's how they are and I said goodbye do not trust these boys do not use these boys there's got to be a better place for you to go anywhere in New York state these guys are the biggest rip-off there ever was.

Called them up on a hydraulic pump. Very knowledgeable and helpful, despite knowing that I was only looking for info.
