This is the best automatic car wash in Ruidoso. I have the highest monthly package and come here 1-2 times a week to keep my car looking amazing. I believe the pricing is very good being you can go as many times a month as you need. The owner is always working and she is so friendly when I come to wash my car. My husband along with my mom and uncle all have the monthly pass because they like it so much!

Took care of those West Texas Always enjoy a clean car when I m on a trip and gave Epic A try. Overall I was impressed with the wash, faculty, and service. The staff was exceptionally friendly.Went for the Epic package which included everything. Love that they provided towels and gave a token for the vacuum with that package. I do appreciate that they don t offer free vacuums as I ve always found it leads to an overcrowded facility and patrons that have paid for the services are left waiting.I ll definitely be back.

The epic car wash experience is second to none and I have been to car washes all over the western US. Machinery is top of the line and does a FANTASTIC clean. Most car washes can be an absolute eyesore to the community if not careful. The epic design and layout is contemporary, clean, organized and an absolute compliment and asset to the community of Ruidoso. .The best part of the team? their enthusiasm that is carried to that place day in and day out to be the very best business they can be EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! That s the BEST PART!!!! Being in business for yourself, in a non-business friendly state, is anything but easy and serving the public at the same time like this is quite a feat.I did notice one or two, out of several positive, of the more critical reviews and that s cool as it will keep Epic on their toes. However, if you have loose parts on your vehicle or attached accessories that can not be anticipated by the machines then, yes, something may happen. I have also wondered how one car can get scratched a not other few hundred that have gone through??? Just my take on that.Hats off the Epic car was and their team. Very rarely will see you a manager/owner on site with their team greeting every customer one by one as they come to do commerce with their business. Best car wash in town by far, but the resilience to give top notch service with every single sale is by far the very best part of that place !!!! We need these sort of businesses back and back in our entire country.Hats off Epic !!!

Great and helpful staff. I have an annual pass and love the ability to go as much as I want. My black SUV always looks sharp after I go through the car wash. They have compressed air to blow out all the cracks and towels on site to help detail the car.

Absolutely the best car wash in Ruidoso. The facility is first class and does an excellent job of cleaning the car, and I m impressed with how well it does on the wheels.. Additionally, the extra amenities of compressed air to blow out moisture from the mirrors and molding is nice, along with free rags to wipe the car down.

I cannot say enough about Jessica and her business. She always has a welcoming smile and is always there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Her amazing team makes sure to guide you through the wash stress free. Place is beautiful , clean and organized! Hands down the Best car wash in town!

I purchased elite plan, 48 dollars per month. Carwash is fine but they close early and open late constantly. Not worth the money. Update: I recently spoke with owner and was impressed with her dedication to customer service. This is a very new business. Good luck in the future Epic...

Love this new addition to Ruidoso. Both my vehicles on a premium membership and enjoy a great wash along with clean vacuum stalls. I ve read a few of the idiotic reviews of this business and not sure what planet these people reside on, I recommend Epic Car Wash to everyone I know.

Love this car wash. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. No need to bring your own towels to dry your vehicle They provide towels for you! High powered vacuums and air compressors are an added bonus. My cars always look great!

i just now took my car through and before i went it i made sure to look at car went around to passenger side gave a good look. as i went in i heard some noises but didn t think anything of it but when i came out i heard plastic scraping on the ground it was my side skirt dragging on the ground it was loose before but after the car wash it was ripped off broken. i told a employee and he helped me take it off the rest of the way so it wouldn t drag and as i looked at my car there was scratches under my passenger side door handle as well as a few inches next to it more scratches as well as more on my hood. the manager came out and took my info showed me how soft the bristles were, but if they were so soft, then why did it rip off my side skirt? anyway they said they will get back to me so hopefully something comes about that not expecting a big thing to come out of it but maybe get it fixed i drive a original srt8 09 challenger nd i appreciate keeping it up to par. not to get scratches through a car wash smh

Best car wash I ve ever experienced. I was traveling through town, needed to wash the rental and this car wash is better than any car wash I ve ever experienced. Couldn t believe I stumbled across this place in such a small town. All bugs were removed, vacuums work great, they have high pressure compressed air lines to get all the water off the nooks and crevices, and the staff is super kind. Kudus to the operator for putting such a great car wash together. These larger chains can learn a lot from this car wash owner. Keep up the great work.

I've been coming here since they opened last year. I shortly got the membership. After a few visits, depending which one you get, it pays for itself. Worth it with the unlimited times you can go. Vacuum station has a blower, vacuum, trashcans and microfiber towels to wipe off any left over water. Really nice and friendly people.

I own a Ford F-350. Barely fits in the car wash, but does an excellent job. Saves me time. Monthly membership is great for living in the mountains. Highly recommend joining!

Best wash in town, I ve been going since it s been open and it just keeps getting better. Customer service is incredible and very friendly. Wash is easy and quick and always gets my car clean. HIGHLY recommend going in.

The car wash is good as is the vacuum service. The bad part is,when you sign up for the monthly membership, be prepared for the money to be automatically withdrawn from your account...every month. I understood the monthly amount to be withdrawn for the month it is purchased. Now,I can't get anyone to answer the phone # listed. I have to call my Credit Union to dispute the second charge. One car wash for over $59.00. No thank you.

A surprising high quality wash in Ruidoso! The workers were friendly and the wash was way better than expected. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town and if I lived here, I'm positive I would get the monthly membership.

Very beautiful new car wash. Just one little thing, I would make sure to take off anything extra you have on your vehicle on the outside or make sure it is properly secure. My wash bent up my custom made front license plate. And yes it was perfectly fine till I tried out the car wash. But it was a great wash that's for sure.

Drove through this wash the last time we were in Ruidoso and have to say our car came out super clean. The facility is sparkling and the staff is great. We will be supporting this business every time we are in town.

Was greeted by the beautiful owner herself, kind service, thorough cleaning, no spots, no wipe streaks from Epics washers. This carwash is build and sharp! Car wash was good however we used a credit card and either tax or a fee was applied. Not cool. If business wants to stay should try to be competitive with other washes in town.
