I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. No communication unless you call and even then you can't get a straight answer. The first time I dropped off my jeep off it was for a rear window and was told 3-5 hours tops. It was there from 8am until after apex closed. The second time was even worse. Dropped my jeep off in September. They kept my jeep for a month and then when I called for an update on it, Debbie stated they were still waiting on parts. Even tho I was told they had the parts when I dropped it off. 2 almost 3 months later I get it back, still not completed! Debbie said she would call me in December when my roof arrived and of course she didn't, I had to call her in January and remind in her they owe me a roof and windshield and she said my parts were coincidentally "delivered this morning" but there was damage to the new parts so they had to reorder. Then a month later I had to call Debbie AGAIN and remind her that I'm waiting and yet again they were coincidentally "delivered this morning". I dropped my vehicle off for the final time and was told 2 weeks. I got it back 19 days later with a dead fob key. I am beyond unhappy with my experience there! I would have taken my business elsewhere if they hadn't already been payed to do the job. Don't waste your time. **UPDATE!! Just noticed they sent my jeep back with 4 broken clips for my roof!! Absolutely ridiculous! I'm going to have to pay out of pocket and go somewhere else because they obviously can't be trusted. Smh.

Don t use this place. No communication unless you call them and then I couldn t get a honest answer from anyone when you call. Was told I couldn t look at progress of truck. Then was told I could see my truck. It s 20 days passed the first completion date they gave me and having to take it to another body shop to finish the job in a timely matter.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I really tried to love Apex I did. They were great in getting my hail damage repaired but I m pretty disappointed with the inside of car falling apart when I picked it up. Their work putting it back together was sloppy and there was even an extra part in the middle of my seat that nobody seemed to know where it belonged. The inside is scratched up from them probably not using the right tools removing or putting things back in it s place. After talking to JJ he assured me this would be resolved and here I am a month later and still not resolved.They do not communicate well so I m always having to call and when I do they transfer me to someone who doesn t answer and nobody ever calls back.Service: Body & Trim

Isnt worth it. If they say they will call you back that is not true. If they say they will send info to your insurance that is not true. If you have USAA do not go there. They are not a good company. They are not worth the time. Lubbock is much better service at least they are honest.

I give Apex Collision Center 5 Stars for their Customer Service, timely repair on my Truck that was hit in the backside, and an awesome brand new look like nothing ever happened when I got it back. I thought it would take weeks finding the right matching drivers side back panels for my 23 year old truck, removing truck bed, added storage box, after market rails, wheel fenders, step pads replacing rear lights and body work including two tone paint and clear coat, then replacing all of it to perfection. I get a call exactly 10 days from when I dropped it off, to pick it up to my amazement. I loved the job they did. The paint matched exactly. They even washed the whole truck and cleaned the interior. I would highly recommend them for any of their services you need for your vehicle. 5 Stars all the way, thanks ApexService: Body & Trim

We are driving through on our way back to Texas. 700 miles to go and our engine started acting up. We came in right around closing time. These guys were booked up solid, but still helped me out. Quality service completed with professionalism. Apex has the cheapest prices for windshield replacements and they throw in a car detail. I have also had my windshield repaired and they did not require an appointment. They were able to take care of the repair same day. They meet deadlines and stick to their quotes. My brand new vehicle was damaged very badly with the horrible hail storm that happened in Hereford Texas I was recommended by my car dealer Joe from Hamilton Hyundai to take my vehicle to be repaired at Apex and from the start it was a smooth process. They are very responsive and honest hardworking people. Debbie and her boss JJ did everything they could possible to help me in my situation I ran out of rental coverage before they could finish with my vehicle so in turn they were able to help adjust it to where I was able to keep my rental until my vehicle is done. They re even working on the weekends to be able to finish my vehicle on time and get it back to me as soon as possible. I appreciate them very much and I would recommend them to everyone they are good people and they are there to help in the best way possible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

Scheduled a windshield replacement and arrived at 7:50 for an 8 o'clock appt. After sitting here an hour all the employees had a meeting that lasted well over 30 minutes. I'm currently here at 1130 and I'm still waiting. Was told an hour more over an hour ago. I'm the only one sitting here in the lobby but I might as well be a ghost. If you're expecting to be treated like an actual paying customer go somewhere else.

Debbie and the folks at Apex Collision took real good care of me and my car. When they discovered an aforeto hidden steel part that was cracked they made sure to draw attention of the unsafe condition to Gieco and got it replaced. Their painting was excellent! I feel safe towing my little car.

Very professional and courteous staff. They helped get all the insurance paperwork done fast. They finished repairs when they said they would and provided excellent communications. The repairs to my vehicle exceeded my expectations and made the car look like it did when it was brand new. They also provided a free detail of my vehicle after the repairs. I'm a very pleased customer and will definitely use APEX in Clovis again.Don Slemp

Nobody likes to have to take their car in for repairs, but if you have to do it, this is the place to go! Our experience here was unbeatable. The customer service was astonishing, you are always taken care of right away and with the nicest employees in the business. We had some damage to our family car and we took it in to Apex and it looked brand new when we got it back. They went above and beyond the expectations for what we had in mind and we will never hesitate to come here again should the need to do so arise again. This place is by far one of the best businesses Clovis has.

Best customer service in town! Apex did an amazing job working with my insurance so I didn't have to. The paint job was incredible, the parts were top of the line, and the car was detailed inside and out! Incredible staff and work. They even take care of $250 of your deductible with repairs over $2000.

We had Apex do extensive bodywork on our Ford F-150 after being rear-ended and not only did they do a beautiful job on making the truck look brand new again, their customer service was outstanding. They kept in great communication with us about the timeline of the repairs and were always so friendly on the phone. The detail job was the icing on the cake, the truck has never looked better! I would definitely recommend Apex!

Very nice staff. Seemed to really listen when dropping the car off. Severe hail damage that they said would take less than a week to fix. Over a month later and the only time I ve heard from them is when I ve called to check the status. Each time they told me just a few more days. 32 days later the car is fixed but not being released. Apex waited until the work was done to send the supplement into the insurance so now the pay out is being reviewed. When asked about it they said two weeks of the month was waiting on insurance response yet none of the paperwork was done. Now I m stuck without a car the day I m supposed to leave townUPDATE: since expressing our grievances the manager, jj, has reached out multiple times to try and make things right. Have had great customer service from him and genuine concern to correct mistakes. Had to pick up my car in a hurry to leave town so there are some things still needing to be done but he assured me they will be taken care of when we return from leave. Will update.

The entire staff is extremely polite, friendly and professional. Kept me updated throughout the process. Fought for me with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done properly. No matter your insurance company, use this business and you won't regret it! Car was returned looking brand new on the inside and out. Absolutely a positive experience and would highly recommend to any and all!

Typically when you choose the most expensive service you get superior results. I paid over $300 to have two windows tinted and a full car detail at Apex. One of the windows had a significant scratch on the film. Why tell me it was inspected and ready for pickup? Apparently my time is not important to the folks at Apex since it had to be scheduled for repair instead of doing it correctly to begin with. The FULL detail i paid handsomely for was severely lacking. Apex's excuse was "we have a new detail guy, show us what you don't like and we'll fix it". So another overnight stay to have my car detailed. I bent over backwards to give Apex as much time as they needed to remedy the problem. What did I get? Almost four days of my car being in their shop. $300 of my money spent on a shoddy service. Car still had smudge marks on interior windows. I didn't get any follow up from Apex management. Everybody has a bad day now and then, I had a bad week with these guys.

It took them over 3 months to fix finder damage on my vehicle. They never called or updated me during the repair to let me know how it was going. Stay away from this shop.

They did do good work on my truck. However, Idk if its because of covid or what, but the customer service was pretty lacking. I had to call for updates twice in the first 2 weeks. Both times were on the days I was told the truck would be done by and was told they were still waiting on parts. I even waited till afternoon to give them time to call me both days. That was the only contact in the first 2 weeks, they did not contact me. The first week, I didn't see it as a big deal since they found more problems and had to order more parts, but the second week was a different deal. The fact is that they didn't call me sometime on Friday morning knowing that they were still waiting on parts (that hadn't come in), and I waited to call till just a couple hours before they closed to give more time hoping it would be finished so I could pick it up.I know covid has everything messed up so I hope that's all it was, but being told it will be done on X date and missing work to be ready to pick it up was pretty inconvenient. It was insurance work too, so maybe they just assumed the insurance company was contacting me with updates (they weren't) idk.

My experience with Apex here in Clovis was nothing but positive! Their customer service was impeccable. The work done on the car was impressive. I could not tell the difference between where had been repaired and the rest of the car. Even my cars complicated paint was matched perfectly! Can't say the same for my insurance sadly. My "Local" Geico agent Larry Tibbs made the experience very difficult and take 20+ days longer than it should have. But that's for a different review. I would and have recommend this shop to anyone.

Alex has fixed our car for us twice now and both times they have been great! JJ has been more than willing to help answer any questions I have and Debbie that works the front is always so happy and easy going. She has helped me with the insurance and helped me figure things out so that we could get it done right! I called at one point to find out when my car would be done and the man who answered put me on a quick hold and went and put eyes on my car so he could tell me exactly what else needed to be done! Highly recommend them if you need any work done or get into an accident. It's also super convenient that Enterprise is next door!
