So a homeless broke my car glass window. I called Zia glass and they were able to quote and replace add tint and replace window within a day. They are a very efficient place. Service is immaculate and they accommodate broken glass immediately for cars! I would recommend this place!

The staff at zia glass took incredible care of me at a challenging time. My car was broken into and vandalized and the crack in my windshield was extreme...the got me in immediately and were the best price I'm town. The were so compassionate and kind. And the service and workmanship was so quick and excellent. I would recommend this business for all of your window/glass needs. They offer a discount for tint after windshield replacement and I'll be returning for my tint as soon as I can.

Don't bother with this place.They quoted my sister a great price then left her hanging for 2 days.When she called to see if they were going to do the work they doubled the price.Thank God we didn't take our vehicle in. We requested they come to the house so they couldn't keep the car.Yeah so be careful with this place.

I was looking for a place that can tint my windows, but I was approached by multiple homeless people within seconds of being there making me reluctant to leave my vehicle here. This whole area is riddled with drug addicts and panhandlers making it an unsafe environment for anyone. My car had got broken into and my window was shattered. I called Zia Glass and they were able to order my glass very quickly for a reasonable price. I have a house that is joined at both sides making a bunch of sky lights. I already got big 4x4 plexiglass diffusers tinted which work great and blocking the bright sun. This time I got one from them with a grayish tint and they look very nice. Doesn't allow the intense sun from the regular diffuser from Lowes or Home Depot.I had a long one for my master bath and a small for the hall bathroom.Reasonable priced and very fast to get them in.Already recommended my neighbors to get the same thing.I will add pictures before and after since there is a huge difference.

Absolutely the worst customer service in Albuquerque. The process started two months ago when Zia was supposed to come out and measure my windows. Should ve been a red flag when they were a no-show. They rescheduled. The owner Gordan then showed and did not measure but just looked at the windows and ask for previous quotes from other companies to replicate. After me begging them for two more weeks to come out they sent Herman, who did measure but did not know what type of windows would fit me house. I waited two weeks for a quote. After receiving it it was not itemized rather just a last minute overall number on a email. After another week Gordan sends a text message Stating that they were too busy for my $40,000 order. If you were thinking about Zia I would look into another company who actually cares about their customers and clients. I m sure they will be begging for customers After the market slows down. Please do your business elsewhere.

I called around Albuquerque to get a smaller than dime chip repaired on my vehicle. The only place that was avaliable that day was Zia Storefront. After the "tech" finished I asked why the chip showed almost like they hadnt done anything? The "tech" said that "I should have come sooner". When I told him that it just happened that morning, he said "I should be happy that they caught it before it spread". Here I am three weeks later with a crack across my windshield. Now I know why this place was the only auto glass repair shop that had zero customers. These people can not be trusted!

This place was amazing. I had my car broken into and the window smashed. I called 3 different places and no one could fit me in the same day. Except Zia Auto Glass. They also had the cheapest price of any of the places I called. Not only did the fit me in and fix up my car but they vacuumed up all the glass and cleaned my windows. They definitely made my bad day a lot better and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Zia installed a double pane glass window in our home today. They did an amazing job. Both workers were polite and professional. We will definitely use their services again. Thank you Zia Storefront and glazing.

Would not recommend this place at all! Took my car to get tinted the guy working said it would be done within a couple of hours he never called when it was finished so we went to check up on my car and all the doors were locked nobody was at the shop with my car in the parking lot UNLOCKED! I called over and over again left multiple voicemails the answering machine said he d get back within 5-10 minutes later he never called back needless to say he finally showed up an hour later when my husband told him about everything and my doors being unlocked he laughed in his face and said you know how Friday s are . I would never recommend this place at all the main guy is very rude and unprofessional and he still charged full price for the tint didn t say sorry or offer a discount. And I forgot to mention this happened on a Friday so if he would ve never showed up my car would ve been downtown and unlocked all weekend! Talk about a headache.

Absolutely amazing place!! I called and needed my passenger window replaced they got me an appointment same day and fixed it same day within an hour! also the price was super cheap for amazing Quality and on time service

Its isa company who cares and works with customers tries to help customers out when going through a hard time broken glass is never a good experience. Its nice have a company who still cares about the people. Not trying to steal or cheat customers.

We used them to install interior doors in our home. They installed the dead bolt upside down, Used screws to put the door in, did not match our existing hardware, did not match our existing door trim, one door they installed was cracked. Worst company will not recommend and will never use again. Had no idea what they were doing. Completely clueless.

This place is not honest about their wait times. I was on a strict time slot where they said the install would only take 45 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting They did not even begin working on my windshield. For $170 this place is a rip off and a waste of time
