Fit us in and took care of our problem the same day we called. Wished we lived in Albuquerque so we could take our vehicles here, but it s 2000 miles from home. Wayne and his team do a great job on auto repair and customer service. I had an unusual repair needed on my mini and Daren and Wayne were both patient in explaining the repairs to me. And the cost of repair was way less than brining it to the dealership. I highly recommend Wayne's Automotive.

I can't say enough great things about Wayne's. Feels like I always call them in a crunch and they fit me right in. My car is usually done the same day and if not, it's because they had to order parts. I appreciate the staff so much. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. Wayne's is a reliable local mechanic and very reasonably priced. Lisa and David are always friendly and helpful. I go to them for anything from an oil change to an engine problem or new tires. Wayne's is transparent about pricing and will call before making more expensive repairs. Really recommend this local mechanic!

I have been using Wayne's Automotive for five more years. They have helped with body repairs after crashes as well as other minor and fairly major repairs and maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and I feel I am in really good hands.

Honest, thorough, and courteous, and reasonably priced as well. They've always explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle without the rudeness or condescension I've experienced from other auto shops. The staff is great, and in addition they gave me a ride to and from work. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Wayne's team did a fantastic job on my car's brakes. They were reasonably priced, honest, kind, and patiently explained everything they did. They also provided me with free roadside assistance for a year! This is the epitome of a hometown business. Thank you Wayne!

I've been doing business with Wayne's Automotive for over 4 years and his prices have always been far less than the other garages I have used in the past. I drive a Mercedes and I'm very particular about the work done on my car. The staff always explains the work that needs to be done, with a fair price before they do any repairs. This is the only shop that I have used that will take me to work in the morning and pick me up when the work is completed. Not only is the shop locally owned but it offers a nationwide warranty. Because I drive an older Mercedes and make monthly trips to Texas the nationwide warranty is a piece of mind I can't live without.

I'd been having trouble finding a reliable mechanic for over 8 months, knowing that I had at least one engine oil leak, how bad I had no clue, but then I started to lose a quart of oil every week, so I knew something was wrong. I knew there was quite a bit wrong with my high mileage 2001 Pontiac Grand Am, but one step at a time with priorities. I love my car and have had it for 15 years now and don't plan for it to slow down any time soon.We talked, set up an appt. for Friday at 8:30 in the morning. When I met Lisa, the first thing I thought from not listening to her, but watching her actions. You could tell she was a busy person. Still, she treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy AND she actually listened to everything I had to say. I gave her a sheet of paper listing all the concerns that I had with my car and the parts that I had bought prior to showing up to their shop. She made copies of the sheet right away and gave it to the mechanics. The mechanics looked it over.They started to work on my car on Monday morning. It took them one day to make an estimate and I brought it back the next day, Tuesday. The car ended up having 3 oil leaks and not only did they install my oil pan gasket that I brought, they did a complete oil change with the oil filter, oil drain plug, and 5 quarts of high mile oil that I had bought. They added the Prolong engine treatment into my engine like I asked. They installed a new thermostat that I had. Put back on a plastic "Engine under cover" shield with two bolts. Figured the manufacturer put it there for a reason. They flushed my radiator with Dex coolant that I provided. With all that said, they did not charge me a Single PENNY for any of the parts that I brought and listened to my concerns and did exactly as I asked. Which should always be the case, but unfortunately these days it's hard to find.The only unexpected charges were the timing cover gasket set and extra labor hours for the oil leaks. But you want quality repair, right? Well you got to pay for that specialty.Not only did they do everything I asked, they went above and beyond. Let me explain why. For 1., I had an air filter in the trunk of my car, I was going to replace it sooner than later. Only takes 4 minutes. But they put it in for me with no charge. Not only did they replace my air filter. The day before I had to bring the car back to the shop, I accidently broke my driver's side mirror, which was actually just replaced like 2-3 months ago because my sister smashed my original one with a truck door. I had no expectations of them fixing it. I figured me and my dad could smash it out with a drill and a few bolts and nuts. Nope not needed. It was done, again, with no charge. My mirror was fixed!Expect some time for your vehicle to get settled into the shop and diagnosed or looked at and then for them to finally start working on your car. My intuition tells me that they are not trying to blow anyone off, if they ever give off that vibe, they are FOR 1. A very Busy Shop and it does take some time for them to figure out what's going on exactly. They don't want to give you bad information, so you have to wait longer. Lisa also goes out of her way to call multiple places trying to find the lowest price on parts you don't provide yourself. For instance, an issue that you weren't aware of and needs to be addressed. AND 2. Since they are a very busy shop, that most likely means they are good at what they do and get a lot of business, so if you want that same treatment, you have to wait in line, and Pay Mechanics for their specialty.Building a relationship with your car is important, you know what has and has not been done with it. I will be going to them for jobs that you have to have a mechanic to take care of from now on. Again, Highly Recommended. Yay! My engine got some loving, tender care and no more leaks! A friend referred me to Wayne's after my car was damaged by a hit-and-run driver. They fixed my fender, wheel and paint and did great work on it. Wayne and Lisa worked with me and my insurance company and made the whole process just effortless. I'd give them my business in the future, and I'd refer my friends to them, too.

Took my truck in for a pinion seal replacement. They did the service and my truck started making a whining noise from the rear end. Called them and asked for a quote to have the rear differential serviced and never got the quote. Went to a different shop and they told me that the pinion seal was not properly preloaded when it was installed. So I am out the first $100 dollars I paid plus the second service at the other shop. When I told them this they just acted like it was no big deal and said they couldn t have done the preload anyway, so why did they service it if they couldn t do it right????

My family has brought multiple autos to Wayne's for a variety of problems. Every time, we received excellent service in a timely manner. Staff is polite and professional. Proces are reasonable. BRAVO !

Since moving to Albuquerque I have struggled to find a shop that is reliable, fair, and trustworthy. Wayne's Automotive is all that and more as there staff is incredibly friendly and considerate! I highly recommend.

I brought my car here because I thought he was trust worthy and honest but totally found out the opposite. They took advantage and started replacing and upselling as many parts as they can, not to mention their warranties are completely void. My car broke down a week after coming out of the shop for the same problem!!! Now I'm paying more then the cars worth without having Any Say So. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

My wife and I took her MDX in for some much need maintenance and TLC. There was a ton of work done at a fair price and all done in one business day. We even had the front windshield replaced and it was $150 less that Safelight! We need to support our small business owners and Wayne's earned ours.

Not only are they extremely friendly, they took the time to make sure everything was working on it before releasing it to me. They even dealt with me calling them every day they had it, and they were very considerate. They offered me a ride any time I needed it, and they also made the transaction easy.

Just had to learn after the fact from another mechanic, who is now fixing the problem, that the repair which was done at this shop was not done correctly. Soon after they replaced the actuator on the passenger door, the lock mechanism started acting up, and the door would not open from the inside. As it turns out now, the actuator had not been placed properly, and a small but decisive part was missing, while another part was bent. Not great for a simple repair.

Horrible. Paid them after they said it was fired and the same thing was not fixed. 650 dollar for a car I still cannot drive.
