I got new tires in 2023. I went to change a sensor and took off my passenger tire 2 days ago and noticed that the speed sensor was cut! So went to my driver's side and took off the tire, sure enough that sensor is cut too. Be careful when you get your car worked on there. They're clipping abs sensors.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years and have always been impressed. The staff is courteous and professional. They don t try to upsell you, but I ve found that they are happy to explain if I have questions.Sometimes wait times can be long but there is a waiting area with chairs and conveniently you can also shop while you wait. I have found that by coming in when they first open the wait time is short.

Took over an hour for an oil change. I asked if I could buy and have a new battery installed and they said no. They turned away half the cars there, which I had initially assumed was due to undermanning, but while I was waiting for my car, they were releasing people to go home before the cars they were working on were even finished and hours before closing.

Was sold a faulty tire, came to try and get it replaced, waited 2 hours only to be told that no matter the use, unless you BUY an extra plan, nothing is covered under warranty through Walmart. Trying to get my car back now, but they need "some papers to go through" before they will give me my keysWhite: the fire stone near menaul and Louisiana got me sorted in 30 min.

The auto service at the Walmart on Carlisle. I had purchased my tires there because it came with good warranty. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed that for 15.00 and balanced my tires for free. The crew did a great job the only unfortunate thing was they don't do appointments for random issues only new installments so I did have to wait 2 and a half hours for my car.

First time using Walmart's Auto Care and I was not impressed. I had appointment for 4:00pm I got there at 3:30pm it took them 20 minutes to check me. I was having 4 tires replaced the technician told me would take about an hour unfortunately it took two and a half hours with no explanation on why it took so long. Multiple times I saw the technician who was working on my car on his phone multiple times plus he would coming inside Walmart and talk to the lady at the register but none of the talking had anything to do with his job or what car he was working on it was personal conversations plus i saw him throwing stuff at other technicians. He would work on my car and then walk away and wouldn't return for another 5-10 minutes from what I could tell he was not working on another vehicle at the same time so he had no reason to be gone multiple times for 5 to 10 minutes. IamSupposed to return to have my lug nuts retightened after 50 miles but I'll go somewhere else. I rather pay someone else to do it.

When I called to see if they had a auto center, the woman who answered barely spoke English and told me they didn't have a auto center and when I asked which Walmart did she hung up on me. We pull in to get our battery replaced and everything went good until we picked the car back up and couldn't turn the wheel. Turns out the unplugged something turning my power steering off and it took them almost an extra hr to figure it out. What should have only taken is a 1hr maybe 1 1/2 hrs ended up taking 5 hrs.

Bought a set of Kumho ecsta 235/40zr/18 tires. $103 each. I thought it was a really good deal. When I knew they were delivered, i went there to see if they were the right right tire and size. Thankfully, they were. Set an appointment for tire installation for 8am. Got there 15min before. The line was really long, but I had gotten out of my car and went inside to tell them I had an appointment. They relayed the message that I was there and checked me in before all the other cars that had no appointment. The installation took an hour and a half. Really pleased with my experience there. They also said they made sure to be careful of my wheels, which I was worried about. There were no scratches on them when installing the tires.

3 hours to do tires. The employees won t address customers at the counter. When I went up to pick up my vehicle, they couldn t find my keys and there were several other people waiting because the staff couldn t find their keys either. Ridiculous. Whichever mechanic mounted my wheels back on the truck used an impact gun to tighten the lug nuts and rounded off every single lug nut on each wheel. 32 lug nuts. This isn t nascar, use a torque wrench.Service: Tires

First off, they are rude, and they will not answer the phone. When they do, they place you on hold for 15 minutes. My wife and I purchased tires and called to see if they had arrived for our appointment. After multiple calls with no answer, we went ahead and showed up for our appointment. They said the tires were not there. They couldn't give us an ETA either. We waited almost 2 weeks. The tires still didn't show up. We canceled them and went to Discount Tire instead.

Took our truck in for an oil change. That was fine, however, when we went to the desk for our keys, the key fob for our truck was missing and they couldn't find it. A tech told us the keys were never taken out of the vehicle but when I asked if that was the case, then why were the keys at the counter, to which they had no answer. The manager was helpful and told us if they couldn't find our fob, then they would cover the expense to have it replaced. After a few days, we received a call from the manager, that they had found our key fob, thankfully. It was handled in a timely manner. If you have any issues, ask for Aurthur, he will take care of you.

Never answered the phone. Picks up and does not ask to hold. Just puts me on 2x over for 2 times 10 minutes wait time. So the potential tire sale flew out the window and went to Big O tires. Sucks to be that clerk at Walmart.

Not very good job they are always doing something missed up first we went there they fukup the power window second time lost screw's to air filter the third time power locks and they didn't fix the head light .Who can we contact to do something about it .

Nice people, but the service is extremely slow. Brought in the car around 2:30pm, was behind two other cars, one unknown problem another with an engine problem. Still here at 6:15pm, when asked how much longer it would take, I was told that the main tech for tires was on break and they don't know how much longer it would take. Pretty bad service for a simple flat repair. After asking one of the guys multiple times, he finally told that my warranty wouldn't cover it and that I would have to purchase a new tire. Never again, Walmart.

The lady answering the call is extremely stupid. She answered the call and kept laughing for a minute and then when we called back she never answered. Auto center on coors is better. Quick and reliable. Do not waste your time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in at 4pm to be told they are not taking any more cars for the rest of the day because they are "short staffed" when they clearly had a bunch of technicians that are obviously lazy. There was literally 1 car ahead of us in line and they don't close till 7. I work at a dealership and understand how busy things get but ultimately they are lazy. Never will return to this location

I always came to this auto center for an oil change & never had a problem, until today. Today was such a hassle. Arrived at 7am, was told my oil change would take at least 4 to 4 & a half hrs. 3 hrs go by only for an employee to call me & say we don t have your oil filter, but if you go & buy one we can finish the oil change. Also being told I won t be charged for the filter & another discount for the inconvenience. I go & buy my filter come back , wait another half hr. Finally it s done & went to check out , they tried to charge me full price. Why would I pay full price if I had to go && buy my own filter && waste my time for their mess up?! All I got was a 6.75 discount SMH Employees should not say discounts will be given if they aren t going to obey them. I should ve definitely been notified upon arrival. Overall, that will be my last oil change there. Thanks for nothing Wal Mart. Do better ,please , do better.Service: Oil change

Went in for a very simple oil change I was told there would be an hour wait after an hour-and-a-half I went to check and they told me that they refuse to work on my vehicle because they couldn't get my oil bolt loose. Never even came to let me know what was going on I think I would have sat there all day if I hadn't went and checked. And nobody was willing to take responsibility for the fact that they let me sit there for so long.

Arrived on time for an appointment I made ahead of time that was only supposed to take 1 hour. It took 2 hours before they even started working on my truck. Spent 4 hours waiting for 2 tires.

I bought tires for my car and payed for a warranty as well. One day, while commuting to work, I went over a pothole that could not be seen due to being filled with water, in a construction zone. My front, driver's side tire popped and part of the fender was bent. I took my car into the Auto Care Center to get my tire replaced. One of the technicians working on my car called me while I was waiting to tell me my warranty would not be honored since the damage was curb damage. The warranty does not cover curb damage. I didn't not hit a curb and tried to explain again what happened to my tire. The said technician did not even bother to hear my explanation. I ended up paying for a new tire. Horrible customer service as well as business. I won't be replacing a new set of tires at this location or Wal-Mart all together when it is time to do so. I would rate 0 stars if I could.Service: Tires

So they claimed that my tire pressure was good at 35psi however my tires are set for 44 psi also I go to work and step out just to find my passenger rear completely flat. They also claimed my power steering was good but I know for a fact it isn't it has had a leak since I bought it. I believe they're overworked and don't have enough employees so they cut corners.

I used to change the oil by myself. But their prices are very good. My car has never leaked oil. This is because their workers are inexperienced and the filter is not tight. My car has never leaked oil. This is because their workers are inexperienced and the filter is not tight. As a result, they have to replace the filter with a new one. I went home to check and it's not leaking oil. It's very clean. I won't be coming back
