I needed to replace the windshield on my Toyota Landcruiser and preferred to use OEM parts. These guys made the process so easy and seamless. Great service. Excellent workmanship. It s been 3 months since I did it and I ve had 0 issues. I ll be using them exclusively moving forward. Highly recommend.

I checked prices with about 8 companies, and found Walker Automotive to be the best. They were also very responsive, and made it easy to set up an appointment. The whole experience was pleasant and fast. After replacing my windshield, they also let me know that they will repair any new chips for the next 30 days for free. Will definitely recommend and use them for future work!

They were great! I had bad experiences in Santa Fe just to get my car scheduled for a windshield repair appointment that I decided to schedule one in ABQ. Walker automotive scheduled me very quickly, on Saturday, Dec 23. They opened early on the day of and started the repair early. They were very kind, great price, and were finished within the hour. Definitely recommend!

Recently had to deal with someone busting my car window overnight. Called early Saturday morning and they were open. Did a fantastic job for a fantastic price!And a visiting 3-yr-old offered me half of his popcorn .I would definitely recommend this guy!

This place is amazing! We were traveling across country in our class B van when the windshield broke. Saw the ratings for this place and decided to try them out as Albuquerque was on our route. We got in right at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled and they were done by 9:15. They even let our two doodles hang out in the lobby while we waited. Can t say enough about how responsive and professional the entire team was. The windshield is perfect, with calibration all set. Only wish they had a branch in St. Petersburg, Florida. If you need a new windshield or a windshield repair, this is the place to go. Class act.

I have nothing but good words to say about this place! I took my Tacoma in to get my windshield replaced, and Levi and his team took care of me in a fast and timely manner. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking to get glass replacement, and their prices are unbeatable compared to other shops.

Needed a new windshield replacement in Albuquerque on my Prius that I had been putting off for awhile and they conviently came out to my home while I was working from home to replace it! They did an amazing job!!!! Good as new! Their prices are unbeatable & these guys are very passionate about what they do and provide great customer service! Though I paid out of pocket for this job they do accept all insurances! Almost perfect. Price, timeliness, availability of stock, and customer service are all outstanding. Attention to detail, however, was lacking. Black tar (glue) residue was left in many places on the exterior around the front windshield, plus a noticeable layer of dust coated the interior dash area.Thankfully, the glue came off fairly easily. I would likely come back but would insist on greater attention to detail next time.

Very satisfied with the entire experience replacing the windshield of my 2018 Subaru Outbook. From the initial phone conversation with Shelby to driving the car home and finding the lane-change calibration working perfectly, I found Walker Auto Glass reasonably priced, professional, and responsive. The installation process (which took just over an hour) was made quite pleasant by their comfortable waiting area, which includes a Keurig coffee maker, a nice TV with what looked like a broad selection of streaming channels, and a quality Wi-Fi connection. I had called around to around ten windshield-repair shop, chose Walker, and I'm glad I did. highly recommend this shop.

I recently got a large "starburst" ding on my windshield while driving down Tramway to care for my elderly mother. I called Subaru for a recommendation, and they said they used Walker Auto Glass. When I called and spoke with Levi, the owner, he said that if the damage was able to be repaired, the cost would be $50. When Levi arrived right on time the following morning, he could not have been more kind, understanding and helpful -- and he expertly performed the repair in short order. I am 71 and have many challenging responsibilities right now -- and having this repair done so quickly at my home and at such an incredibly low price meant the absolute world to me. Thank you, Levi!

A very honest and kind business! My sunroof literally flew off my car months ago and I reached out to Walker Automotive Glass for help. After looking endlessly for the right sunroof, they found out it was after market installation, which was the reason we couldn t find the right size glass at first! More digging on their part led to the realization that my sunroof had a recall. The amount of time and effort put into my sunroof, despite learning it would be taken care of by the manufacturer, was beyond appreciated. It felt like this business cared as much as I did to get my car back safe on the road, even if they didn t have to work on the car themselves. Thank you and I will recommend this business to friends/family for future needs!

I referred these guys to one of my friends and they did an amazing job. They also replaced my dad's windshield on his 2021 F150 and did a great job. Very punctual and detail oriented. I would not pick another glass shop. Forget about Safelite and the big names and go with this local business!!

Levi was fast to respond to my initial inquiry about getting my windshield replaced, he offered a fair price and scheduled around my busy schedule, service was fast, they came to my work and didn t disturb my workday. I typically like to support small business, so after some searching I was able to find Walker Auto glass. The whole experience was super easy. The team is professional and efficient with great prices to match. I highly recommend walker auto glass for any windshield replacement in Albuquerque.

I'll save you time by telling you to just call Walker Glass. I got an irrepairable crack on my windshield the same weekend I bought my vehicle and put off fixing it for 3 years just because the amounts I had been quoted by other businesses bothered me more than the crack itself. My sister had her windshield replaced by Walker Glass and recommended them to me. They even go to where you are so it's super convenient. The work done is excellent quality and they even put my windshield wipers on for no extra charge. And even after 3 years of getting quotes from other glass installers, no one came near to the price I ended up paying with Walker Glass. They're courteous, professional, convenient and I doubt you'll be able to get the quality and service they provide at a better price!
