I appreciate the entire team at RNS! Last year, I financed a vehicle from Carvana. It has been absolute hell since, with constant mechanical issues from day 1. I took my vehicle to 2 different mechanics upon receiving a check engine light within the first month of having the vehicle. One of which temporarily fixed an issue that I thought was a vacuum seal problem. One of these was Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet, they had replaced nearly the entire emissions system due to a recall, SOMEHOW, they folded the vacuum seal for the air intake and left it as it was when I received the vehicle after repairs. Let s get to RNS now! They have listened to me since day 1, with every issue I ve had with my vehicle. These guys are the only ones that have gotten things done CORRECTLY. Sam and Ray are extraordinary and I really respect and appreciate their work. I ve had a number of repairs with RNS and will continue to bring my vehicle here for repairs! They are currently working on replacing my engine for me, as oil and coolant were mixing. (Not good) I will post an update when the vehicle is out of the shop, but I trust that things will go well as per usual! Thank you to all of the guys and gals at RNS, I appreciate the hard work!

Sam and his wife are always so friendly and caring. I've been taking my car to RNS for I would say the last 10 years or so. They always fixed whatever problem I may have. I trust them with my vehicle and I won't take it anywhere else

This place is a joke and that owner as well stay a way from this place they will burn you for your money my friend bought a bike from here it was a 2024 yz250 and they put regular gas instead of mixing it I can't believe it and they don't even wanna help him out they just left him with a broken bike were gonna let everyone no this place is no good they won't man up too there own mistakes they just try and get around it there not abouth there business there just about taking your money I promise STAY AWAY GO TOO BOBBY JS they will take good care of you.

I had been taking my truck for years somewhere else. They told me the oxygen sensor didn't really matter. Well it turns out it does and it turns out there were several other things on the truck that needed to be fixed. I really use my truck: tow, haul, long distance, changes in altitude, commute. I need it to be reliable and I need my mechanic to find problems in Albuquerque; I don't want to find them in the back country. They did a really great job. They were very courteous and they worked with my schedule to get the truck fixed. I am very happy with it. I waited 3 weeks to write the review, the engine light did not come back on. I am now comfortable that the truck is fixed and I have found my mechanic for the future. Thanks RNS. They are a family business and with a really comfortable down home feel to the service. Brought my car in for an Engine Diagnostic as it was knocking but no engine light & could still drive but little power. Anyway I get a call telling me the same thing from Ray but little to no explanation on what was done to confirm this, I asked if my engine was opened & Ray stated no, that a tech took the oil out & saw metal & recommended a used engine AND turbo for $11k. Upon picking up my vehicle, after obviously saying no to the recommendation, I found that the old oil was never removed from my vehicle. Still the same black oil so this was a lie & I had 2 miles of gas missing, enough to start the car & shut it off. That s all that happened & I was charged $170+ for the Diagnostic.This place can rot as I had previously brought in another car for the same diagnostic 8 months prior & was only charged $52, they had also recommended a new engine for it, all it had wrong was a blown head gasket. Do NOT bring your vehicle here for any real mechanical issues, RNS is scared to open an engine & actually find out what s wrong with the vehicle, RNS, don t provide a service if you can t truly provide it or get techs involved with more more experience to give you an answer that isn t replace the entire engine & more when the problem is smaller than that.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my hybrid vehicle to them with a hybrid warning. Very friendly service, very communicative, communicated well with my coverage company. Ordered parts took a week to come in, but that s sometimes expected. All in all great service, would recommend and use again.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Car is still being worked on but I have to give major props to Sam as I am already beyond impressed, communication has been above reproach, he is very respectful and looks out in the best interest of his customers. I will definitely be using him for all our vehicle needs, and will be recommending him to all my friends. Would give more than a 5 Star rating if it would let me.Service: Transmission

After back and back and forth for a few days, each day different from each other in the past couple of months and after spending a bunch of money to get the lease fixed in my truck. Sam tells me that I can t work on my truck anymore because he can t fix it Sam I wish you would ve figured this out before you started the process. You would ve save me a lot of time on my work and in my pocket. I understand you said you did the best you can do. I appreciate it, but you put me quite the predicament. It is what it is you did good work all the way up until this last time. I feel like got taken advantage because it wasn t to old to take my money but to fix it right the truck then became to old to work on. I really thought about this review before I wrote it. LolIt is late November 27 and I am following up on this review on your response of my truck being altered and many issues. Took my truck into Morrison Comanche auto service and they got my truck running like it was brand new! They were a lot of minor things wrong with my truck that needed a little attention. All you had to do was care enough about your quality of your work and things would ve worked out just fine on repairing my truck. Maybe you re too busy. I got all the things that I asked you to repair on my truck fixed and running like Brand new. I m really very happy to have come to this place. I especially thank Sam. I arrived with my car and a lot of uncertainty because I didn't know if I could continue a trip of 20 hours ahead. Luckily I scanned my car here, they reset some codes and Sam gave me the peace of mind to continue. He explained to me how my vehicle worked and what I had to check when I arrived at my destination. Many thanks to Sam and all the team.

I was referred to this company, I couldn't find anyone or any place else to fix the problem with my car. I had issues with my heater, obviously just blew out cold air. I walked in and they were very friendly and asked how they could help me out. I explained my situation and they immediately took my car to see what was wrong with it. I left it and by the evening they called me saying my car was ready to go. I was very impressed that they took care of it immediately. I will certainly recommend them. Thank you all very much.M. Hands down best service for my vehicle I have ever received! After having dealt with a different company destroying my vehicle and wanting me to pay for theirown mistakes, I took my car here based off of a recommendation. RNS auto is Awesome!!! They fixed my turbo in my car quickly, and with excellent quality and service! Definitely would recommend them. My tech, Frank, was really nice and did a great job with the installation. First, time I've had my vehicle serviced here. I'm pleased that the work done was done in a Professional manner and as of today 5/8/2023 I still don't have anymore problems. I do recommend this Auto service station for business.

Only place we take our vehicles! Everyone we have delt with (Sam, JP, Ray) have all been the best. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do the best they can not to keep your car for long. I appreciate the way they explain everything to me, in a way that easy for a non mechanic to understand. As a woman, I have never felt that they weren't being honest and forward with me. Would recommend this place 100%.

Sam and his team are very acknowledgeable, professional, friendly and trustworthy. I've taken my vehicle to them several times now and every time they've taken great care of me. They are quick, honest and at a great price! My experience was wonderful. I had 1 short experience a year ago which caused me to call on them when I had some real issues.My car is running great, took less than 2 days and I paid a lot less than I've paid for past services at the dealership.I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. The best service for your cars. We take all 3 of our cars, Jeep, Lincoln and Acura to RNS and the customer service and work is exceptional. The service comes with a warranty and peace of mind. The BEST auto service with reasonable prices!

These professional mechanics are trustworthy, efficient, friendly, accommodating, and know how to get the job done! Their facility is clean and inviting. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made me feel like family. I will be bringing my beloved vehicle here from now on. If you you are looking for a wonderful auto shop, this is the place for you! I will recommend them to everyone I know because they went above and beyond my expectations.

I never leave reviews but thought this place/shop deserved an exception. I have been to many shops and found that most are a complete waste of time and money. This shop is not the same though. I actually found it by accident and I am glad that I did. The owner is in fact a tech and very knowledgeable. They are honest and charge fair prices. Every time I have come here, they have treated me with respect and integrity. That is not common for auto shops, so they deserve a shout out. I found my new forever mechanics/auto shop! Ray and the entire staff are awesome! I highly recommend these guys. From their hospitality, to the quality of their work. They even drove me home and picked me up a few times when they were doing maintenance on my vehicle. Go here if you want honest mechanics that fix things right. They will not rip you off or substitute cheap parts for the good ones. Customer service is on point. These guys care about their customers, and you can tell as soon as you walk in to the cleanest, nicest garage waiting area I've ever seen.Family run. Honest. Good at their jobs.

Samuel the owner helped me out tremendously by checking my vehicle and offering me a deal to fix my car. Although I didn t end up repairing it, I will be back to have them work on any problems with my vehicle

Really liked these guys. They had very professional and friendly customer service.The condition of the vehicle and repair costs were communicated clearly and honestly.My car was fixed on time and I haven't had a problem sense.I feel that it's a good thing if one can find a trustworthy mechanic and I think I've found exactly that at RNS Auto.

I have used RNS for almost 10 years. They serviced two businesses. One which I owned and another that I managed. Always fair been and fast. I highly recommend RNS

The techs at this shop are straightforward and honest. JD is the man to know for alignments and I m sure him and the other techs will do both your wallet and your car some good. High regard for Sam and crew.

Trustworthy & Honest people. Paul & Sam explains things & the car problems , and able to really help people with car issues. You are treated like a Human being & not just a Number . Awesome people & definitely recommends them to all.
