After having been unethically treated by the Larry H. Miller Group at American Toyota, we tried a mechanic closer to our home which wasn t a good fit either.We only needed an oil change on our Sienna at this time, but I knew getting air filters changed as Adam recommended was not an unnecessary expense. We will definitely be bringing our Tundra in for service when the time comes. Adam is knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I thought I would have to take my Sequoia to the dealership. I was referred by another mechanic that didn't have the equipment needed for the job. I am so thankful that I found this shop! I was sent a quote ahead of time and there were no surprises along the way. I had a most wonderful experience here and am so glad to know I have an honest and qualified mechanic to trust our vehicles to. I definitely recommend and am so grateful to have a mechanic I can trust!

I was very impressed by how neat, clean and organized his shop was maintained. Adam was friendly and very amenable to checking additional items that were not on the initial estimate. Not only was he able to fix them all that but the additional charge for these services were very fair. Plus, the work that needed to be done was pointed out to me by the Toyota dealership but I was not confident in what they were telling me should be done to fix it. Due to all the great reviews and fair pricing I felt this was the mechanic to go to for the work. Boy, oh boy, I am so impressed with the quality work and staff I will go to no other mechanic to work on my 2006 Toyota Corolla.

Adam is an expert in all things Toyota and Lexus. If you're on the fence about who to go with, Adam and Precision Automotive is for you! I am so pleased with his service and now I wish all my vehicles were Toyota or Lexus and that he could do maintenance for all of them.My son has a Toyota Tacoma that suffered from engine damage due to an undetected leak. I spent several weeks looking through google reviews and getting quotes from several shops and engine manufacturers (trying to find the right engine, etc). I eventually found Adam and he came in to save the day and found us exactly what we were looking for... a remanufactured engine, with a nice mileage/time warranty, at a reasonable price compared to other shops, and a fair estimate of labor costs.I felt so much better having gone through a reputable Toyota technician because this was not a minor fix. I almost contemplated buying an engine myself directly from a remanufacturer, because I did not want to pay the extremely inflated prices from other shops.Because of his great work and fairness, we moved forward with a needed lift kit for the new tires my son was using for his truck and some suspension pieces that also needed replacement. I'm happy to report that my son's truck doing great now and is back on the road. I also recently decided to purchase a used RAV4 and he performed an inspection and some maintenance work for me.As a consumer, I do a lot of research when I need to make a large investment. Many shops I believe tried to overshoot their prices not knowing that I had done some homework beforehand. I didn't feel their quotes were extremely fair or honest. I am very glad I went with Adam because he was fair, did not treat me like I did not know anything, but also filled in gaps of knowledge where needed. I have known Adam since he started at Lexus at least 16 years ago. I was first impressed with his natural abilities, some thing you can t train for. He sees and understands the problem others can t. I have watched him repair my vehicles and others as well. I have also seen his integrity in his diagnosis. Adam assessed problems and quickly told us what was wrong. After further review he found a few other problems that other mechanics did improperly. He showed me what was wrong and what was missing. I was shocked! He promptly repaired it and took care of it. Drove the vehicle that weekend on a road trip 600 miles and it drove fantastic even got better gas mileage. Have been Adam now three times. My Toyota Sequoia has never ran better since I bought it new back in 2007 230,000 miles later thanks to him. Adam was always my favorite tech at Lexus as he was head shoulders more knowledgeable than his peers. He has always been so methodical and respectful of my cars he has serviced that I actually trusted him to do some work on my 1994 Supra. That's the epitome of trust for me. He has been my reliable tech for my Lexus cars for the last 15 years. My water pump on my Lexus went out and my car over heated. Adam was able to get me in right away and had a great price. The repair was done fast and done right. Adam has done an exceptional job on my 2008 Lexus IS F and 2002 Lexus iS300. He has done a radiator replacement, timing belt, alternator, shocks and gasket replacement on my IS300 and installed lowering springs on my IS F. I will be bringing both cars back to him and have recommended everyone that I know that owns a Lexus or Toyota to go to Precision Automotive services. I don t think there is anyone in town more capable with these two brands. This is an honest and trustworthy shop. I took my 4Runner in for some work. Adam was very knowledgeable and educated me on how to best care for my car. He took time to explain upcoming maintenance and created a maintenance schedule for me. He answered my questions in a way I understood, which I appreciate. Private owned car shops don't often take the time to report the vehicle maintenance to carfax. This is one of the very few things I valued when receiving service at a dealership auto shop. Much to my surprise this is standard for Precision Automotive. They sent a detailed invoice to my email. The level of detail from service to check out is unbeatable. I would highly recommend. Five out of five stars. I will be a repeat customer. A total gem of a business! I took my 2000 Toyota Tundra in to Adam and he is top notch! He explained everything and every step of the repair and went above and beyond in service. If you own a Toyota, please come here for service ! I walked in today - my entire dashboard was lit up , due to some faulty engine detailing ( don t ask ) . They helped me right away, as a courtesy , and also had a small part delivered from the dealership SAME DAY ! Hidden gem ! Support your local businesses, especially when a business with genuine customer care !
