I had some kid with gold teeth and dreadlocks trying to help me out, didn't haven't clue acknowledge me. Then asked for a manager a guy named Willie couldn't find part I was looking for. They don't know what there doing over there as a crew, took my business somewhere else!

I like that this auto parts store gives a military discount for people who serve our country. It also provides an alternative when buying affordable auto parts. The employees I have had help me are pretty knowledgeable or they will go that extra mile to provide you with information you may need concerning your purchase and repairs.

Colored haired girl was super friendly and helped me with my car even tho she couldn t fix itShort older man from the night before was rude and unhelpful he just wanted me out of the storeI was stuck in the parking lot all night with no help

Very rude employees. I thought maybe it was the people in front of me. Then when it came my turn the guy was rude would not help me and refuse to do anything because I did not have a communist muzzle on. As it is 90% of the time I go in there they never have the part and it's usually double the price of AutoZone. Now that the store is a communist store and doesn't like the freedoms of America I will no longer shop here. I just can't believe they allow their employees to be that rude self-centered hateful!!!! I told other people at the gas station of how rude the guys are!! The people I talked to have similar encounters at this particular store. If anybody is reading this do yourself a favor and go to Napa or AutoZone, even advanced Auto but stay away from this store!!

Should really start hiring people that know a basic knowledge of mechanics , instead of looking at the customer like they don't know what there talking about but when you tell the manager he knows exactly what it is and gets it. Thank you Jorge for the fast knowledgeable service you provide your customers.

Best O'Rielly's location I've been to yet! Fast service, reasonably priced items (with good warranty policy) and awesome customer service. Thanks to manager Jorge for helping me get back on the road ASAP

Good parts. Generally they have everything you need to get your dad's van out of your drive way and back on the road so he can go home instead of lingering at you and your significant others place!

Only car place I'll shop, advanced auto sucks, discount auto is balls, O'Reilly ALWAYS has staff that knows exactly what you're looking for. I came in with a single piece for my coolant system, set it on the counter, and the first and only question was "Coolant or fuel pump?" I answered and he knew the exact brand to get. It's like they actually train their people instead of hiring some goon from the street. 10/10 would shop again.

It is alot bigger Auto Parts store than the couple they have as neighbor's, but Auto Zone carries products that O'reilly's doesn't and that's why I had to go to the competition. I have a black Chevy Corvette and she is my baby, I've waited 45 years for this car and she gets good products when it comes to her body, so no scrimping there, I pay the top dollar when it comes to her looks, she needed a little help when I bought her. But I go to both stores for different things for her, it's really convenient that they are right across the street from each other on Central and Eubank. So it's a win, win for all of us.

Horrible service! It's the same punk kid everytime I go in to much gel and huge fake diamond earrings like a lady would wear. Youve gotta wait till he's done updating his Facebook status then he'll give you one word answers and plenty of attitude.

I was rushing for a part and stopped everywhere Toyota ,AutoZone ,advanced and no one could get me my part in my time frame ,Erika found the part ordered it and had it to the store in 45 mins and was priced just right . Thank you guys for going above and beyond ! Great customer service always at this location .

More than once O'Reilly's had the part when no one else did when you are having a hard time locating a part give them a call I bet it'll be worth your time and there's almost never a crowd

Bought headlights for my car. They usually have items in stock. Clerks are friendly. Only bad thing is prices are always higher for accessories. Same headlights was 15$ cheaper at other major retailers

As a company they get 4 stars die to not havi g info on record if you lose your receipt you lose your warranty info this hapoened to me in my cv axles, battery and cap and rotor for my car cv axles went out within a year so did the battery

Red head, large woman was very rude. Horrible service. Will not do business with O Reilly s any more.
