These guys are usually really great, but when having to special order brakes for my car, buying them & getting home to have them changed for me, & finding out that they weren't even the correct ones, it got me a bit upset. I expected them to have ordered the correct ones when I told them my cars info, but they didn't. When returning to the store, I found out that they'd need to be ordered from California (not just from their HUB across town) & it'd be 3 more days. My car was already taken apart & my job requires that I drive all day so this became a really big issue.

assistant manager installed my battery incorrectly and it came off on the highway. when i go in to tell them about this the assistant manager lies to me and says he wasn t working here at that time. he also told me that he could give me tools to do the replacement because they don t do replacements after dark. it isn t dark out. they never told me that on the phone. and this guy has a history of botched jobs, so of course he doesn t want to do it

Great customer service from Pete. He did the best he could and looked up the part we needed and had to do a bit more research but eventually found the part we needed and luckily exchanged the part we had that we got from a different O'Reilly with original receipt. Thanks Pete!

This is where I buy all my parts for my car alternators radiators lights things to paint your car with waxes filters oils everything in your car needs one place you can even order an engine from there and it ll be delivered to your house. How about that?

Great shop. My battery started draining so I went to the nearest O'REILLY because that's who I bought it from. They tested it and said my alternator went out. I don't live here, so I asked if they knew a good mechanic. They had one there picking up parts and introduced us. He fixed my car right there and got me back on the road in an hour. The staff was super nice while I waited and really helpful.

Hello my name is Albert Gonzalez I have my little Nissan the girl by the name of Esperanza she's she helped me out a lot and I want to tell her I said thank you for everything for helping me and for always doing her best to serve me but there's one guy there that's very rude disrespectful and he shouldn't even be working they're in my nephew went in the other day and his attitude stinks the guy's name is Louis you shouldn't even be working there as long as he I will not go when he is there the next time I see his manager of his district manager I'm following a complaint on him Esperanza you're doing a good job thank you very much thank you for all your help for being there for me and for helping me find the part I need

Very nice, informative Blake got the headlight bulb and kindly installed in minutes. He's very knowledgeable, having trained as a mechanic; kindly answered a muffler question, have a wipers quote. What customer service ought to be, and he went further. Thanks, Blake.

Had a new battery go bad in a month. Went last night to get it tested and all that. Guy named Mario was great to work with, he got me squared away and problem solved. This is a good location.

My car overheated and I pulled over on the side of the road and let it cool off made a phone call to O'Reilly's asking their advice. They informed me that they close in 15 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away but they had the thermostat I needed and had my mechanic with me as well. When I pulled into the parking lot the open neon sign was on and I was so happy that we made it in time. I gathered my purse and when we walked to the door the manager was locking it up and I looked down at the time on my phone it was 958 and he told me through the window "Sorry we're closed. Come back tomorrow" and walked away from the door..... so as I sit in my car outside of the store with a broken down car I thought I would share my experience here at 4th and Candelaria O'Reilly's in Albuquerque who in my opinion are pretty unhelpful and would let a lady stay broken down in front of their store before they would help out......... in all reality AutoZone is only right across the street you throw a rock at it and my suggestion is to go see AutoZone if you are trying to get your car fixed!

Mario was awesome. He tried to find creative solutions to what we were trying to fix. Plus he gave tips on the project that fell outside what O Reilly could offer. Thanks Mario, hope your boss see this!!

Worst service I have ever encountered. Staff was unprofessional, unconcerned and basically taking up space while getting paid to do it.While visiting my husband in the hospital my son called around to get prices and availability of AC compressor. The O'Reillys store at 416 Candelaria assured my son that even though it was not in Stock at their store, which was closest to hospital, they could have one there by 5:30. At 5:25 my son called to verify it had in fact arrived. It had not. He was again assured it would be there by the time we got there. 5:50 we got to the store. My son went inside only to be told the part still had not arrived. It would be another 10 min. We waited until 5:30 when your delivery driver pulled into the parking lot. After lingering in the truck for a few minutes she got out and disposed of her empty lunch bag and drink she had apparently stopped to get while picking up our part. Once inside, your sales person, Armond, went to the back to get the part. He was gone another 10 min and only came back when another employee went to see what happened to him. Came up to register saying "Sorry bro" holding a box which was NOT THE PART WE HAD ORDERED!! It was an AC FILTER not the compressor we had ordered. Your delivery driver didn't even look at the part she was picking up. Do you not have even a minimum amount of training for your employees? The salesperson then told my son, "Bro, I'll give you $10 off and YOU CAN GO PICK IT UP AT THE OTHER STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" REALLY??!!The initial call was made at 4:00 pm.It took your incompetent staff 3 hours to pick up the wrong part. Insult a customer and loose a $300 cash sale.Seriously, management may want to implement some sort of professional training for their employees.I will not recommend anyone to O'Reilly Auto Parts.EVER.

I called this specific O Reilly s from Arizona and spoke with a man named Daniel. He looked up a fuel pump that our vehicle needed and stated that he would order it and it would arrive the next day. Just in time for us to pick it up so we can install it in New Mexico. We arrived to New Mexico and called...., no fuel pump was ordered!! The manager Juan, could only apologize for his employees lack of knowledge.UNSAT!!You should hire personnel that are knowledgeable of ordering engine parts for customers. Especially, when you know that they are driving to your specific store from another state!!

Ask for any of these gentleman they will help you out and give honest feed back. They may not know everything but they will work hard to find out how to help you. I ve been going to this shop for 3 years and haven t had a problem. Thanks Mario.

This is the best place to find parts, lights bulbs, or any car necessity. If you need help looking for something dont hesitate to ask one of tge workers...They are always so helpful...

Horrible customer service and lazy staff. My husband work for a O Reilly store and they went above and beyond for their customers. Don t the general managers teach the staff to do just that? Well what is wrong with this store?

Helpful staff always have what we need if they don't have it they will call other locations to try and find it or they will order it if possible
