Best automotive service I've ever received. A/C went out on my son's car right before he was leaving for school. Jay got me in immediately to hopefully get it charged and reading to go. A/C needed more than just a recharge but Jay explained everything along the way, communication was great. He also did everything he could to save us money, which was so appreciated. Jay is a phenomenal mechanic as well as a good person. No smoke and mirrors, upsells, etc. All our vehicles will now go to No Worries for service. Highly recommend Jay and No Worries.Service: Air conditioning

Unreliable. Called a few weeks ago and was told Fridays were for oil changes. Called back Tuesday of this week and made an appointment - told to drop off at 10am. Well, there's no one here and they didn't answer their phone. Not a good first impression, so it will be my last.

Jay is a great mechanic. Got me in the weekend of the fourth for a new alternator and battery. Highly recommend.This place is the BEST.Ok, you should know that this is LITERALLY a one man shop. Jay does everything here.That means that sometimes he's elbow deep in an engine and can't answer the phone.My wife's catalytic converter was stolen and Jay replaced it in ONE day.Meanwhile, the dealership has taken 4 months to fix my jeep.Be cool and Jay will get it done.

I had an issue with my Subaru Impreza not letting me take my key out once the car was in park. After months of hassling with this intermittent problem, I called No Worries Automotive. This is a known problem with Subaru's shift design. Jay told me to come in the next day and did a workaround that completely fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend Jay for any repair in the future!Service: Electrical repair

Jay was awesome. He got me in right away and was able to identify the problem.I have a very old vehicle and he was able to source the parts and fix within a week.He was super friendly and knowledgeable and made sure the vehicle was taken care of.Highly recommend.

I've taken my cars to these guys several times over the last six months, and have been absolutely satisfied every time. The owners understand what top notch customer service is about. Without exception, the price has been reasonable, they've done the work very quickly, usually in a day or so, and the repairs have been done satisfactorily. I know I can trust them even with difficult jobs. They are people that I totally trust.

Great experience. My previous mechanic didn't install my shocks correctly, and even though an appointment is required, I showed up without one, and my problem was fixed same day. Reasonably priced, and the car is running like a dream now. Definitely my new go-to mechanic in Albuquerque now

Jay is the Awesome owner! Super friendly and really knows cars. He great with being on time with your car too. I'm a woman and Ive found it pretty difficult to find a reputable auto garage, but this place it it.I'd give it 10 stars if I could

Jay is the best mechanic we ve found in 20 years. Our 2012 Traverse was having AC problems and several mechanics had given up on it. Jay was able to get our AC running better than ever at a very affordable price. He s polite and professional and dedicated. This business truly cares about its customers, doesnt sell you more than you need, technicians are really knowledgeable and prices are fair. I highly recommend for your auto maintenance services. I have been using them since 2015.

Absolutely wonderful services provided here! A couple of months ago my brakes stopped working mid drive home from work and luckily No Worries was the first auto shop I came across. I am so glad I found them because they fixed my car up on the spot for a reasonable price and were extremely kind and personable to me. I stopped by again today for an oil change and was once again treated with respect, kindness, and wonderful service. I honestly can't recommend these folks enough. They are truly great at what they do and provide fantastic customer service as well! Five stars for sure!

Thus far, my experience at No Worries has been great.The first time I brought my vehicle in was for a check engine light--this has been a recurring problem with my vehicle. Though he wasn't able to find anything, I was not charged for the time.My second time in was again for a check engine light--that at this point had turned off on its own--and to swap out brake pads that the dealership told me were worn down.The check engine light was already off, so there wasn't a code for him to read.My brake pads, as it turned out, still had about 50% life left on them. Not only did he not charge me, but he took the initiative to show me the brakes.Any other shop in ABQ would have told me that my rotors were shot and charged me $350 for the repair.So far, No Worries has been nothing but fair and honest with me. Unless something changes, both me and my family will be using this shop from now on.

Jay, the owner, is hands down the best mechanic I ve ever had. He s honest, hard working and knowledgeable. My daughter s Jeep Wrangler had an engine failure as a result of negligence stemming from an oil change she received at a national chain. Jay discovered the problem and advocated on our behalf, showing evidence of the negligence which led to the chain service station paying for an engine replacement. Jay assisted throughout the entire process and also did the work to find and replace the motor. Not many people today go the extra mile for their customers, but Jay does. Great service and honest. We rolled into their station telling them that we would need a full on air conditioning job, replacing the condenser. They inspected the system and came back to tell us that it was a far less expensive fix. We didn't know any better and would have paid more. We were so appreciative of their honest work. Highland recommended.

Going to No Worries Auto Repair was by far the very best experience I could ve ever asked for. They were able to get my car back to where it needed to be & made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. They were completely honest about what my car really needed done & it was obvious that they weren t trying to add this and that to the bill, like many other mechanics do. I will no longer go anywhere else, so if you re looking for a reliable mechanic, look no further!

This is a five star automotive for sure. I had my car looked at by two different automotive shops. One company quoted me just under 4000.00. I didn't get the work done, but was charged 300.00 for the diagnostic. One issue was the ac. Was told I needed a new compressor. When i took it to No Worries Complete Automotive, they wanted to check before they put in a new compressor. They checked the pressure and did a thorough job of checking it out. Turned out all i needed was a new clamp on a hose and they found a frayed wire connection and fixed it. Ac runs better than ever and all under 300.00 including diagnostic and a day worth of labor. Will definitely take it back in for rest of the work. Also, I needed the car back that evening, and they delivered!!!

No Worries Automotive Repair is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been to in over 10 years. Their service, work, ability to identify the problem and fix it in record time are unmatched. I have recommended them to anyone who needs car work, and will continue to do so. I think they're very down-to-earth, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for your budget. They take pride in their work and leave you with No Worries

Amazing customer service! They are super fast and for an amazing price I went in there for an oil leak (was a simple fix) and they also fixed my battery terminal from being loose and put new power steering fluid at no extra charge. All was done in an hour. AMAZING PEOPLE.

No worries took the challenge of swapping out my engine on a 2006 Toyota Tundra. They did it fast and were very easy to deal with. Very happy so far with their service. The new owners have great customer service.

They fixed our AC quickly and got it blowing super cold. They were very honest and our bill ended up being less than the estimate because they didn't end up working on it as long as they had thought, so they took labor charges off. We had a very good experience here.

Paid 150 for an AC repair, which was warranted. The very next day ac was not working again. Took it in and they wanted another 100 just to diagnose. Finally took to a real mechanic how said there was a hole in the hose. This was supposedly what was fixed. They refused to take responsibility, the mechanic refused to allow me to talk to the owner. I ended up calling the attorney general to file a consumer complaint and they lied to the attorney general saying they made me an offer and I refused, which was a complete lie. They refused to put the offer in writing when asked by the attorney general. This place is a complete scam. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this place and warn your friends and family.

Truly exceptional service, and very honest and professional staff. These guys saved the day for us and our K9 dogs. We originally stopped at a big dealership to have our AC looked at. They told us they were busy until Monday lol. The guys at No Worries took great care of us.
