My service manager, Michelle was outstanding in both friendliness and keeping me updated on my car. One of the checkout people was rude and did not want to help nor offer any information when I asked. The one I actually checked out with was outstanding also. Seems to me, if one is spending so much money on cars, service, etc. the staff should be friendly, helpful and actually grateful that you came in.

My expectations at Melloy Nissan have always been great, and today's visit exceeds any visit before it. I'd like to offer my thanks to the gentleman named Randy. I had a recall on my vehicle and asked for an oil change since I was there. I arrived at Melloy Nissan Service Department early. I did have an appointment with Jed at 7:30 AM and right at 7:30 AM Jed came to my vehicle and got my information and asked that I leave my keys in the vehicle and he let know when to expect my vehicle to be ready. It was really a great experience with the his service. They also did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me the document. The other thing that I liked was that I got text messages from Jed with updates as to when my vehicle was ready and I also got a text message to make my payment using a link. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle I went to ask for Jed to let him know that I was here to pick up my vehicle. Someone told me he was busy with another customer. I was waiting a couple of minutes then another employee asked if he could help me. I told him that I was here to pick up my vehicle he then told me I had to go to the back office and pick up the keys and make payment. Overall a great experience and service. Thank you, Jed!

Jed Glaser is one of the best service managers I've ever met. He was extremely helpful when my Xterra needed major service last summer and just recently helped me get copies of that work ticket/bill after an accident that totalled my truck. That paperwork was a huge help in getting a higher payout from the insurance company. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle here for service.

Had a noise coming from the front of the engine. Whinning at a stop and put in gear it got worse.Service Jed glazier was very professional and courteous. Always has been and it makes me feel secure when my Nissan needs service. He is awesome to work with and I will always give my cat business to Melloy Nissan

The service experience was great from start to finish, from the person who booked my appointment to the the one that handed me my keys! Nissan communicated with me every step of the way and my repairs were completed quickly and the quality surpassed all of my expectations. I will be returning in the future!

As always, doing owner's manual scheduled maintenance is easy and painless at Melloy Nissan.All the employees that you interact with are knowledgeable and nice.The service is quick and done correctly.The price is actually kinda low.Nice places to sit and wait with TV, newspaper, coffee etc.I just feel bad for the New Car Sales Department as the Service Department is doing so well with my 2020 Frontier that it might just last forever!

Danny called me to give me updates continuously through out the process. That was awesome! They took great care of my car while it was there and I knew it was safe. Plus an excellent job was done on the body... Danny took time with me to be sure I knew how to use the sensors and they gave my car a shower! Thank you Melloy Nissan Service!!

Melloy Nissan has provided me outstanding service since day 1! I purchased my vehicle from them and I couldn't be happier with the service and commitment they have when I take my car in for routine maintenance. Their oil changes are fast and they even give your vehicle a quick car wash! They also go over any upcoming maintenance for the next visit and check for any service bulletins my car may have. I highly recommend them for your Nissan's needs.

Certainly pleased with recent Melloy Nissan service. Only took several hours for an annual LEAF check (there really ain't much to check) and for a recall to be addressed. However, the experience several weeks earlier when I made the appointment was not thumbs up. It was emphasized that it could be necessary for them to have the LEAF for several days. That didn't seem reasonable since all previous annual checks were essentially in and out experiences. Nonetheless we made plans for that. When I delivered the car early in the morning I mentioned to the person checking me in that I'd been told they could need to have the car for several days. That gentleman seemed surprised by that and said it would be ready in several hours.

This is by far the BEST service department. Mike and his team are wonderful! I purchased a Honda a few years back. I find myself leaving the Honda dealership frustrated with the service. I usually stop at Nissan to follow up with Mike and his team about my Honda. I also still continue to take my old 2005 Nissan Altima to Nissan for service. They are honest/ fair and explain everything to me. The starbucks coffee in the waiting room is plus too. This is definitely one dealership service center that people should take their cars too.

Wow! This was my first service after the sale. I was treated as a valued customer by both Kameron and Esther. It was truly great. I got courteous treatment and professionalism. Nothing like Power Ford when I would go to them for service after the sale. Esther even got me set to have my mirror, that I damaged, checked for repairs. And in less than a week! I'm impressed! I am thrilled to have such a great service team for my vehicle.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have bought my vehicles and had them serviced there because I like the service and value of what I have purchased. It has always been straight talk between myself and the Salesperson I'm dealing. just it is with the Service Advisors. Being courteous and respectful is what I look for when I want to either buy a vehicle or have service done.

Very helpful staff, I got into a fender bender and I was figuring out how to service my car all on my own. With the guidance from Colleen and Chris, at the collosion service office, they were both extremely helpful. Their communication skills were excellent. Any questions or concerns I had, they were able to answer them. Chris was very charsmatic and made me feel 100% sure that my car was going to be taken care of. He was very thoughtful and it made me feel like I could trust the process with no worry. I was already dealing with the stress of my car, and the damages but Chris made sure he communicated the process and the feedback about my car. It just made me feel like I was being taken care of genuinely as his own family.Having a charstmatic employee on your team only makes it so much easier to sleep at night. I have enjoyed my experience and I want to truly thank Colleen and Chris for making this process easy for me. They showed real genuine care towards my situation! The experience I had was excellent and if I ever need anything else, Chris will be the man I run too! My car is BEAUTIFUL again! Thank you to Chris and Colleen for being so amazing! Melloy Nissan cares about all customers that own a Nissan Vehicle. It was my first time at this location and I would recommend Melloy Nissan. Upon my visit Isaiah M went the extra mile while I was getting an oil change. I appreciate everyone with Melloy Nissan for being a great company and working with the customers. Was there for a simple oil change. Was told it was an hour and a half wait. It actually took over two and a half hours. Many others in the waiting room with me had the same frustration.

Got my oil changed today, a few hours after picking my car up, I realized a $20 bill that was in my center console was missing. I acknowledge that it s partially my fault for leaving it in there. But I was just getting an express service. No one should have been going though my center console in the first place. I wish I had realized that before I purchased an oil change package with them. Super disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Word to the wise, don t get your vehicle serviced here. They cannot be trusted.

Susan Miller, the sales representative went over and beyond to make sure we got the car we were looking for along with explaining all the details that come with buying a car. She was Personable, Kind and Generous to say the least. Also Pete Sanchez the Finance Manager explained everything thoroughly so that we would know exactly what we were paying for. Great Customer Service.

I have my Pathfinder s 2013 transmission replaced in very speedy time, just 3 days total, and the follow up from Brian from service department was excellent.I just wish the would offered a car wash after service like other Nissan dealers do.

Thank you to Chris for getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner! My grandson was very sick and I needed the car back quickly so my daughter could take him to the ER. Chris got right on it and she was able to get him the medical treatment he needed. I am so grateful!!

Was a long wait I arrived around 3 and left after 5.. /: I live a far distance and left early so I wouldn t be late for work ended up still being late to work. But very professional and friendly environment if you have the time to wait would recommend!

Service was fast but I looked at 3 different areas for service hours on Saturday and one said 0730 one was 0900 and the third said 1030No one answered the phone to verify either.

I came in to Service just after lunchtime for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Michelle Cosentino was my Service Manager. The work was done within the hour estimate Michelle gave to me. The folks at Melloy Nissan are always friendly and helpful. Kudos this time to Michelle.

We had to pick up our Nissan Frontier after an air bag fix was done. Melloy sent a Lift ride to pick us up. Great service. Even though there is a lot of remodeling going on at the dealership right now, the Melloy employees are fantastic..

The customer service rep, Isaiah put my vehicle under another persons name and after waiting almost 2 hours I inquired and was told of the error. Isaiah was not attentive to me from the beginning, very unprofessional. Brian saved the day. He immediately took charge and had error corrected!I should have asked for Brian who has assisted for many years but last minute decision to drive to Albuquerque for oil change. LA

The service manager Issac and the manager Jason who assisted are niceAnd courteous. It was a little frustrating having to take it back after it wasn t completed correctly the first time though since they didn t do an alignment and I had to go the next day and waste an entire morning for them to complete this - waited several hours for the alignment and finally took a Lyft home then was called back for it an hour later. I appreciate the service it being under the 60 day warranty for used cars, and that they accommodated me quickly - just was frustrated it wasn t done correctly after having left it for two days initially. Also there is no paperwork or record given they just take the key and give it to you back which was a bit u unusual.

the customer service of the service rep was good. the wait time was too long for an oil change. It be good for Melloy Nissan Service to allow appointments for oil changes (I did check and oil changes are first come first served).

Well I was blown away by the excellent services. I got my 2023 Nissan Rogue oil changed. Fast services, wonderful staff, clean waiting area and nice Starbucks coffee! A whole different service. I'm very happy and pleased! Thank you to everyone! Very impressed!
