After somebody tried to steal my Vespa and it sustained some serious body and parts damage, I found this shop. I cannot say enough good things about the repair job that they did. It took a while because they had to order parts (but this was very well communicated to me in advance) and then send it out to be painted. My Vespa, after repairs, looks better than it did originally. They are kind people doing honest and good work. I hope I don't have to get my scooter repaired again but if I do I will certainly hit them up again. Thank you Get It Fixed!

Fixed a problem with the front wheel of my scooter in less time than it took me to write this review. Didn t even charge me a penny. They got a customer for life. Won t be going anywhere else for true.

Honesty, good communication, reasonable prices, quality work. This is a fantastic shop. Friendly, helpful, and ATV is repaired correctly.I've been to several local repair shops that closed down. They were shady and quality was poor.Get it fixed did just that . Highly recommended after multiple services and repaired machines.

My truck is old, has many issues and recently died in my driveway. These guys came and towed the truck to their shop and then later called with the details of what's needed and the costs. They were really friendly and very honest. It's a neighborhood shop and a very local feel. I'm SO happy to have my truck back the same day and have it running again. They did excellent work and the prices are very fair. I recommend to anyone needing a mechanic, give this shop a try.

Wonderful business very kind people even with everything on their hands they still manage to get my tire replaced and repaired within 24 hours definitely recommend and yes they do electric scooters as well

So I was recommended by an acquaintance, and needed work done ASAP, but the professionalism of this place is very poor! I had my alternator replaced in my car and it took over a week to get it back. It s only been a few months and I had to take my car to a real professional to have it replaced because the battery light is still coming on! And now thinking it s ok to drive it started making an awful noise and started to smell bad I was informed that the Alternator has started to melt! When I called to get the history and exact date the work was done because they have not provided a receipt he (the owner) said he must wait till his wife gets in to look up info, and she would call me back. I m still waiting! NOT! Very un professional! And if you do not have the knowledge of actual mechanics to be working on vehicles then they need to say up front before charging any customer an unreasonable price for repair. I had a bad experience, and do not recommend this place to anyone, they have taken advantage of someone who was in need. I am a single mom and do not have a lot of money.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Gary has been my go to mechanic for years, even before he started his business of Get It Fixxed. I can always rely on him to not only fix my vehicles, but I can trust him as he will give me an honest answer, even if it s advice I ask on how to fix it myself! He tries to help those in need and always gives honest evaluations and prices! I recommend this shop to anyone needing mechanic work. They are reasonable on their prices, upfront and honest about what actually needs to be done on my vehicle and when I had them do my clutch a few months ago they were willing to work with me on payments. if you are in the Albuquerque NM area you should bring your vehicle here to be worked on.

Small shop with 2 great honest hard working men. If you have scooters 4 wheelers or any atv's they work on give you reasonable prices. That's definitely gonna be our new scooter people.

Great owners, they have treated me fairly and with much respect. They will work with you and help you with anything you need on Chinese mopeds, or even atvs, cars, you name it and these guys can probably help you fix it.

The mechanic burned up the electrical wiring throughout my scooter, simply by installing the wrong CDI, during what he considered to be a diagnostic. Then he refused to repair the damage, that he caused to my scooter. In fact, he actually tried to charge me, to "Get It Fixed." My scooter would still be running today, if had not taken it in to them at all. I should ordered the CDI myself, and installed it myself. The reason I took my scooter in to them, was that they had rewired, a small section of the electrical system in my scooter, one week earlier, and I had been led to believe, that the mechanic, guarantees his work. Get It Fixed does not guarantee any of the work performed by it's owner, or the company's mechanics. For the amount of money paid to Gilbert's run downl operation, I should have driven away from his garage. Instead, I wound having, to walk my scooter, all the way back home. What I found Get It Fixed to provide, is nothing more than a rip off, followed by a scam, and it's all run, by a few disorganized con artists. I could have actually purchased a brand new scooter, with the money I paid out to Get It Fixed. I still do not have a running scooter, because I don't have anymore money, to pay for repairs elsewhere. I recommend repairs elsewhere, to anyone thinking of having Get It Fixed, service any vehicle.

Very unprofessional charged way to much for the work that was done, and then when I asked what was done to my scooter one employee got mad and didn't want to show the work that done, got an attitude. After that day went back to make final payment and pick up scooter the owner was rude and wanted to fight because of the questions and the things asked for, because it's a chinese scooter, he said we don't warranty them and I asked why. That's when the owner got upset and said you want to go, he was getting ready to take his shirt off to fight, I told him that he doesn't know how to run a business and got very angry, I don't recommend this place at all to no one, sorry place, sorry ownership and not professional at all. This place needs to get closed down for a lot of reasons.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Even on New Year's Eve, they assisted in starting our pickup and getting it to the shop for clutch repairs.
