I had a great experience buying a car here, despite my misgivings about buying a car sight unseen. Jacob at Forthright worked with me long distance, including a video walk through of the car, emailing documents back and forth, and even driving it to meet me halfway for pickup. Jacob and Mark's communication was prompt and transparent. And, the car was priced fairly. Even though they are out of state for me, I will definitely be checking their inventory when it comes time for another car!

Both Mark (owner) and Jacob were incredibly gracious and accommodating to my specific needs. They patiently bent over backwards to make sure my financial and transportation needs well exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.The salesman, Jacob, was super chill, no pressure with the exception of getting me to speak my needs, which served me well.They were flexible, friendly and surprised me with what I could afford. I drove off that lot with a new gently used car that I have confidence in with a giant smile on my face.A wonderful privately owned company that gave me a fresh experience in buying a car. The day after I had a horrible accident on I-40 and totaled my car I drove by forthright Auto and just stopped in. Thomas was there and showed me an incredible little SUV. I took it for a test ride with my sister and fell in love with it. I was able to do every single bit of the paperwork right there with Thomas. What an incredible experience. After being so jostled by a horrible accident Thomas was so kind and brought a lightness to it and I was able to finish up my paperwork with a smile on my face. No pressure excellent music and when I asked Thomas if it was the lowest price he could go I didn't realize that Mark gave me a $3,000 break. They were so funny Thomas and Mark and so kind. If anyone in my family or friends are looking for a vehicle, this will be the place I recommend always. I'll be changing my mechanic also. I have such a cool new car a Grand Vitara and I feel frigid fantastic. I love you guys you really the process of Breeze. Thank you, thank you, love you.

If you are looking for a reputable used car dealership, look no further. Everyone at Frothright Auto was great. We traveled from Colorado to purchase a car for my fianc�. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Shout out to Jacob for making this an enjoyable process. The owner Mark also walked us through ever single paper we signed and was transparent as possible with the car s history, pre purchase inspection, etc. 10/10 would consider Frothright again when purchasing a vehicle. .

Thought I got great deal, they even added new tires, paid cash. One tire came apart on my way home. They said it was my problem and I must have hit something, I didn't. It's fine, want buy another truck for my fleet, will buy from somewhere else. Poor service after the sale. Offer to fix everything for $800 and finance. Lol, going somewhere else.Picked up my truck after refusing to pay $800.00. Went to fuel up to drive home, my fuel line was cut. Apparently they knew all about it but didn't say a word. Instead the management said they found it when they lifted the truck and fixed it. Then why didn't you say anything about it?Let's consider how we got here. I had no running lights at night so in order to keep from being ran into or getting ticket, I had to fix the tail lights. That's when we discovered the trailer brakes and wiring was bad, plus the tire. So place the blame on me, that's fine.

Besides at Honda, this was in the top 2 car buying experience for me!! Completely painless, efficient, and thorough!! I purchased a used Nissan Frontier from Mark here at Forthright. He is a cool, laid-back guy and not pretentious even though I found out later he is the owner of the dealership. I was and still am very impressed with this dealership's customer service. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and when I need another vehicle, Forthright will be my First stop!!

Dalet made the financing decision easy. Harvey the mascot was socially pleasing but Jake our sales guy helped us along the way. We were exhausted trying to find a fine automobile in Albuquerque so I should have started with this friendly, knowledgeable team of experts.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder here after searching high and low in Albuquerque. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was unlike any other used car dealership I had been to. Everyone was so nice! After the test drive I decided I wanted the car, so the owner took us into his office and made it so easy to come to a decision. We talked so much that it ended up going past the time the bank closed so I had to come back the next day. They held the vehicle for me and even had all of the paperwork ready for me so I wasn t there all day long. Chris was very helpful and made it quick and easy to get my new car! I m so thankful I fell upon this dealership after thinking I had exhausted all of my options as far as finding a decent car and/or dealer. If I ever need a new car (hopefully not for awhile as I love this one & hope to keep her a long time) I will definitely come back and see them! 10/10 recommended Forthright Auto!

I contacted Samantha at Forthright Auto about purchasing a car sight unseen from out of state. She was very accommodating in all regards of getting the car to an independent shop for an inspection for me, as well as sending me pictures of anything and everything, all the small details.She also had excellent communication throughout the process responding quickly to any messages I sent her.One of the few honest car dealers left out there, be happy to do business with them any day.

Definitly a positive purchasing experience: no high pressure, no gimmicks, and a good price on our vehicle. All of our questions were answered in a straighforward manner, and Mark was able to get us a better financing situation than our own bank offered.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. The sales staff was very kind and helpful.the test drive process was simple and convenient!. No pressure at all. when it came down to the purchase. It was nice and smooth. Took about an hour. The fastest I've ever had!. Dalet was very friendly. High marks for forthwright.

We purchased a Ford Explorer with them about a week ago, and was pleased with the vehicle. My husband and I were in a hurry and the staff was able to help us quickly. For getting a new car we were basically in and out. The only negative thing I would say is the car was dirty on the outside when the rest of the cars on the lot were clean. As well as it had a quarter tank of gas. Overall we appreciate their service.

I have to say that I was impressed with how Dalet took care of me with the purchase of my new car!!! I will tell anyone that I know looking to buy a new vehicle to go see the people at Forthright Auto. I myself was searching for a new vehicle for several weeks and then I saw their website and and I saw several vehicles that caught my eye. Not only was the price right the selection they have is great as well, so if anyone is looking to buy another vehicle I say check them out first I think you will pleased!!!

Would highly recommend to anyone with less than perfect credit. Interacted with Chris and he went out of his way to try and get me placed in a vehicle; even if it wasn't with Forthright. Helped my friend who was my co-signer in trying to determine issues with his Volkswagen even though he was not looking for a vehicle. Unfortunately we were unable to work/find a vehicle for myself, but the staff was super friendly and helpful and would highly recommend. It's hard to find honest used car dealers in this town and Forthright are both honest and super helpful; even if you do not purchase a vehicle through them.

Upon arriving at Forthright Auto, I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was given the opportunity to look around without being shadowed or pressured. I decided on the car I wanted and the staff facilitated as easy a purchase as one could hope for.
