I just want to say I feel like either I'm being scammed with these warranty tires or they just need more money for incentives on sales. I went in a few months ago to get my tires replaced under warranty when I noticed gashes in my tires and low tread. Dj helped me at this time and said the issues were superficial, just cosmetic and not covered under warranty. So I left thinking Im good. He said the other tires are still good so no need to have them replaced. I came back to the same DJ ready to help me, and today I'm told the tread is too low for warranty, and now the tire with a gash in it can be covered in house warranty. Something is totally off and this place has done nothing but trying to get more money out of me since I walked in. The best they can do is a discount credit card. I'm left with the same tires, no real help, and looking for a new option so I'm safe on the road. They're not concerned just salesman trying to make a buck off you.

Today i took my tire in for a leak repair and the tire was unfixable so i asked for them to just put it back on and id deal with leak until i can afford a couple tires in 2 weeks. I got my car back and the guy said we took care of it? I asked "fixed the flat?"and he said for your safety we put a new tire .no charge !!!!!!!! I am still very gr88tful for this shop of amazing guys and they have a customer for life and i will spread their kindness story to everyone who hears. Thank you. . very much! see you soon. Came here to get new tires on our Jeep Wrangler.....Nothing but high praises for this store on Montgomery/Pan Am Freeway.Ryan is incredible and so is The rest of the staff! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The place is clean and everyone is treated with respect! Thank you for being a great place to get tires in Albuquerque! You guys are awesome!!!

Just what me and my car need for wheels and tires and more! Thank you to DJ and the whole crew!Every time I've gone here they provided knowledgeable and efficient services. All great experiences from when I needed an emergency tire to a new rim, always answered my questions, quickly finding the part I wanted, offered other helpful options and no pushy sales if I didn't want them, left my car in good shape. I don't like to take my car to places other than the dealership but they help keep me a safe and happy driver and they do great work.

Waiting in service for an appointment set during the day knowing they'll work past hours.Wasn't expecting to buy tires but safety reasons got 2 new tires, just go with their branded tires and warranty it'll be worth it.Ethan great and patient.All staff work effortlessly and extremely kind during mad rush.Kyle

The people here are SO kind and willing to help. They re so sweet and talk to me like a person, and overall really personable. I don t even mind waiting because of how good of an attitude they have and also the services I ve come in for are usually free. Come kill some time here while they help your car!

It is easy to make an appointment and when you get there you are greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Today they quickly assessed and repaired the problem with one of my tires. I also purchased two new tires and Kyle made sure to match a lower price that another store had for the same tires. It was a very positive experience and I will continue to do business here.

Made an appt and ordered tires in December. Had to reschedule to today for some stuff that came up. Got there 30 minutes before my appointment and was out 40 minutes later. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tires I ordered are excellent. Will bring my truck here for sure when it needs a tire upgrade.

The staff is always very helpful. I had to have a flat fixed. Even though they were extremely busy, they were still finished before the time my car would be ready!. They have staff to put air in your tires free of charge!

Impressed with this Discount Tire and it's probably the best one I have ever been to in 20 years. More often than not they honor the appointment times and get you in and out rather quickly. Customer service however is top notch. From the guys inside at the counter, to the guys working in the bays. Everyone delivers.

Tried this shop twice, once for a repair and once for replacement. First trip great staff, good work. Second trip, struggled. The vehicle was dropped off with an estimate pickup at 2:30-3:00. We finally get the vehicle back closer to 6. The most concerning thing was the condition our rims were left in. You can see they were crudely wiped down after the new tires were installed to remove their mounting solution. Not saying the tires/rims should be detailed to a spotless shine, but any sort of solutions added during the mounting process should be completely removed before returning the vehicle. If they lack the attention to detail with a basic curtisey, it makes you wonder if anything else during the process was sloppily done. Not the service you want to see when you spend $1500 in tires.

Very knowledgeable staff helped us pick tires . Good prices and quality tire choices. They said we d be done by 4:00 pm and beat that by 20 minutes.We were loyal to Discount Tire when we lived in Ohio because they were so good. Now that we live in New Mexico it s good to know we can get the same service here. Loved that they had all our history available in their system too.

Outstanding customer service, my boyfriend and I were stranded in Kingman Arizona on route from CA to CO. We called a dozen plus stores on our route to get 2 oversized tires (none of them had in stock and due to the holiday, we were looking at 4 more days) Tyler was able to get them at another tire shop and have them for us when we arrived. We drove from Kingman AZ on a smaller sized spare and was so happy when we arrived! With the help of Tyler and his team and shout out to Andrew.. they got us in and taken care of so we could get back on the road ASAP!Thank you to the team for all your help!

Bought 2 tires, discovered down the road they didn't put one of my sensors back so my car showed a tpms fault, a different discount tire replaced it for free but this is the second time I brought in my car and had sensor issues afterwards.

Needed help with a flat tire and with 2 new lug nuts. Associates working couldn't help me with either. Waisted 2 hours of my morning waiting for them to figure out how they could help me and then was extremely let down and disappointed.

I purchased my tires at this location and I take my vehicle there regularly to get the tires balanced and rotated. If you make an appointment that's the best way to go because they always take care of you and they have you in and out quick. I definitely wanted to mention the sales person (Kyle C) who took care of me on my last visit. This gentleman was amazing and his customer service was above and beyond excellent. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions. Above all he had an extremely sincere, genuine, authentic personality while he engaged me in conversation. With any type of vehicle repairs or service there's always a bit of trepidation. I observed how Kyle worked with all of the different types of people and this guy is a true caring and considerate professional. I noticed the salespersons not only help you at the counter but when they are not checking customers in they are out there working on the vehicles. The entire staff were working very hard and they should be commended for it.

I love discount tire. I started coming here because I had a flat tire one day and discount patched my tire for free sent me on my way in about an hour. They said they will always patch a tire as long as it isn't in the side wall because they want people to be safe. Well now I get my tires from discount over every other tire shop. On my recent visit I bought 4 new tires and 4 rims. I made an appointment and they had me in and out within an hour. There was a slight hiccup while getting my tires done but the guys at discount took care of me as always. This place is always busy and the employees work hard to get everyone in and out. Thanks discount!

Last week, I ran over a screw. Went to @discount_tire for the repair and they found a crack in the rim. I ended up ordering another set there - the employee was sooo patient browsing rims with me online while maintaining social distancing and constantly sanitizing everything. It was a really painless experience. They were all very nice and professional. Thank you!

Amazing all around!I ve gotten my tires serviced here more than once, and have received nothing short of amazing service every time. Some mechanic shops will try to lie and exaggerate to extort more money out of you - not here. Also, their free air refills are incredible! Would definitely recommend this location.

Made an appointment for a bad tire sensor. They had me in and out in less than the stated time. We love this place, always friendly and helpful.
