The side of my car that was hit looks great! The other side they scratched up and refused to fix. Don t come here, maybe try a different location but not this one.Edited to add: the scratches in this picture are at the bottom front of the rear passenger door. The damage you noted was near the handle of the front passenger door. See the first attached picture - the top yellow circle is where you noted damage, the bottom one is where the scratches are. If you think the picture you have from before the repairs actually shows the damage in my picture, why don t you post your picture? Because it doesn t show anything in that spot on my car. Go ahead and post your notes, too. This damage happened while it was in your shop. You then accused me of lying about it in front of my children.

If a zero star rating was possible that is what I would give to this place!I took in my car on a Tuesday (10/24) and they took an hour just to do a walk around. I asked for copies of the paperwork I had signed and the ladies at the front desk would not give me any documents. A man named Dylan FINALLY came out and was seemingly nice. He stated it was minor and he could fix it quickly. I was relieved because I hate not having my car.He called 2 days later saying my car would be done 11/1 as they were awaiting parts. I said ok and agreed because I had no other option as they had already taken apart my car. Later I noticed the estimate from the insurance stated 11/9 for completion. Also,the estimate showed 100 mile difference than when I took it in. So I called them, receptionists were rude and kept transferring me around.On 10/31, I call in AGAIN! Finally, I am able to speak to Dylan. He states that the vehicle won t be ready until 11/9. I asked him why he told me 11/1 and why they have not returned my calls. He said in his notes he told me parts would come in on 11/1 and that I needed to wait until 11/9. I asked what was taking so long, he went through paint and assembling. I expressed my concerns and my frustration as they were not clear. He at first was kind and professional but when I questioned him he got upset and aggressive. I asked if I could just pick it up. He said no cause the parts were off. I said I would see with the insurance what I could do. He called about 30 minutes later and left a voicemail saying my car was put back together and I needed to pick it up. He called again in the morning and left another voicemail saying I needed to go get my car. When I returned his call he was very angry and demanded I go get my car. After getting car I found additional damages and just laziness or carelessness in putting it back together. Very sad and concerning as my children are in this car daily.Blessing in disguise! This place has bad reviews and I m grateful my car can be fixed correctly elsewhere.

Communication was a real problem.They had my car over 4 weeks before they called with an update but this only after calling and leaving three messages.They then estimated an additional week because they inadvertently had forgotten to order a part. Seriously!? Finally the car was ready. 6 weeks later!As we were doing the walk through, the paint had issues, there was a new windshield crack, and hood would not pop. To say I m shocked is an understatement.Communication left much to be desired. Work also sub-Pat. I wouldn t work with them again and I do not recommend. There are plenty of other options.

Noah and the other employees at Car Crafters honestly treated me like family. I got to meet and speak with the managers to express my gratitude for the attention to detail their craftsmen had and the level of customer service Noah had. Their communication was top notch during this 6 months ordeal (was not long because of Car Crafters it was long because my car is made of unobtainium and it's difficult to source parts). The best part is all of the techs are car people and you can see the pride they take in their work. I cannot recommend Car Crafters enough!

Solid Experience. The employees provided good to great customer service. My car was brought there and sadly was totalled by my insurance. However, Car Crafters was understanding and helped when/where they could. It was a brief experience so cannot say much more.

Incredibly poor at communicating. We had our car stolen and between finding a body shop to take our car to and dealing with insurance companies who drag their feet, car crafters took all day to call us back just to tell us they were at capacity. I completely understand that is out of their control, but to take that long just to get a no callback is asinine. Why not tell us you re at capacity to begin with when we call in the first place??? If you re in a bind, don t bring your car here unless you have time to burn and thumbs to twiddle.

Great customer service from the team, and kept me informed on status of my vehicle. The car looks like brand new, and as if I drove it off of the lot. Thanks for an excellent job on my vehicle.

Had a 10am Appt. Waited 30 minutes until someone came out to talk to me. Gentlemen didn t even introduce himself. Walked out for inspection and laughed at my 1996 For Bronco. Hit me at 20+ K. Asked for a real number as that is why I set up appt. He said we don t paint. Shrugged me off and walked away. I have brought all my insurance claims to them, this is first self pay. Never again. I have never been so disrespected by someone that laughs at something you are trying to fix up for a family member.

I was recently rear ended and the person who hit me fled the scene of the accident. I heard not so great things about Car Crafters but when I saw they were nearby and my insurance works with them, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to take my car there for an estimate and repairs. On 10/16/2023 I made an appointment for 10/23 at 8am for the Car Crafters at 600 Montano Road NE for and estimate and to schedule repairs on my car. Since this location is close to my house and near the Top Golf that I am familiar with. They said they examine my car, and they have a rep from my insurance company on site and they had mechanics there as well, so I didn't need to worry about the mechanical issues I was having - they said they would take a look. I arrived on 10/23 at 8:00 sharp and after providing my name, phone number, address and claim number they said they could not find me in the system and that I did not have an appointment. They said they can schedule me out for another day in the future. I let them know I took off work for this and I had this planned for a week. After I pushed back and spoke with the manager, they said if I fill out a form I can get seen right away as a customer walk in. So, I did the customer walk in form. Around 8:15am they called my name, and I was seen by a gentleman named Darren. He let me know they would take the car back and do an estimate and should be done in 45 minutes to an hour. At 9:15 I came back, and my car was sitting outside of the garage in the pick-up zone. I let the lady at the front desk know I was there. I sat there for over an hour, at 10:30 I was finally seen and Darren basically threw an estimate at me that took literally 50 seconds to go through. He was ready to walk away, and I said, what about the repairs, what day should I come back for repairs? His response was "someone named Dan will call you". The front desk people are rude and on their phones ignoring customers. This company is pretending to be an auto repair/mechanic shop. But in my experience, they are anything but that.

Amazing customer service (Chris Moya) as well as great repair work. My 4Runner looks as good as when I drove it out of Toyota dealership last fall. Thanks Car Crafters and Farmers insurance.

Adam is a geart guy to work with keept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and made sure I knew what parts on my car were being ordered and replaced. My car was done earlier the expected which was great. Front and back end work done looks amazing. I will not go anywhere else for the repairs on my vehicle for damages. Thank you also to the front desk ladies very patient and respectful to all.

The five stars is for the ones who actually do the repairs. The front desk and insurance companies need to communicate better. I wasn't the only one who felt like I was doing the job rather than the front desk here and that of the insurance companies. It has been a headache being the "middle man" or "woman" lol

They did and inspection on my car and there is still stuff wrong with my car from the accident terrible service they did a terrible inspection took it to another shop still working with my insurance to get my car fixed bc the guy at car crafters said my car was good to go and it wasn t not sure if the guy that inspected my cars certified not a trustful place trying to lie about stuff that should ve been fixed

Told the lady at the front desk i had a 11:30am appointment, she thought that I was a "walk in" and had to clarify multiple times that I had an appointment. Waited over an hour to be helped for an estimate and the help never arrived. Went to the same lady who signed me in and she couldn't find my paper work that mysteriously disappeared. She walked back and forth looking lost and didn't know what else to do. Ended up walking out. This company clearly shows that they hire people who don't know what they are doing, would rather socialize about their personal lives, not provide professional customer service and have cold symptoms.

I took my car to get fixed they did a good job at not only fixing my car also damaging it as well my front quarter panel has paint chips that weren t their before my sides skirts have paint chipped from the accident and also they over sprayed my rear quarter window and broke my window switch and the pictures below will show what they damaged and painted badly also they do not know how to reinstall window rain deflectors I paid my 250$ deductible and this is what I get the shop is reluctant to return my calls i gave them plenty of time Dillion from progressive I have two jobs I can t just drop off my car this is unacceptable

These "WORKERS" are the LAZIEST people!! Got rear ended and Im in legal proceedings trying to get my safety bar replaced after they "fixed" my car!!! The bar that sets off your air bags was neglected during my repair!!! Cutting corners like that gets people killed in accidents!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They do shady work and don't repair what should be replace in an accident!! They have multiple lawsuits going! I don't know how these places are allowed operate with trash repairs putting people in danger! If you get your car fixed here CHECK EVERY THING OVER! GET A SECOND OPINION!!!Service: Brake service & repair

Horrible paint job. I have a fleet of vehicles and I took one of them to them. We are a transportation company so the longer our vehicles are offline the more money we lose.The first time they did a good job but they had horrible customer service. They didn't return calls. We had to have 3 different people try to reach them. Finally after 12 calls they called us back. Later, I needed body work done again. I gave them second chance (big mistake) they did an awful job on the paint. The paint bubbled. So we took it back (more time off the line). They said it would be ready by Friday and that they would call us back. They never called us back. We finally got a return call after 3 of us left them messages. Our car is still not ready and it's Monday. Horrible customer service and the manger doesn't return calls either. No one there does. Very frustrating. I will never go back there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!Back in March/April, I had to take my 2022 Ram Rebel in due to an accident. After repairs were done, I noticed the bumper was off. I waited until my hubby was home to check because we may not see things perfectly. He noticed it was off. We called the insurance company and car crafters. We were told it was within specs and that s the way it was to look. I told him, it was not and that s not how I purchased prior to accident.They refused to fix it. Kept telling me I was wrong and it s how it s supposed to look.Went and called the insurance company to go to Larry H Miller Collision East to have repairs fixed the right way (had to wait a few months to get lawyer involved since they were stating nothing was wrong with issue) Was told today from the original accident fix, the brackets under were bent. Now that it has been fixed the right way, everything lines up and truck is no longer unevenWill never use this company again.
