About a week ago my car was giving me issues. I was doing my research and found Blue Castle. I was a bit skeptical of taking it to just any mechanic shop. I took in my car and spoke with Anthony about my car and he told me he would take a look at it and give me a call. The following day I spoke with George one of Anthony s crew members called and informed me what the issue was with my car and gave me a fair price! The next day I got a letter from Ford informing me there was a recall and it was the same issue going on with my car. I take the letter to Anthony and it was in fact the issue wrong with my car. So I m gonna be taking it to the dealership so unfortunately I didn t get any work done to my car. But if you re looking for a mechanic who s commutative, knowledgeable, and most importantly trust worthy look no further than Blue Castle as Anthony and his crew will take care of you as they helped me relief a lot of stress when my car was giving me issues.

Went in to get lower control arms replaced, they're done right. However in the process on getting the old ones taken off, the outer tie rod on the passenger side, they broke the seal which then lost all the grease as well as the lower ball joints lost the grease from sealed ball joints, both lower ball joints were not even a year old. And didn't tighten all the bolts back up including the wheels properly, then when called to ask if it might have been a mistake they broke the seal the owner then thought I was accusing them of sabotaging the vehicle then he said just take them to court then, oh looks like we are losing connection from the call and then hangs up seemed rude at the end when just trying to see if it was a mistake or not also the alignment is still off. Now I have to go and buy new lower ball joints and tie rods and get the alignment plus labor all over again

The other day my car started making an awful loud noise. After I had installed new tires, breaks and shocks. I totally needed an alignment and I my hope was that the alignment could help the problem . I was very uncomfortable driving my car with this unusual noise. After doing doing some research I found Blue Castle Alignment Shop and Automotive. Anthony the owner took my call , and he encouraged me to make an appointment and drop off my car. So he could access the situation.As you can imagine I was very nervous and anxious . Anything to do with car repairs can be like a Pandora s box. Happily, my experience with Blue Castle Alignment Shop and Automotive was amazing. I had an idea of what the problem was and I was delighted that Anthony found the problem fix it a charge me a reasonable charge. I was super happy and felt a great relief that my car was ready to roll safely. Are you in need of a knowledge, honest , and on the shop ? Give Blue Castle Alignment Shop and Automotive and call. You won t be disappointed.

Anthony (the owner) and his crew are class acts. Integrity, honesty and amazing customer service. I was recently scared into a crazy high estimate by Big (blank) Tires (nearly $1,000) received shoddy, inconsistent customer service there....and turns out I didn't even need the repairs I was quoted there.A friend recommended Anthony and Blue Castle. The customer service at Blue Castle is incredible. I was in and out promptly, with the invaluable peace of mind that my car's problem was resolved and at a cost of about $500 less than I'd been quoted at the big chain places. This is how you build a customer base. Thanks, Blue Castle.

I wouldn't take may car anywhere else after going to Blue Castle. There was a positive energy, the shop was so clean; I could feel the integrity. Service was fast! My car drives like a dream. First of all I d like to say I highly recommend Blue Castle Automotive.I m a female who dislikes dealing with mechanic, tire, tint shops anything of that nature. But after finally stopping at Blue Castle I m glad I did. Anthony the owner is an empathetic, honest, not going to take advantage of you individually. He saved me money & my car runs great. I took my truck in thinking I needed ball joints replaced, and I was ready to pay 1200 for the job. Anthony took the time to inspect the truck, and find the noise, and it was not the ball joints. He took extra time to find and fix the popping, that was way less than 1200, therefore saving me about 1,000. This shows that his work ethic is outstanding, he could have easily charged me the 1200 after fixing the track bar bushings, and cab mount bolts. He runs an honest so, and that's hard to find these days. Thank you Anthony, were very happy to find an honest shop for auto repairs. I recently brought my car to this mechanic for repairs and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did they fail to fix my car properly, but they also lied to me about the parts they used. Instead of using the quality parts I was expecting, they used cheap parts that ended up causing further damage to my vehicle. This is unacceptable behavior and shows a lack of professionalism and honesty on the part of the mechanic. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone and advise others to choose a more reputable and trustworthy mechanic for their car repairs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection

A/C failed while traveling thru' area with RV. Diagnosed Fri, fixed Saturday, on the road again Sunday. Explained job and costs to me. Great job, friendly service, reasonable pricing.

Was driving through Albuquerque and had a hole in my radiator. Anthony and his team were nothing short amazing and did all they could to get me out and back on the road. AMAZING service and extremely knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend and truly blessed with their professionalism and expertise.

I went there for my work van. They were so nice, so quick and so efficient. I was shocked with how quick they were being I had two cars Infront of me. I expected to be there for at least 2 hrs... They got me in and out within an hr or so. I will be back and I will recommend this place to everyone. The owner has a lot of passion for his work and you can feel it. It's rare to come by. This place is very unprofessional and a rip off they will tell you that they are going to fix all the problems the car has and supposedly they are going to buy the parts from the manufacturer which they didn t and lied, did ask for the receipt and they bought it form a cheap auto place and charged me extra money and wanted me to pay more money because it had other issues I thought they had already fixed. Do not recommend this place.

Anthony & his crew went ABOVE & BEYOND for me! I was on a road trip & needed my brakes changed & found Anthony based on his reviews. I value honesty- especially when it comes to car mechanics as we all know they can over charge & take advantage of you. Anthony explained everything to me, showed me the damage, gave me options, & was honest & upfront the entire time. He cares about his customers & takes pride in the honest work he provides. I have been looking for an auto shop I could trust. This is it. The people are very friendly and the mechanics know their stuff. They were honest and upfront about everything. And they did NOT try to over charge me or fix anything that didn't need it. Great work, great value and fast service. I went in for a repair to my Subaru, but when my 1968 Buick GS (my baby) needs anything, Blue Castle Auto is where I will take it. I can't give better praise than that.Service: Electrical repair

I took our car to a different shop on Louisiana and Zuni for a simple alignment. That shop then told me that I needed to replace the struts. Long story short that shop completely ruined the car and I was forced to take the car even though it was completely unsafe from the damage that was done. Took the car to Blue castle and they were able to order the parts and fix the other shops mistake. They are super compassionate and honest they take you to the back and show you exactly what s wrong, how much it will cost and how long it will take to fix. As a woman I felt taken care of and not like I was being taking advantage of like the other shop. Anthony was very professional & took great notes at what I needed looked at. He fixed my Jeeps steering which was loose & aligned the wheels as well as flushed my transmission and serviced it. I was extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely take my Jeep back to him to work on. He charges a very fair price. I'm so appreciative of honest people. Thank you so much Anthony for taking care of my son's car! It's nice to know there are good people out there that don't take advantage of others.I called from out of state trying to find a place for my 18 year old to get his car fixed after someone hit him. Anthony was able to fix his car so he could go to work (delivery guy). The repair prices are super reasonable and they are honest about what needs to be fixed. I highly recommend Blue Castle and will be sending my son back for future repairs.

I consistently used Blue Castle Automotive between 2014 and 2019 for my repairs, before to moving to another state. Anthony and his team were honest, upright, and always willing to take you into the shop to show you any needed maintenance. I appreciated the transparency. Probably the most honest mechanic in the 505! It's refreshing to find a mechanic who doesn't try to push a ton of work that is not needed on my vehicle. I have way more peace of mind driving my 2007 Subie after having Blue Castle check out my vehicle. Recently I went to another mechanic that had over $5,000 worth of recommended services for my car! Turns out just needed $500 done. I appreciate Anthony's honesty and integrity. Blue Castle did a great job keeping my car on the road and cool blowing AC! Thanks Anthony! Very polite and respectful before working on your vehicle, but during process boy does that change. Was pressured to leave vehicle because if not it might break. THEN got my vehicle back and everything seemed fine until I got home. First thing my wife noticed what happened to the car? I responded what do you mean she said l"ook there is a dent that wasn't there before you took it". I looked I verified it was true and couldn't believe they did not even make me aware of it and let me leave with my vehicle. I heard very good reviews of the shop that is the reason I went there, but to see that they did not show NO honesty of what happened has changed my opinion of their character. I will no longer return there and who knows what it will cost to repair the damage they did to my vehicle. Beware ......

I called in a.m. to see if I could get brakes done Anthony owner says bring it in he called with the estimate which I was scared to hear but for all 4 breaks and new front rotors $552, plus life time warranty on the break pads and 90 days for the labor!!!! Great! Also got a regulator for the car and fixed the wonky windshield wipers all in the one day my truck was done in 2 -3 hrs. Which is a miracle. I've been on a wait list since last Thursday for "sometime" this coming week. OH NO not going back to that business. Thank you Anthony and crew much appreciated!!! You guys are Awesome.

My sons referred Blue Castle to me for automotive work and I am super glad they did. My first experience was with the owner and one of his Mechanics.They let me know that if they couldn't work on the vehicle for some reason, that they would recommend another mechanic to resolve the problem with the vehicle. The prompt service, honestly, great price and overall experience has made me a believer. I will be taking my vehicles for service in the future. Thank you Anthony Romero and the rest of the team. Very professional and straight forward, even had the option to have my vehicle towed there from my home. Price was fair and my truck has been back on the road since. My mom ended up taking her van there too and they fixed her issues of concern. We definitely know where we will go if we have any mechanical issues in the future.

Needed a front end aliment on my 89 Saab desperately and it was well past mid day on a Saturday. Called Blue Castle and spoke with Mr. Romero. "Drop the car off" he say. We're pretty busy but I'll get it done. He's a man of his word. It's now quarter to four and I'm home writing a review. Fast quality service at a great price. Personally, Mr Romero was very respectful, courteous and very detailed in his description of the work performed. I couldn't be happier with the way my Saab handles and tracks. Straight and true! If you re having car trouble, then this is your go to shop. I ve been here multiple times (to include today) and will go nowhere else. Keep in mind, I drive two hours just to get here. The owner Anthony is straight forward and won t try to up sell you work you don t need. He even takes the time to show you the work he did do! It s a first come first serve basis, so try to get here early. The shop is always busy but even then he tries to squeeze you in! I would recommend him to anyone. I was able to drive back home with the A/C on full blast again.

Blue Castle go above and beyond if you give them respect you get respect back. Every time I have gone in I get the best service. They show me exactly what they did not just print out a receipt. If they can't fix it? They will tell you upfront instead of yanking your chain. That's called integrity and ethical. Highly recommended! A+
