I am so happy they took care of my tire repair and gave me a great deal on a wheel alignment and oil change. I needed repairs done same day and they got it done fast. This location deserves the highest rating for service in my neighborhood. Really helpful and reliable.

This tire shop is an all hands on-deck kind of places. They are fast and friendly, have great customer service. They found and addressed the leak that Firestone couldn t find. Would definitely recommend to everyone in the area.

I had a low tire, pulled in to Big O on Juan Tabo. What amazing customer service. I had a nail in my tire, they quickly fixed it and was on my way. All for free! The employees were so nice. I will be returning there the next time I need tires. A little service goes a long way!

I got a 5" bolt into my tire Friday night on I-40 east side of Albuquerque but was able to drive home (about 5 miles). This morning, the Saturday before Xmas (Monday, 2023), I checked my tire and it was completely flat. Unfortunately I didn't have the custom tire bolt wrench to remove the tire on my son's SAAB. Called AAA and they came within an hour to remove the tire, but didn't have a gizmo to unbolt the tire either. So he towed my car to Big O, just a mile away on Juan Tabo, close to home. The boys at Big O were able to work on my car/tire immediately and figured a way to remove the custom bolts without ruining them. They then applied the appropriate plug for the tire damage, showing me the 5" bolt with its nut still on. My car was ready within a half hour. The manager even offered the work free of charge for the holiday, but I insisted on paying the $35 repair. I also promised them I would post a review. We recently had moved to town from Oregon, but I was familiar with Big O during my life of 73 years in Oregon and California. If I was rich the boys would have gotten a big tip from me. I wouldn't recommend dropping in last minute, but I am thankful for the staff at this location for fixing my tire and staying late to see that my vehicle's tires were good to go. Definitely will call ahead next time my vehicle needs maintenance.Keep up the good work!

Originally purchased tires at discount tire next door. Had me waiting for thirty minutes.Came to big o and Xavier very courteous and prompt service.Had me up and going fast.Will recommend them to my friends.Will also be back for new tires in a couple months due to his service

I had a last minute issue with my tire and no one was able to get me in with the busy holiday. Drove into Big O tires on Juan Tabo without an appointment and Xavier and his team immediately got me in and got my tire patched up and taken care of. Thank you so much for the help. Alot of hidden fees, so be careful when you think you're getting a good deal. Because they'll tack on another $400 for "fees". Also they make you pay the shipping fee if the tires you need aren't in stock

I had an oil change done here and they did a fantastic job, extremely nice and friendly workers, and service only took like an hour plus, they suggested I change the filters and even showed me the old ones, very price friendly too, will come here again!
