Vehicle was delivered as promised thanks to Leah and John. No issues and they took great care of my vehicle while it was with them. Will be returning to get more work completed.Thanks again!

If I could have gave a lower rating, I would but this will have to suffice. I took my doge charger to get some transmission work done after it kept running a code for it, but the people at AAMCO transmission said that it was something entirely different and wasn't running a code for the transmission. So I paid for a 2,000 dollar problem just for my check engine light to trun right back on within 10 days of having it back. Now they are telling me I need a WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION in the cost of 7,000 dollars. I asked for some not even all of my money back just for John the owner to laugh and say see you in court, which he will be. I am 8 month's pregnant and high risk and just need a reliable car and if I had known I needed a whole new transmission I would have traded my car in. This was all to much stress for something that should have been handled professionally. If your are looking for work done I do not recommend this money grabbing scheme.

This business is the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They are fast, accurate and very friendly. Leah works the front desk and I believe she helps them get a lot of business with her awesome personality . Thank you AAMCO TRANSMISSIONS !!

Had a good experience here. Planned my trip a few days out, got me in. Leah at the front, was very very nice and made my experience worth it. Was looking for a place that was reasonably priced and thank goodness I found this place. I'm happy and thank you guys again for taking me on somewhat short notice

I had my truck towed to Aamco to get a quote for my gears slipping in my transmission. I got the quote of $5,600. I was in shock and needed to think about what to do. I looked at my quote and found that the labor was going to be $3,900. and the parts was going to be $1,700. and they weren't even going to rebuild my transmission. They were just going to order it and install it. I had my truck towed to a different shop and am very grateful because the man that is rebuilding my transmission has been doing it for many years, is very experienced and explains everything...And is charging me half the price.

John was wonderful to work with. He actually explained the problem instead of just trying to sell me. After the work was done, working with Miss Leah on financing options was a breeze. We were able to get our vehicle back on terms we could afford. I would not hesitate to go to these guys again if the need arises!

It was a total mis-diagnosis of my problem. A free inspection, ended up being around $350. They even charged a $13 fee for not using cash. Be weary of what you re told and get stuff in writing. I won t advise others to go there based on what happened to me. The staff was nice but it felt like a money grab operation!

Left my jeep here for a diagnosis for 1 day. The back window got busted out by the rampant homeless in the area. The shop did replace the window, but they had the jeep for a few weeks just to replace it. And there was nothing wrong with the transmission in the end.

Such great customer service, Leah at the front desk was super nice and willing to check the status of my car and update me anytime I called without any hesitation, my car was done within a couple of days. I m glad they were able to get my car taken care of so quickly! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!

Treated well. Leah was great at this very busy place but took time to get all the details. Handled dealing with Carshield coverage 100%. Called when done to schedule a pu time. Runs like new. Would recommend them to everyone. TomService: TransmissionService: Transmission

We were traveling from Arizona to Indiana and had trouble with the new transmission that was just put in a week prior. They were amazing and so helpful. Not only did the mechanics make us a priority but the friendly front desk lady was so patient and supportive and friendly to us when we were panicked and upset. They did an amazing job to ease our minds and get us back on the road.

These guys are awesome took my car in for one day the transfer case had snap through the front wheel drive and they had it fixed within the 3rd day and had me bring it back after 500 miles just to make sure nothing was wrong with it they did a check up after their check up their very customer oriented and cool I would deafening koback

I apologize John very much! I hope that you can forgive my stupidity. I jumped the gun, and I believe those other shops you were the one that were right from the get-go, and you told me the truth from the beginning. I will never doubt you again John, or your shop! Excellent fantastic customer service. John took the time and showed me what was going on with my truck. Thanks for saving my but John IOU 1. Took my vehicle in, took several months for parts to come in, but the communication between the shop was great, they did a fantastic job fixing the engine. I would highly recommend this place. Leah kept us updated and made sure we got our vehicle running. My vehicle needed an extensive work which included engine disassemble. It is running wonderful now. Thank you so much everyone! To Tony, Leah and the mechanics at Aamco.

The customer service was amazing! I dropped off my vehicle in the morning was greeted and treated kindly by a male. When I picked up my vehicle again was welcomed and treated with respect by a gal at the front desk. I will be taking my vehicles here when needed to be worked on!!! Tony is articulate, knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to prices. I was having a problem with my car s transmission. I had brought it to several shops around town. Most shops without even looking at the car wanted to charge me several thousand dollars for a full rebuild even though the car only has 34000 miles. The staff at Ammco drove it diagnosed a simple adjustment and charged me only an hour and a half labor and my car is happy again and I am VERY PLEASED to have honest people do good work. Highly recommended.Service: Transmission

I had AAMCO replace the transmission in my 2014 GMC Sierra which was DOA and towed to the shop. The reps were great with communicating to me what was wrong with the transmission and what my options were. Truck had a brand new transmission and was ready for pickup in less than a week. When I got it back everything was clean and done correctly. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.Service: Transmission

I was in need of a last minute service to my truck and could only make it to the shop just before closing. Instead of turning me away they arranged for me to come in between to other appointments. They have an awesome staff and talked with me the whole time I was there waiting. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing service to their vehicle.
