I called the Williamstown location (513-6389)at 1:51 pm. No one answered, Recording said to leave a message at the 'beep'. BUT the mail box was FULL. Poor customer service>

went to lenny s to have a zipper repaired for a leather handbag. the employee (i think her name was Sandra) was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. the zipper was repaired very quickly and the bag looks good as new. will be going to them from now on for all my leather needs. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

Great friendly service ! I use them for everything shoe related ! Shoe shines , heel replacement and most recently sole guards and the shortening of a belt . Very reasonably priced and dependable . I evenUsed them for a wheelRepair on a motorized scooter ! I ll definitely continue to come back .Thank you Sandy !

Went to Lenny's today for the first time about an electric wheel chair issue and found Sandra quite friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to help me with what I needed. I see that they provide a number of different services and will return when I need any of them.

The BEST Modern Day Cobbler available. Sandy fixes shoes, belts, jackets, and ships things for me. Her rates are more than reasonable and I highly recommend her services to you.Yah Bless You AllAndrew
