Always get what I need, convenient and comparable prices to online, but it is in your hand now. Wanted super bright bulbs to shine thru the Smoke on Black lenses I put on, which they had.Yea, it's a beater, still looks pretty cool...

It's a great place to bring your used oil (make sure they have space for it by calling ahead of time, I recommend) and a friendly staff that actually helped me get the parts I needed (belts in my case)

The employees were VERY helpful!! I had a few questions about my car oil and windshield wipers. They helped me with the correct sizes I needed, because my car takes 2 different sizes of wipers and they helped me choose the correct brand because the brand I chose, the clips wouldn't have worked on my car. The store is clean, well stocked and all items were faced (pulled forward).And a BIG THANK YOU for the young man who helped me today, figuring out how to use my $25.00 Penzoil rewards gift card!I'm older, know nothing how to follow the directions for the e card. Thanks again to him and all the employees who take their time and ask if I need help to find items, and they ALWAYS go out of their way TO help. I am greeted with a smile and a hello from each and everyone one of them! The employees are exceptional!!

They still don t change the hours on google. Says they are open till 10 but close at 9pm? Idiots! I can t stand this place, only good thing is they finally got rid of the girl who used to be behind the counter but now we have to deal with the rest of the I don t know what I m doing crew.

The one on the Pike in Williamstown is excellent as is the personnel there. When I needed a battery for my Harley, they had a Duralast for $131. There are less expensive but not brand name and furthest about getting one from HD--over $200+.

They actually recycle their oil instead of the advance auto parts down the street. And thank God for it too!! It is an indescribable feeling, having over a gallon of used oil and no idea what to do with it. As a chemical engineer, I exploit the environment for a living, I don t need to do that off shift too! Great store though! The cashier was actually a car person which is very unique for any auto parts store if I am being completely honest. I will definitely come here again

I needed a new battery so I took my SUV to Autozone. The guy was so helpful he went over all the different batteries for me. Then he took the old one out put the new one in all within minutes!

Great store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable...ASM Matt always takes care of all my needs!! I don't know much about cars but he is always willing to help install my wipers or add fluid. Great recommendations!! He really knows the products well. Total cutie

John W at the service desk made my experience an extremely unpleasant one that I will not have again. Due to a mix up with my payment that was a very simple Issue to resolve I was given attitude and had to listen to the employee complain every step of the way about a very simple issue that I m sure is encountered everyday. The customer service of John was so poor I felt the need to take the time to write a review. At the same time I did not give one star due to the professionalism of the manager on staff who swiftly entered the situation to solve the issue and apologize for the poor service given by his employee. The manager on staff is the only reason I would consider continuing business with this location.

I went in with an issue and talked to this Italian looking guy and got some good info from him and also a customer. I had to go back after a short time and ask for the worker but he had already left for the day. So I ask the woman working the register... she was very knowledgeable about my situation. I would go back there every time for now on

I called this morning not knowing at all what to do to change my oil. Dan was very nice over the phone and when I went in, Matthew not only checked my oil and assured me that it wasn t oil I needed but also informed me what was needed, showed me what to look for and what to expect. He was very nice. Great experience.

A young man named Zach, with fabulous hair helped me. I never know what my husband is sending me in there for, but Zach was patient & graceful the whole encounter. He really was a great help! I ll visit again when I m in the area & my husband sends me on another auto parts goose chase.

John from store 1672 was fantastic. He was so friendly and helpful to me when my car needed oil. He directed me on how to put the oil in the car with very simple instructions. I was in and out of there with oil in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend going there.

Usual great service here. Bought battery for Hyundai Elantra and installer Ryan Stewart had old out and new battery in in about 15-20 minutes, And I was in a hurry. Doesn't get much better than this.

Can always fins what I need here. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They give great customer service. My son goes here often & has said they go that extra mile to help out.Asding to this review. Again an excellent experience. Has John W. help me 2 days in a row. 2nd getting brake shoes for my XJ jeep. Suggest new hardware in case I run into problems. $7 for full kit. Great deal. Thanks for your help John. Always Great service from all employees here.

Not my go to place when I need a part this place is under staffed u can literally spend a good part of ur project & day while waiting to get attended to & then hope that they have what ur looking for along with it maybe the rite part & then another 10 minutes while he/she looks & then tries finding it & if ur lucky & now another 10 to 15 minutes go by I myself don't have that time to spend when I'm looking to get my job done lol when we could b putting a cold 1 after a job well done that didn't take all day to
