A+++ to the service manager Jerry!! �Jerry was very kind and courteous with me about the issue I was having with my car. He knew I was beyond frustrated when I first called him and he was bring it down. I will take care of you 100%. WOW did he make me feel confident after trying 2 other dealerships for service. He listened carefully to my concern and provided me with the correct solution. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru service department. �Jerry went above and beyond with me!!! He was able to diagnose the lights that were coming on my dashboard after Lynne Subaru in Bloomfield tried to fix it 4 times. All they would do is clear the codes and send me on my way. Jerry dug deep into his knowledge and experience to get to the root of the issue. I was also spoken to throughout the day on updates via text which I greatly appreciated from Mike. The issue was not the valve cover error but the torque converter. This is what a true service manager does! Does not give up and uses all of his resources to make my car 100%. Jerry also gave me a loaner without me even asking due to the time he really wanted to take on my car. This is my NEW service provider going forward! JERRY THANK YOU!!!!!

This was my 3rd service center after struggling to get something fixed on my newly lease car which came with defects. First service center passed off my case as being a new car that needed to be broken in. Second place found what the issue was and made adjustments which made driving much better, but it was not 100%. And both service centers listened and answered me with an assumption that driver was a fault, or that I had unreasonable expectations from the car. When I came here, the mechanic went on the test drive with me. He was able to feel and detect what the issue was right away. And that alone was such a big relief, because my first few month with this car has been hell. And and top of that he was quick to get to repair so I wouldn't wait too long.I just want to the mechanic that attended me, thank you very much. Thanks to you, I'm finally able to drive my new car comfortably and with a peace of mind.

Excellent experience. Used to go to another service location before moving to the area and what a difference in customer service and actual service/diagnosis of my vehicle. Dealers have a reputation for long list of things to be replaced but where I came from [Englewood Subaru] I have never seen any of things they [Wayne] listed wrong with my car before that pose as a danger while driving. Having the car almost 10 years 100kmiles plus, you think someone would say something in between that time. I appreciate and recommend Wayne Subaru Service.

Brian and his team were phenomenal! Brian was such a gentleman and helped me when I needed it. They quickly looked at my Forester and solved the issue immediately! Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you Brian, and your team!!!!!

It was just past their closing time in the parts department 2 days ago when I just HAD to get the availability on a few small parts. They didn't have what I needed on hand but all 3 people there did all they could to find out how to set me in the right direction. This they did and without complaint given the late hour. My hat is off to them. Couldn't get better service than that.Service: Battery

My experience with Brian V. and his team was top notch and his team is a pleasure to work with. They treat each customer with respect and will do anything they can within their power to help. I came in this morning without an appointment and spoke with Mike P. because my engine light was on and I was worried that it could be serious. They checked it right away and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They were very cooperative with me. They even gave me a loaner car I will highly recommend them. They were wonderful.

My last post from 3 years ago still stands true today (3/23/24). Yet again the service manager, Jerry, and his team earn 5 stars from this damsel in distress. Another blowout on route 23 in the pouring rain. NJM roadside came quickly BUT the attendant couldn't get my spare out of my Outback. He was hammering away at something and to my surprise, had bent the bolt holding the spare in place and could not get the tire out. One frantic call to Jerry and without hesitation, he sent one of his team to my rescue who was able to saw the bold and get the spare tire out. Thank you again Wayne Subaru service team! I don't know what I would do without you!2021-This service department goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for their amazing customer service. Not only did they honor the warranty on my tires, but the service manager came and changed my flat and had a replacement tire for me all within an hour. I should mention this was on Saturday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. Being their customer certainly paid off. Amazing job Wayne Subaru service team! Great service center! All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain things properly. Service is also fast when going in for standard maintenance. You can easily request a loaner car if you schedule your appointment ahead of time.

Wayne Subaru is a professional business offering friendly, efficient service. The front desk staff does their very best to make any service experience as pleasant as possible and the service manager Jerry goes above and beyond to assist customers. There have been two separate occasions when Jerry has gone out of his way to help me. His customer service is outstanding and I would recommend this facility to anyone that owns a Subaru.Service: Oil change

Friendly service and willing to make things right of they make a mistakeI went in yesterday to get a flat tire handled under warranty. They ended up fixing the wrong tire (which also had a nail in it, but wasn't leaking), so the next day, I had the original flat again. They reduced the labor charge in light of the fact that they made a mistake the day before. That's all you can reasonably ask for, a willingness to show consideration after a mistake. Would highly recommend them. Thank you, Brian, and to the service manager.1/3/23 update: Dealing with a battery issue, their service was above and beyond once again. It's not often you have a dealership being so honest about what does and doesn't need to be done when it comes to optional repairs. Remmy (sp?) was outstanding, and super transparent in his communications. They are VERY smart in not trying to oversell services. This way, when they DO recommend something, I'm much more likely to take their recommendation seriously as they have built a track record of trust and respect. My experience with other brands is completely different.

0 Stars!! I brought my car in to wayne subaru service off Hamburg Turnpike (a 2022 impreza with 24,000 miles) with a faulty transmission. They looked at the car and had called me saying they will have a further look at the car tomorrow they aren t sure what the issue is. I get a phone call not even 10 minutes later from the service manager Jerry. He claims it looks like the problems are from the last oil change (which was over 2 months prior) done at a private garage took all of the fluid out of the transmission so you will owe us $10,000 for a new one. My mechanic is a family friend and had done the oil change 2 months prior to this so there is no way he thought it was the oil pan and drained the transmission and how did this inept service manager Jerry even get a number like 10,000?We picked up the car from the dealership who clearly had intent on gauging us. We brought it to a different Subaru service center and OF COURSE IT WAS A WARRANTY ITEM! The car had 24,000 miles on it and it is only a year old. Never bring your car here! I wouldnt even trust an oil change from them.Awful service. Caution at your own risk!!!

This Service Center was recommended to me first when I purchased my used Impreza, and again by several friends and colleagues when I ran into a few issues down the line. After getting several repairs and some general maintenance completed here, I can say for sure that those recommendations were well-founded. Every time I came in, each employee was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, which was a lifesaver for me and my packed schedule. More so, they've taken my car in for emergency repairs when they were already very busy, and each time got those repairs done in a timely manner, while keeping me up to date and going above and beyond to ensure the repairs were done right. I'll be using this service center for the lifetime of my car, and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for vehicle service and maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wayne Subaru Service makes it very easy to bring my car in for service. Jerry and his team go out of their way to provide excellent customer service and service my car in a timely manner. Jerry educates me on what service is needed and guides me through the process. I am always asked whether I want something serviced, if a problem is discovered while maintenance is performed on my car. He provides superior service at a very competitive price. I trust Jerry when he tells me what needs to be done and the price. Overall, I could not be more pleased. The Service Dept. went above and beyond to give me exceptional service in a timely manner.Even though I didn't purchase my most recent car from Wayne Subaru, they treated me like I had. I got a brake change and an oil change/tire rotation service for a very reasonable price and they made sure to give me detailed information before and after the service was completed.I even ordered accessories for my Crosstrek from them!Will continue to do business with them over the other Subaru dealers in the area.

This place is a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Brian and Gary were very we re straight to the point and did not waste any time getting my wheel bearing fixed. I greatly appreciated that they even cleaned my car after servicing it. I couldn t be anymore happy with my experience at Wayne Subaru s service. Thank you Brian and Gary !

Went above and beyond after hours to reassure me when a check engine light went off before a long road trip. Didn't have to do that but were dedicated enough to customer service that they did. I have been using Wayne Subaru to service my cars for more than 5 years. The service department representatives are very friendly, and are highly knowledgable about their cars. They go out of their way to answer questions even if they go back to consult with the mechanic to help explain the reason for whatever the problem may be.Did I say how clean, well lit and the waiting area is very comfortable.

The Wyne Subaru Service department was one of the best I have been in. The staff was professional, congenial, and accommodating. The service was a simple one consisting of an LOF and tire rotation that took about forty five minutes including a completely car wash. I expect to have more service done at Wayne Subaru and I expect to see the same level of service and post more glowing reviews.
