**UPDATED REVIEW**: Changed from 1 star to 4 stars. It looks like there was a mix up during the first time I went here. After posting the review the owner kindly offered to fix the first car wash and stated its possible there was a mix up when I first went there.We did ask someone when we were there the first time if the car wash was done and the employee said yes (but its possible they didn't know we chose a higher package). After returning to get it fixed, the car was rewashed and interior was detailed to what I was expecting. Changing to 4 stars considering the quality (minus one for the original employee not taking a look or asking questions the first time around since we had to go out of our way to return and get it fixed. It's not close to us.)If we're in the area, I would go back now that I know that they can provide quality service.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Paid for the platinum where the interior was supposed to be wiped down. It doesn't look like they did anything. Waste of $48 bucks. It's nothing better than a $15 car wash at another location. I'm going to have to redo it myself.

Did a great job ! Deer repellant spill and the car smelled awful They spent an hour plus vacuuming and shampooing. Saved my car and they couldn t have been nicer. Highly recommend !!! Ruth-Ann H.

My daughters first used car needed a little detail TLC. Was I in for a shock! Tony kept saying I ll take care of it we don t mess around here I been coming to Pristine for years for oil changes and car washes but never a full detail. Well I left my daughters first used car we just purchased her that is in good condition but needed to have exterior clay barred, compound and waxed. Interior was in need of shampoo rugs and seat steamed cleaned plus just normal inside detail. Tony went above and beyond. He did full engine detail, restored the headlights to almost brand new condition. But wait!!! There is more. The car had a few small scratches. I could not get the paint. He said don t worry I got you He not only went to the Ford dealership and got the paint with his connections, he did all the scratch repairs and then completed the full exterior detail. Tony left the car looking like a brand new car. I was amazed because I never thought that the car could look so new. Tony is a professional and keeps to his word on what he promises and a detail magician to boot! Tony andPristine Spa are the best around and very fair with reasonable and affordable pricing. I recommend Pristine Auto Spa and service center for all your auto needs. Tony my daughter is so happy with her new car. You really showed how you care about your customers . Talk about poor customer service! It s been 4 weeks and STILL no call from the owner, as requested. Well ~ there goes (what was) a loyal customer.***PSA WARNING*** I was offered the monthly plan ($53) for unlimited washes. When I signed on, I noticed that this was a 3-month commitment and questioned, this is for 3 months? They simply answered, yes . I decided to give it a try.Since then, I had two major surgeries and lost my job. As I reviewed my credit card statements to gather my medical expenses for the year, I found that this became a revolving charge!!I went to speak with the owner today who wasn t there but was essentially told too bad you didn t read all of the fine print on the back of the sign-up sheet; you won t get a refund .I have been using this establishment for at least 20 years!! I am waiting on a callback from the owner to see if any good will come of this so I can provide an update. It would be terrible if the happiness and satisfaction of a loyal customer doesn t come first.

Just got a $30 car wash here. And I need to go get a car wash. SMH. The inside staff was very pleasant during payment process and I did get offered a cappuccino though. Lol. Not really any better options in the immediate area so you have to accept the mediocrity, drive further or wash your own car. . Should get a refund but it s not even worth the time. Just won t go back. Don t Go!

Paid $25 for nothing because they don't even clean the inside. Floor mats still dirty, cup holders not clean, and all the dust still inside my truck. Never going back.

The rain will wash your car better, quality has gone down the hill. They use to be much better quality but no longer. Complete waist of money now.

I been a customer for a while with 2 vehicles account and the first few times I claim the employees to dry the car completely also on the plastic interior carpets to dry them and they still leave them wet that itself will bring up a bad odor inside the car and I just don't want to be repeating myself this account might be coming to an end soon. On the other hand the detailer he is 100% on point

Car came out nice and clean but they left the floor mats wet Be careful driving out my foot slipped off the brakes. Do to wet floor mats..

The absolute BEST car wash. I choose the Diamond package which is pricey at $35 but they spend 30-45 minutes inside the car detailing everything, it is worth every penny. Car ends up looking better than new. I would highly recommend !!!

I was recommended to come to this place I had detailed done that cost $80. Tony evaluated and suggested I should get the mini detailed and I was assured by Tony the stains would be removed on my front seats. I waited for an hour to get my car done and rushed to get home. As soon as, i got home. I inspected the car. Disappointingly, I wiped down some places and was still dirty. Residue and blotches of wax spray outside of car, side doors, stereo were not wiped and seats were still wet. I called and they suggested I should go back. I stated, I cant come back b/c I have plans. Tony did not suggest to offer for me come back the next day and hung up. Don't rush and try to inspect your car before leaving. I would never ever come back to this place-they are terrible.

Today I had the pleasant surprise to go for first time to Pristine Auto Spa. I met the owner of the Car wash, such a nice person, she was very friendly with me offering me coffee, but she went above and beyond to explain the car wash process to my son (11 years) who was so happy. My service was supposed to be simple car wash but Tony noticed that my car seats where very dirty (have 1 dog) he told me to go back inside and to wait that He Got me and will clean the seats Free of Charge. This is the experience that you expect when you go to a specialized place and they explain and go above and beyond to help the customer. Now they have the bussiness of my 3 cars. I would recommended to everybody.

Had something taken from my car. Called the shop when I realized. Was basically made fun of by a man in the background for looking for a $20 coupon book I purchased that could save me hundreds in a variety of stores. Told why the hell would the staff want coupons, they re on camera and know it, they d never take it . It was in my car when I got there, not in my car when I left! I was asked for my number and told I d get a call back and never received one. Don t leave anything in your car when you go here!

Very disappointed with the platinum carwash I received yesterday. The third row (where my kids sit and was the messiest) was not vacuumed at all and the windows still have my kids fingerprints all over them. Windows were left streaky. The trunk also wasn't vacuumed. I only realized after I got home, so I had to clean the car myself. Unacceptable since I just paid to have it cleaned. Guess I need to find a new car wash that is actually worth it.

Took my car for interior detail cleaning and they forgot the details.smh! Not to mention they shampoo rugs now I have a damped smell in my car. 200$ down the drain.

I stopped by Pristine Auto Spa in order to clean my husband s car which truly was in a terrible condition. In order to make sure we get truly clean, I pulled over to the side to empty the car, and I m looking at it and saying to myself how am I ever going to get this car clean? Toni walks up to me and says is that all of your stuff ? And I say yes, unfortunately it is , And he says to me how would you like a 15 minute detail? My response is if you could get it done in 15 minutes go right ahead! Well he was true to his word and the car is absolutely clean and beautiful. I highly recommend pristine auto spa and Tony if you really want to get your car clean ;-)Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Took my filthy car for the Diamond Service. It s been awhile since my last car wash. As they were cleaning the inside which took about 25 minutes, Tony noticed my passenger seat was stained. Told him the truth my dog puked in there and I cleaned it the best I could. I even told him I was gonna go home and use a better cleaner. Tony, who is the car detailer went and steamed clean it and it looks like new!He went above & beyond! This place is a dump. Rip off for oil change with the extra charges/fees along with the tech dropping and breaking my key FOB inside the office. The owner basically shrugged her shoulders when I asked what they were going to do. Out another $400 now

I went there for the first time, I asked for the Silver cleaning. When I delivered the car they did not leave it clean as the Silver service that I paid . They did a great job vacuming inside. I have dogs and they got most if the hair out. My front window had something on it and I had to reclean. They r a good place to go and comparable price wise with other car washes.

AMAZING customers service. I got a full detail and my car came back spotless. All stains from the seats were lifting and not a spot of dog hair left behind. Looks brand new. The prices are reasonable and they are very accommodating. I ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

First of all, the service is really good, and interacting with the staff is both friendly and straight-forward, no trying to upsell any service whatsoever. And the service this shop has done to the community is incredible. I feel honored to chat with the owner of the shop Farri for a few minutes. And they will definitely have all my future business and my recommendations to all my friends and family.

Disappointed this time around. They always do a great job cleaning our cars. Exterior of vehicle was not cleaned at all in my opinion except for maybe some simple straight forward flat surfaces. I did request the gold service. I am accustomed to them providing better quality than this. I am hoping it was just a busy Saturday today. I will be back but now have a lower threshold to seek service elsewhere.
