I bought a cheap Electric bike on Amazon and I need my brake's Look at. The owner DENNIS was really helpful. Pointed out what was wrong meanwhile, holding a pleasant conversation. Recommend the shop to anybody and everybody.

We had an amazing experience from the beginning til the end. Denis and his team were very welcoming, making us feel comfortable as this was our first time not only in the shop, but also in the area. They gave us great suggestions on different bike paths and scenic routes to take which we greatly enjoyed Also, when one of the bike s batteries started getting low eventually, we contacted Denis and he met up with us within minutes with a replacement battery. They went above and beyond making our trip a lovely memory. We plan on returning real soon with a couple friends.

Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile for his costumers. I came in with my brand e-bike for repair after I had taken it to another bike shop to install liners/inserts. Apparently the mechanic did not know how to add tire inserts and instead damaged my brand new rear tire. After looking for reputable e-bike shops online I found Voltaire. I showed up, explained what happened to Dennis and he quickly went to work to repair my bike. He explained what was wrong with my rear tire and how it was damaged. Turns out it was more than tire damage but he took care of it in less an hour or so. Friendly atmosphere, great selection of bikes and quality work. Would highly recommend for someone looking to buy an e-bike or simply looking for a good mechanic for your e-bike. Will be visiting again in the future.

Stopped in briefly to ask about buying a new set of tubes, maybe it was a stupid question but owner seemed impatient after finding out I wasn't going to buy anything right then and there. Probably a good shop if you're already pretty knowledgeable about bikes, but didn't get a welcoming vibe as a newbie.

Ask for the rates before the service. You'd be surprised. I have not and ended up with $197 for a single scooter tire replacement. I also requested steering column alignment; the owner has simply disregarded this. The owner is unfriendly, never smiles. Will not come back to this store again.

Denis was a delight to work with. We are new e bike riders, and wanted to buy from an established business that knows and supports its products, and which offered test rides. Denis took extra time with us making sure we were comfortable with the purchase. We drove an hour from the Hudson Valley to meet Denis and it was all worth the trip. And to our friends in Manhattan, Verona is less than 40 minutes by car.

Denis gave us a great education in the purchase of our new Ebikes! He s extremely knowlegible! He recommended bikes for us based on our local riding requirements, height & weight. We test drove them and were sold! He assembled them for us, we added a few accessories and off we went. We purchased the Magnum brand. The bikes a very well made and sturdy.All that said, we are thrilled with our bikes and the service Denis provided!

I shopped online for the right bike for me and found it at Voltaire s shop. It was my first time this store, and in fact, my first bike purchase in years. Walking into the store I knew what I wanted to purchase, but Dennis took me back a step, and walked me through the importance in picking the correct bike for myself. Je was very professional and really knew his product. After listening to what I wanted to achieve in a bike as a new user he was able to confirm what purchase was best for me. I could not have been more pleased with Dennis knowledge, attention to detail, and his hospitality. I highly recommend to bike shop for all bicycle services. *****

We had a great experience with both renting and buying an e-bike at Voltaire. Denis patiently described the pros and cons of the different type of bikes, my son and wife went for a test ride around the neighborhood and Denis went out of his way to make sure we were completely set up for a great day renting the bikes. Would definitely recommend.

Denis and Elvira were great assistance at the shop. They carried one of the few bikes I needed in the area. Test drove the bike and they sell other accessories. Went above and beyond for the transaction. The shop is clean and well-maintained.

Best Electric Scooter Repair in New Jersey! I had an excellent experience at Voltaire Cycles in Verona, NJ. Came in with a flat tire on my electric scooter. The customer service was outstanding and the staff was very knowledgeable. Denis is a true professional! He efficiently identified the issue, ordered the parts and fixed my electric scooter. Several bike shops I have tried in the past have seen me as a difficult customer. I do a quite a bit of research and some repairs on my own, and my requests tend to be atypical and very specific. I brought Denis my new Ado Air20 (super lightweight, torque sensor, carbon belt folding ebike) to diagnose and hopefully repair because the pedal assist didn't work even though the throttle and battery were fine. After literally months of back and forth with Ado, the company sent me a new torque sensor which Denis installed, enabling me to use the PAS. He also was able to reverse the folding stem to make the reach more comfortable, and even suggested I send the invoice to Ado for a refund for the labor, which I did. This is my 3rd ebike (I sold the first one which was too heavy for me) and I believe I have finally found my bike shop at Voltaire. Thank you Denis for being, knowledgeable, open minded, and not condescending toward a 69 year old lady with 69 year old wrists, shoulders and knees who still rides nearly every day!

Best bike shop I've been to in a while! Denis and his wife Elya are very knowledgeable about the types of e-bikes out there and can honestly talk through all the tradeoffs (ex. battery size, power, tire type).Denis is also an expert mechanic, and he can assemble or fix any bicycle or scooter. He regularly maintains my bike, installing new items bought online, and repairing breaks that are common from intensive mountain biking.Definitely recommend!

I was looking for an e trike for my mother. Denis made it extremely easy, he did not have an e trike in his store but ordered one specifically for us. My mother was able to test drive it. She loved it. Once home we had a few questions and he texted back right away even though it was a Saturday. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend Voltaire Cycles Verona to everyone!!! Took Delivery of two new Magnum E-Bike from Denis and his team yesterday. Could not be happier with the service, Denis took my wife and I out on multiple test drives of bike till we got the right bikes that fit us perfectly. Brought my E-bike in for service on rear brake. As I waited, I watched Denis not only fix the issue I came in with, but evaluated the entire bike. He did the necessary maintenance to keep my bike in safe operation. He went over things with me that I can do to maintain the bike properly. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Definitely cares about his customers. I actually have purchased 2 bikes for my family, and my daughter has purchased 2 bikes for her family from Denis. We thought of buying off the internet but so glad we didn't. So much better to have an actual person we can go to who has a vested interest in our purchase. Denis has evaluated the different manufacturers of E-bikes and only sells what he believes is the highest quality and most reliable. We love our E-bikes from Voltaire Cycles in Verona. NJ

I had an serious problem with the front brakes on my BH EasyMotion e-bike. Having purchased it at Voltaire, I called and Denis suggested to bring it right in. While we waited, Denis did a fabulous job repairing my e-bike and even upgrading my front brake to a higher level replacement. I m a very happy customer and grateful for the great service provided by Denis and Voltaire.

Really great place. Denis is extremely knowledgeable, fair and hard working. The scooter he worked on for us was not even a brand the he sold but he is an expert technician nonetheless. Always goes the extra mile as he tightened the brake added air to the tire, and cleaned and tightened all the connections because he actually cares about his work. If I had to buy an E bike or another scooter I would no doubt visit him.

I can't say enough good things about Denis, the owner of this shop. He's knowledgeable, funny, thorough, and patient. He even gave me a nylon strap to secure my new ebike to my rack because he found my velcro ones insufficient--told me just to keep it. What a refreshing customer-service experience and I absolutely love my new ebike.

What a great bike shop! I happened to buy an ebike from an online manufacturer and was having issues with the front brakes. I wrote to them, and they gave me a list of affiliated shops to take my bike to. There were closer shops on the list but didn't have good reviews. Denis had excellent reviews, so I gave him a call, and he was very nice on the phone and explained what needed to be done. He told me to bring the bike in the next day, and I was all set. I got there first thing, and he was fantastic, not only did he fix the issue, but he went over the rest of the bike and made some more adjustments to optimize the performance. Now that I know about Voltaire Cycles, I know I have a great place to go to for my bike and future bike needs. Thank you, Denis!

Meeting Mark was so great! He was friendly and knowledgeable and patient. He took me on a test ride with a few bikes, explained all the functions and we decided on the best bike for me. The store itself is phenomenal! What an amazing variety of bikes! Mark also helped with the best ways to travel (bike rack/hitch) with the bike and some safety items.Riding an electric bike is like nothing you've ever imagined! Very proffessional technitian. Good ebikes selection and they even are giving 1 year of free tune ups on their bikes! Highly recommend!
