Awful service. They will lie about problems with your car and try to rip you off. They also did not install my tires correctly. I brought my car in for new tires. The next day while driving I notice my car feels unstable while turning and my TPMS light comes on. I bring the car back and they tell me nothing is wrong with my tires. They say I need a new TPMS sensor and new struts, which I do not believe. They also messed up my driver side door. After I brought my car to them, my door started hitting the fender when I opened it. I talked to Shawn on the phone and he basically called me a liar and said it was not their fault even though I only started having this problem after I brought my car to them. They bent the fender so the door would stop hitting it. Stay away and go to someone you can trust. Below are pictures of my front and rear right side tires after they were installed. There was definitely something wrong with my front right tire.

I went to Mavis this morning with an issue with my tires and sensors. All of the guys there were great. They were very helpful and courteous. Both Jeremiah and Chris worked on my car but others were involved. They understood how important it was to make sure I had no other issues since I had a long drive home back to Ithaca NY.

Came in last minute for help with a leaky valve stem. Jeremiah took a look and saw he was able to replace the valve stem.. Harvey took my tire swapped the stem out and got me back to my day quickly. Very professional. Great guys. Thank you so much

Just took my car for a flat tire. The service was outstanding from first call to make an appointment, waiting time, professional and friendly service. My appointment was at 8:00 am and my car was ready by 8:39 am. I highly recommend this tire place.

Refused to patch my tire. Told me had to replace them all. They have like 14,000 miles on them, they're fine. Fine, then just replace the one. They kept on about replacing all four. I walked out and drove to a place a friend recommended where they just patched it for $40. Glad for the recommendation, I don't need to go here anymore.

Mavis is my go to place for tires. They re very cordial there. Jeremiah filled my tire that had a nail in it just so I could get it to my dealership. No questions asked. This is the second time I ve asked them to do this for me. They re the best. Thank you Jeremiah.

Jeremiah did an amazing job at looking at my car to ensure it was safe to drive at a moments notice. Thank you so much! Lawrence did a wonderful job checking my car to make sure there were no issues as I heard shaking when I was braking. They fixed my headlight in 10 minutes! Amazing!

I went to get new tires and have them balanced Justin was a great help and the process was done very quickly. I reccomend to ask for Justin so he can assist you with your car needs.

I have been to few workshops but I must say Mavis at Verona stands out. Mechanics, tire techs and other technicians are awesome. Perfect place to be when you want your car and tire fixed.

I got two tires replaced at Mavis in February and after I left my TPMS sensor went on. I had to go back several times before they looked at it/fixed it but they did end up fixing the sensor for free.

My husband and I have had some issues here in the past and didn't intend to retur, but I got a nail in my tire while it was still under warranty. There were different guys working there this time and I was in and out quickly and without issue.

Ace was absolutely incredible and came to my rescue in a clutch moment! I happened to get a nail in my tire the day before a road trip. I called a little over a half hour before closing and they told me to come right over. They removed the nail & plugged the tire right away, and than added more air to it. I am so appreciative for everything that Ace and the rest of the guys at Mavis in Verona did.

Amazing service, I came in with a nail in my tire and was immediately taken care of, I m happy I got the flat where I did and with how the whole staff treated me like I was family. Will be going back for oil services and all related needs. Thank you

Highly recommend this store, they have always performed quality and fast service on my car, and I don't ever doubt their advice or their integrity. I brought my car in because I ran over a nail - rather than suggesting I get a new tire, or unnecessary repairs, like a few other places I have dealt with in the past, they simply patched it up and charged me an extremely reasonable price.

The staff are top notch. I came in assuming the worst - they diagnosed the problem quickly and even showed me the issues that needed to be addressed today and those coming in the near future. I will definitely bring the car back for those fixes. In addition, it s clear to see that the team here works well together which just adds to the experience.

Been a loyal customer for years, but I sent my son for an oil change that should have cost ~$100 and they charged him $170. Claimed that that s what the system tells us to charge , but when I checked with another Mavis they said it would have cost $102 for synthetic. They lost my trust and my business.

This place is a rip off and not to be trusted. I came in for a basic oil change and they told me that my suspension system was warped and was damaging my brakes and tires. Since I have a regular and reliable auto mechanic for things more serious than an oil change, I brought the car into my mechanic the next day. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my suspension. I will never go to this shop again for anything!
