No reliable service, very bad experience after I've had scheduled service for my Acura mdx 2022 on January 27 at 1:45 pm after arriving the guy in the service department told me that only oil change can be serviced. Even though I have told him that I had choose a heater issues on the company website checking form.

I made an appointment for an oil change. It was easy to book online. I arrived and was told it will take 2 hours and maybe they can get me out of there in 1.5 hours, which did not happen. It took 2 hrs. What s the point of having an appt? $112 & hours gone for an oil change that should take 15 min and cost up to $80. Needless to say I won t be back. They should call/text customers 30+min ahead of the appt and provide an estimate of time.Service: Oil change

Very nice welcoming when dropping off car for service. Polite and professional every step of the way. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and rolls if you want. Careful.. coffee is Hot!Was informed (2013 TL) car required more service regarding timing belt and serpentine belt due to age/wear of related components. Was able to arrange for the service and a loaner vehicle at the next available opening. Also given a cost estimate which I found to be in range for that type of work.

If there was an option of 4.5 stars, that s what I would have given for my recent service visit. The process ran smoother than ever. The young man handling my case was also super helpful. Everyone usually is here.

They are not as on top of things as they should be, but they are helpful. The part for my vehicle is still 3 months out, so I didn t want to leave the car there until then so I had to pay the $250.00 service charge just to pick it up & have to bring it back. Seems a bit messed up as you re paying for a part and labor before anything actually happens.

An absolutely fabulous experience. I first want to say that our sales associate Frank was so helpful in the process of picking my father his new car. He was patient diligent and informative, from there we headed over to the finance side where the exact same level of professionalism and courteousness was displayed. We ended up leaving with my father having a vehicle and we are not disappointed at all

Purchased a used 2019 RDX Advance package with a crack in the windshield. I was promised that they will replace the windshield free of charge which one was done.The front surround view camera was also very foggy and requested to have that replaced under warranty. The problem I have is when I picked up the car after the windshield replacement. There were a bunch of things out of whack. My heads-up display is now very dim to the point where I can't see it during the day even at max brightness. The memory seats stopped working. The auto headlights stopped working. The settings to change the sensitivity of the auto headlights are also missing. All of these were not an issue prior to getting the windshield replaced. I came in on the morning of 5/6/23 to get the front camera replaced and address the other issues that occurred after the windshield replacement. When explaining the auto headlights the service advisor told me that the older 2019 models do not have a setting to change the auto-headlight sensitivity but upon further research in the car's user manual there is indeed a setting to change it. When I came back to get my vehicle I came to see that the wrong camera was replaced. They replaced the rear backup camera instead of the front surround-view camera.The auto-headlights were also not addressed. I still have to manually turn them on. The heads-up display is still very dim but appears a part was ordered. The only thing addressed was the memory seats. I am currently trying to contact this dealership and hear back from any service advisor.

I love going to DCH Montclair Acura. I got my RDX a another dealership but I go to DCH Montclair for service. The service people, starting for the person who received your car at the service entrance, the service secretaries, and the service consultant are very friendly, helpful and profesional. They always go above and belong when it comes to your car service and your satisfaction. I had experienced different service consultant and they all had provided an excellent service to me. They re very good at taking care and going over of your car needs. Mauricio Cadavid was my service consultant today and I am very satisfied on the service he provided to me. Avoid at all Cost!Last fall, my service advisor, Tony recommended for a timing belt replacement. At the time, vehicle was running perfectly fine but I took their advice and went ahead with service. After the service, I had a near death accident on the palisades parkway as car started smoking and stopped in the middle of the highway. It turns out Montclair Acura wrongly installed the new timing belt and it jumped while vehicle was running which caused catastrophic damage to the engine. Car was towed and it was at the shop for almost 6mo. Finally after tons of follow ups with many different people at the center, I was told the vehicle was ready. First time when I went to pick up the car, engine check light immediately came up, so I left the vehicle once again for the fix. Again after multiple attempt to resolve the issue, service manager Sean Lobosco assured me the car now has been completely fixed and they would guarantee their work as long as the issue is related to the engine. Well, on my way from the shop for the second pick up, engine light came up once again.I immediately contacted the center and Sean Lobosco, and they promised to follow up.I have contacted more than 10 times now and a month later, I am left with the car with engine light on hoping I would not get into an accident with engine failure and would hear back from the Montclair Acura service and Sean Lobosco or GM Colleen.I have been their royal customer since 2014 and this is not how they should treat their customers.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

it took them 3 hours to do the oil change, front desk is not assisting at all. She will tell you to go to the person who assisted you, isnt it her job to assist customer regarding their concern the women assisting us with details/ paper work is pretending to be busy on the phone, not even looking at you, to at least gesture to please wait .
