Excellent service!! Needed my car towed from my home to a local dealership. After being stood up by one company the day before, and given a bit of a run around from several other companies called, I called Xclusive Towing and within 45 or so minutes I had my car towed and charged a very reasonable fee. Very pleased with the tow driver and young lady who scheduled my service. Would use again!

I called and the dispatcher said the tow truck operator would call soon. The operator called back within ten minutes and arrived 5 minutes after talking to him. The tow truck operator was efficient and professional. The charge was reasonable for the 10 mile tow to my auto service dealer. I'm sure I was a bit lucky as the response time for a tow service depends upon location and how many other calls the truck is handling, but I couldn't ask for anything more.Service: Car towing

I had my new Porshe Taycan stalled within a method and called them. They gave estimate of 54 minutes. It went by and then they gave me estimate of 18 minutes. It went by and then they said 2 minutes. It went by and I am here still waiting for over 30 minutes past that. And now they say he will be here in 9 minutes. I don't have to say much-you can figure out yourselves. Dealer told me the details of company that they will complain with Porsche. It is what it is. Be careful. I am not sure how these companies think what they will gain giving false disclosures. Its not a rocket science.Service: Car towing

The driver was very knowledgeable about my problem and very professional in his demeanor. He worked efficiently and was pleasant. He safely loaded & transported my car to my car dealership to have a new battery installed. I would definitely use them again!

If you ask Omar to tow your house he would try! After hours of frustration trying to get my machine towed this company was truly a blessing. Omar went above & beyond, was very kind & patient he made my day. I have never been so happy with the customer service of a tow guy, as he was helping me I couldn't help but add more & more money to his tip. To make things better he even offered me his cell in the event the machine needs to be moved again. Couldn't ask for a better tow guy, I highly recommend this company. I had to be towed home over an hour away yesterday. Xclusive towing showed up in a timely manner. I was miserable because of my situation, but by the time I arrived at the service station, I felt much better. The driver, Eric Hernandez was both friendly and courteous and the ride home went by very quickly. Their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend their company.

Called at 6:23pm the lady on the phone told me that the tow driver would call me in 45 mins for information, sat and waited in my car until 8pm. (closing time for the towing company) I tried to call again at 7:45pm to see if anyone was coming and got no answer. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. If no one was coming she should've told me from the start.

My car wouldn't start. Call for a tow to a shop. He was able to start the car. He said there is nothing wrong and don't need to go. Gury is his name. He assured me there is nothing wrong that I need to go onto the website and leave a good review. Guess what? Car won't start. Again. Need another tow. Next time if you don't want to do the job sent someone else. I trusted you and now I'm stuck on the side of the road with the babies. Lesson learned.

Dispatcher kept me informed of arrival times, driver was professional and very polite. Felt very safe having my car towed by them. Was able to track progress via link they texted - very reasurring when stressed out over a dead engine.

Best service ever. I was stranded in the dark and pretty scared. They gave me an estimated time and then came sooner than predicted. The price was fair and the company was very professional. They are now stored in my phone for future use. Just hope I won't need to use them lol.

Dishonest people that say "they're on their way" or "they're 15 minutes away" when in actuality "they" are stopping to help someone else first and will not arrive to help you for 3 hours. Yes, took them 3 hours to arrive. Person at towing business location also said at one point, "the driver will call you in 5 minutes." When I didn't get a call 5 minutes later, that is when I called the roadside rep back and then they called/ended up canceling it. By the time xclusive arrived, the service request for them had already been canceled. Another company was hired to help me-that other company arrived within 25 minutes of the order being placed. The guy from xclusive showed up & told me "those people in L.A. Have no idea what we're doing here on the ground." I had no clue what he was trying to say because the woman that kept telling me they were on their way to me for 3 hours was calling from a Trenton number where xclusive is located. Someone from xclusive was also really nasty with the roadside service representative on the phone before the roadside service rep canceled the order and hired a different company. One more thing: I had asked for a ride to the auto shop with the xclusive tow truck and was told yes. When the guy showed up, there was another guy with him in what looked like a truck with only 2 seats. I am so glad the other company was already on their way at this point as I felt unsafe with these two guys showing up after they had just been nasty on the phone to someone else about my wait. Ugh!

My non 4wd truck got stuck in sand and mud off the road and they had the right vehicle and came and winched me out for a reasonable price. I got connected through USAA roadside assistance and it cost a little premium over free roadside assistance because of the pickle I got myself into. I appreciated the driver s help tremendously.

I called the insurance to get my car jumped because it was not starting so they requested a tow truck just in case it didn't start. They said the tow truck would be to me in an hour. An hour and ten minutes later I called the tow truck and the guy who answered said they would get there when they get there, really??! What kind of customer service is that? I then called the insurance company to tell them of the ignorance so they called out a different company. Meanwhile the original tow truck showed up without jumper cables! What a bunch or morons. When I asked what took so long they said they had to stop and get a hair cut. I will be calling my insurance and the owner of the company to let them know of the arrogance and ignorance of these people. Please don't waste your time with this sorry good for nothing company.

I had broke down and needed a tow the owner called me and was there within 10 minutes from the second I hung up on the phone with him .truck was extra clean customer service skills where excellent and he took good care of my car during the tow . I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable towing service who,tales pride in your car.

Arrived with over 2 hours delay: Poor mgmt. planning it seems from phone conversations. Tow had been arranged the night before via Liberty Mutual roadside assistance, so plenty of time to plan accordingly including morning commute traffic etc. Liberty Mutual monitored every single step accordingly and closely and may have a word with them for future assignments. Courteous and professional driver made up for the organizational deficit, as well as state-of-the-art equipment.

The worst incompetent company ever gave them the adddress they dropped it off at the wrong address and then make the excuse their divers are DUMB! If I had not checked on my vehicle it would have just been left on the street to be towed! They offered no discount then lied about my vehicle already being there which it wasn't! Then they had to go back to move it offered no apology just like oh well!

Thank you Xclusive for coming to pick me up and saved me!!! After being stuck for nearly 2 hours this was the only company who decided to come get me at crazy hours of the night. The driver was really nice and they gave me a good price. Thanks again! I will be using you guys next time!!!!!

I was so upset when my car broke down but when xclusive came, the driver was smiling and happy and lightened my mood. My car broke down on a very congested interstate 195 in NJ, rush hour traffic, Xclusive was able to get to me faster than NJDOT. He towed me into PA at very low cost. Much appreciated

I would rather walk than use this company again, the driver was great, but their ETA was off by over a half an hour, and because of an issue with my insurance carrier I had the displeasure of dealing with the owner on the phone, who was rude, nasty, beligerant and threatening, I don't know how this place is in business, most places that are that rude to people go out of business, I'm in the auto Industry and I would not recommend this company to anyone, in a business that is customer service driven the owner of this place is an a$$h@!e , he told me he was "going to take care of me" in a threatening way, soo, if you want to be threatened for asking for five minutes to sort something out, then by all means use this company, he is like the chef Ramsey of tow companies, if u want to be treated respectfully, or even like a human being, then use ANYONE else..... you have a choice, don't make this bad one. Use Hawks towing, or Robs towing in that area, I've used both in the past and they are NICE, and show up in a timely manner, and honest in their time frames, not rude and ghetto.

Rude and inconsiderate liars. Over 2 hours late to change a spare tire. Which after the first hour of not showing, they knew I had to be at work. Lied to the insurance company and to me. Then asked if I had an umbrella to hold while the guy changes my tire. Then after all that NEVER showed. Unreal!!! NEVER again!! Beyond pissed.

Driving behind your tow truck tonight around 6:30pm, NO REAR LIGHTS were working, except when the driver used the brakes and even then it was just one small brake light on the driver s side! Not safe at all!

Worst experience ever.... Driver made several excuses as to why they couldn't locate the vehicle for 3 hours, meanwhile another towing came within 15 minutes. Please avoid using their services

Great towing came out highway 95 in about 15 min he was wworried about my Saftey he took me and my car to romeo auto who did great work on car i had my car back that day
