I bought a yearly membership because they have several locations that are close and convenient but doubt I will renew it as there carwash does not wash rear of the car and always leaves soap on rear of vehicle. They also never completely dry there dry hand rags and they are always wet, stinky and smell moldy. Makes your hands and inside of your car smell bad! I have brought this up to employees at several locations and they still have not addressed the issue.

I don t know why 50% of the times I come here is closed.Right now is 5:07pm and is already closed (Lalor St, Trenton, NJ)The web site says is open until 6pm so that make us loose time and make us drive from far to find the place closed.

Experience was all good until two days later when I'm on my way home and my truck jerks while driving and oil light turned on. I noticed a small leak underneath as I looked into it is definitely loosing oil at a excessive speed. This situation is holding me back from doing what I have to do. I'm very fustrated and just waiting for them to open up

The wash is fine but most of the time the brushes will break something on your car for sure the crazy thing is I have had the chance to experience a few different sites!! Lawrenceville nj, Burlington nj just to name a couple now from my experience the "auto valet" in these areas are on point and I think we know why so if you want a good wash and the comfort of knowing your car will be safe going through try to go where the white important people wash their cars its crazy but true sometimes you have to say it like it is to get someone's attention and push for a change!! and another thing tell your staff their not gangsters their just car wash employees have them pipe down a little before someone pipe them down.

It was ok. Not bad.. car washed, free vacuum but vacuum wasn't powerful enough but it was good and it's better than nothing. I recommend those in Trenton and in Ewing who need a car wash to go here. Pricing is in the pictures that I've posted. You can pay in cash or use debit/credit card. Please be aware once you enter, you can't back out since this is one way.

It s a good car wash leaves your car very clean. Personally I wouldn t not take my car back there to get it washed. Last time I was there my car got a big scratch from those brushes! Just going to stick with washing my car at home.

Is Good place when you need to wash and cleaning your car, the unit thing don't like the this place is the Ppl still pending the how many time you take for cleaning your car., but the rest is I good.

It bent my tags. But the cleaning job is fantastic. I wish they did inside detailing. Overall, it's good to get a wash whenever i go in thst area I just drive right in and getter washed. Lol when people have issues at the drive up point, assistance comes out immediately. Keep up the great customer service!

This should not be a part of the system because I pay for full service 67 dollars a month to have the wax and wash and everything this place only have part of it they will have the wax service so that's horrible

I have a monthly subscription for washes. Went to this location & during the wash I was hit repeatedly by the car behind me during the wash. My car is dented & scratched & the person behind me has damage as well. They say they're not responsible & it's ridiculous. How can they run a business like this? Just damage cars & say it's your problem. Signs or not they are responsible & now because they're not an upstanding business I'll have to go to small claims court & it will be a huge ordeal.The police were called & they said there were no moving violations & that the car wash is certainly responsible signs or not.Not a good way to do business & be trusted.Service: Car waxing

Had my 2004 CTS washed at lalor Street location I came home I noticed the rear cover panel was missing that covers the two backup lights went back and asked them if they could find the part they did give it to me it was cracked yes if they had coverage by insurance company they said no they have a sign posted not responsible I think they should be responsible their equipment cracked this panel which is very hard to get for that year car you could see where the part is missing above the middle of the Cadillac emblem

First time using this car wash and I was very pleased with the way my car looked after the wash.. Also the vacuums are the most powerful I've ever experienced, picked up everything. Definitely going to be my new car wash

Nice car wash, they do not recycle the water at this location, so there are fewer water spots and no stink from the water recycle pit. At other locations where the water is recycled, my car comes out smelling like sewage.

It's a very clean place, once you proceed forward the machines wash well on the sides the front the back of my car stays with soap, but also as a watching the soap and extra liquids I requested for the vehicle it would only do partial you would see the Gap in between the lines when it's on the window

Come get your car serviced and washed. I love that they offer self vacs an towels to wipe down your vehicle. Just wished they offered vehicle cleaning supplies like smell goods for the vehicle or tire shine or interior wipes.

These guys complain the whole time they are working on your car. They dont like their jobs, and i dont trust this business. Who knows what they are doing to your car while they are complaining. If u dont like ur job, quit and get a new job. Byeeee.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The place is great. I have 3 cars with unlimited washes. Great for the winter with all the salt on roads in New Jersey. The prices have went up in 2023. Not happy with this. This mid range. Put the prices back or will drop.

Great idea for a car wash meaning after you chose your wash selection to clean your car you have a very large facility which allows you to touch things up as you wish. Great idea in providing dry towels(clean & used) and also vacuums provide great suction. I'm set-up with the monthly valet so I LOVE just pulling up to the divider & driving on in. Very reasonable pricing for whatever your needs are.

Watch this place. I thought I was buying car washes for one month for $23. Turns out my card was charged monthly several times. When I stopped in to resolve they said I should have checked my account more frequently. They didn't care if I haven't used their services past the initial month and would even refund the full amount for the current month. Cost me $46 for 2 washes. I'm sure this happens to a ton of people because the attendant was a pro at doing refunds and ready with apathetic attitude and BS comments. I'll never be back and urge everyone to do the same. The car washes aren't even that good. Go elsewhere.

hello. I would like to inform you that the machines should be improved, my SUV comes out dirty from the back. and all wet from the back and front, your dryer is not working. leaves the car soaked with water

I recently had my first visit since their remodel and i love it. Everything was easy and fast plus i got a free vacuum after their lowest priced wash ($9) They even had rags at your disposal free of charge!

It's a drive through car wash. I don't have to get out my car, that is wonderful to me lol... also you get free vacuum after every wash. That is the added incentive that makes it all great to me. Ooh!! The prices are very affordable!!

After 6 months of washing here my brand new car paint job is completely ruined from swirls by the machinery. The tire sine dose not cove the entire tire. The vaccums are pretty neat. Would recommend single use. This car wash will destroy your paint.

The only place in NJ o get my car washed at. Prices are fair for the services provided, getting through the lines are quick and easy, and their monthly program is priced fairly as well. Utilizing the old DiDonato's building for a large, enclosed vacuum area with free towels justifies the pricing at the gate.

Only reason I am given this car wash a 1 is because they keep increasing pricing for washing your car. By the way, the owner has several spots in Mercer and makes millions a year. I find it pathetic for him to continue increasing prices in the middle of a pandemic, when he should be doing more for the communities that keep his businesses functional. If I were you, keep away till he goes back to 6 for a basic car wash...which he increased to 9....and now to 11.
