First of all , I went for a Durango and ended up with a Journey, which is fine but they didn t clean it, (even when I asked 4-5 times while we were doing paperwork) it smelled like someone s dog. I took it to my mechanic the very next day and he said I needed rotors and brakes for all 4 wheels. I immediately called them and the told me that, that s not covered in the warranty!! I purchased a car from J &S and the fixed everything that I needed, without any hesitation! Tristate will do the bait and switch on you. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone!! If you need a used/ new reliable car, go to J&S!! They are responsible, reliable and help you to get Exactly what you want! And they have dealerships All over NJ!!

Trevor was very helpful! Went above & beyond to get me the car i wanted. Even being busy he made sure he helped us get our new car quick and easy! Would recommend to go here if you are car shopping!

False advertising not everything is 500 down and some wont even pass inspection cracked windshield I wouldn't recommend them buyer be ware

Girlfriend came to me with her new car absolutely filthy has old food in it and smells like cigarettes I don t understand how you sell a car that is filthy to someone and don t clean it would never recommend

Good service, help in Spanish at all times. First time buying a car but I don't regret it, they explained everything I didn't know and you all have a good charisma!!!Buen servicio, ayuda en espa�ol en todo momento. Primera vez comprando un carro pero no me arrepiento, me explicaron todo lo que no sab�a y todos tienes un buen carisma!!!
