I would like to express my feelings as a women having to deal with getting my vehicle serviced or fixed. Its usually scary and stressful not knowing much about vehicles and being taken advantaged of in the pass because of lack of knowledge. I recommend Monroe Auto Service located on Olden Avenue to anyone, however especially to women. Believe me when I say you will feel comfort the moment you talk with one of their auto technicians. They will explain everything to you. You will feel comfort and secure with them. You have to experience it for yourself. I can not fully express how they have come to my aid on more than one occasion making me feel like I have my own team working for my good. Thank you so much to the Olden Avenue Monroe Auto Service Team. You have a Great Manager guiding and leading you there in your works. I wish you all many blessings always.

The manager Pete has been making sure my vehicles are well cared for for as long as I can remember. He knows vehicles better than anyone I ve ever dealt with. Not only that, he goes the extra mile and always calls me as soon as my vehicle is ready and never recommends anything that isn t necessary.

Pete the shop Manager and the technicians worked very hard to get the parts needed and delivered on time as Usual. We are so great full they keep Our fleet of 5 cars running. We have been clients of the Ewing shop since 2001

I can t thank this store enough for their help! I had a headlight out, I went to autozone and bought a bulb thinking it would be a simple fix and that I could do it myself. I got home and quickly realized it was much more complicated than I thought. I drove around to multiple places, jiffy lube, firestone, etc. but no one would touch my car and said, yeah, take it to the jeep dealer . When I pulled up, the staff was friendly and inviting. They had my car in and out within a half hour. I can t thank them enough!! Highly recommend.

My experience with Monroe Tire Has been Absolutely phenomenal. And to tell you the level of how Bad my situation was this day, i am currently living out of my car and taking care of my mother who is on oxygen.I was running out of contacts to call and i was begining to feel upset because i had tried every contact in my phone for help and nobody was throwing me a helping hand.Monro and the guys working there gave me a spare tire to send me on my way . This was by far the best thing i have ever experienced in my life. Well done monro. 10/10 would recommend

Straight rip off they target FEMALES!!!! Use to Take my car all the time. Simple oil change, reset unproperly, car not running better like not synthetic oil, Purposely messed up wheel alignment, or something then said $900 to fix!!! My dad a mechanic ( out of town) no problems with car before I went thereDO NOT GO THERE! Whole vibe was weird and you can tell that they're trying to rip you off!!!!

First time coming to this location and it was in a tow truck lol. I was stranded on new year's eve and stressed if I would be able to get my car repaired. I spoke to the owner briefly and he told me to bring it in. I was greeted by Pete and he was very friendly and professional. I was impressed in how quickly I was able to get in and out. I just moved to the area and I'm glad I found a shop that could service my car so close to home. You guys have gained a new customer! Thanks

Pete's team offered the highest customer service treatment I have ever by a Car repair shop. I had gone in for a Brake and Exhaust estimate, and they were are able to have the parts ordered and installed immediately.

The work received at this Monro location is phenomenal; the automotive technicians are very skilled, polite and professional.Both Pedro and Ivan are dedicated and hardworking individuals who are great assets to the company. I always talk about their awesome work and refer all my friends and family to come here for service. I refuse to take my vehicles anyplace else, they are a cut above the rest!

Charged my wife over $80 for a blended synthetic oil change and they didn't even rotate her tires. I went back to question the a**hole and rude manager Pedro and he would not work with us at all. Stay away and NEVER send your girl there...they are a ripoff!!!

I went there to get a HUGE screw taken out of my tire. Mr. Garcia had it out in 10-15 minutes tops!! He and his staff are courteous and very professional. I will definitely be going back for other services there.THANK YOU MR. PETE GARCIA!!

My wife and I have been bring our cars here exclusively for the past few years, and have received good service. Now it's time for me for find a new shop since the guy at the desk offered to knock a little off an estimate for my wife in exchange for her flashing her breasts. Unprofessional, perverted, and just plain stupid.

Was told by Eric "we do not do alignments on vehicles with after market wheels, it will never be perfect". Well maybe you just suck at alignments, dude. Called 3 other shops, all wanting the work. Got my alignment done with no problem's. Thank you for refusing my business. I wouldn't want someone clueless working my vehicle.

The Manager and staff are wonderful here. They actually listen to you, genuinely try to help you and do their very best to accommodate everyone. The office itself is very small and doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles or anything like that, but let's be serious, is that really what you care about in a place that's repairing/servicing/maintaining your car? Not really, it's all about the work done, the people doing the work and the prices and Monro Muffler & Brake (in Ewing Twp. at Olden Ave and Pennington Road next to Exxon) has all that. Great work done by knowledgeable, nice people for prices that are hard to beat.Plus, I've been dealing with an issue with my car that has been very frustrating. It keeps squeaking, and I bring it in, it stops for a day after and then starts right back up again, and it's done this a few times now. And this is not a knock on any work done to the car at Monro, the work has been great, and the noises my car had been making were worse, louder and more frequent, but it just keeps whistling... Anyway, the guys at Monro have been sympathetic to me, letting me come in around my hectic schedule, and have been good about trying not to continue to charge me since the original situation has been ongoing. I hope to keep them as my go to auto shop for a long time and just hope my car stops its squeaking soon!UPDATE - I'm kind of upset..after going back many times having the same issue I was directed to a dealership because they said the tool needed for the job was a tool only dealerships had. After taking it in to be looked at, the dealership told me I really should bring it back to the original place because they said that the work I said Monro had done to the car didn't look done, that nothing under my hood looked new. The first time I got work done at Monro I was supposed to be getting the lower idler pulley replaced along with a few belts, and I'm just thinking maybe the pulley was never done. It didn't even say it on my bill, it says I had an alignment. When I questioned it they just said that it was a mistake but is the same price as what I would have paid for the pulley. Now that I'm writing it it does sound really fishy. I'm super hurt because I really liked Monro and really believed that I had found a great place. The dealership told me to take it back there and that they should fix the issue for free, but I know that wouldn't happen. Now I'm out over $600 with my car still having the original issue, and have to pay the dealership another $300+ to fix it.I still don't want to bad mouth Monro, they were accommodating and kind, and it seemed that whatever they did do to my car wasn't bad work, I just think that maybe I got taken for a bit of a ride, and I hate to say that.

LOOK OUT-RIPOFF ALERTThese guys charged over 200 dollars to mount and install 4 tires.They didn't even link the new tpms to my car.Pretty outrageous, should have at least gotten an allignment at this price.I cant even fathom how this ended up costing so much....tirerack lists their install price at $68, I wouldn't even be upset at $100. But OVER $200!!?? SERIOUSLY??? Something is wrong here.

Took my Jeep to Monro for a muffler. My muffler was hanging sideways and thought I was taking it to a muffler expert. BIG MISTAKE! The cost was $528 for a new muffler system. It now rattles terribly. I took it back 4 times and it still rattles so badly I feel as if it will fall off. I now have to take it to another repair shop to find out what is going on. It is a shame that a repair shop that specializes in mufflers does not know what it is doing. The only reason why I gave it one star is because Eric, the manager, was very nice and tried to help me out. It is the mechanics that do not know what they are doing. If I were you I would avoid this place like the plague -- there are many other repair shops that are much, much better. I will post what happened with my jeep as soon as I can afford to take it to another shop.Follow up: Muffler continues to rattle. Have tried to call Kim many times (per her response to my review). Voice mail says she is out of the office, cannot leave a message, and mailbox is full!!!!

Poor customer service. I called in asking if I can get my car looked at to see if I should get it fixed or get a new one & he simply hung up on me & when I called back, another guy answered and didn't help much at all. They charge you 65$ just to see what's wrong with your car. But poor customer service. Won't ever call them again.

Brian Lopes at the Olden Ave location was very pleasant and professional. He accommodated me with out having an appointment. He asked questions about why my car needed service and determined if I was getting the correct service.

Within 15 minutes of being there they took my car for a test drive and figured out what was going on with my car. They diagnosed the problem suggested what I could do and how much it would cost. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I love going to Monro they always have the Best customer service
