This review is the hardest thing I've ever written. The anxiety from this post has made Me! Stop and stare at my keyboard throughout the night. I knew I had to delete my original review. It was a lie. Knowing that something I wrote could possibly send someone to Midtown to purchase their vehicle made Me! Physically I'll. My original review was written in good faith. I was in the middle of buying my new/used car when I posted it. I remember posting it before I even test drove anything. It didn't matter atm of course I wanted to hype up Chris and Midtown Auto! I was Uber excited about it. I didn't hesitate to write what I knew was going to be true. I didn't think twice of hitting that 5 star button.I trusted Chris.The few people that knew I was buying a car from Chris warned Me! About Chris& Midtown Auto. I dismissed their warnings. I was wrong. Extremely wrong. I am now the unhappy owner of a used car that hasn't been able to pass inspection since the day I bought it. It's been almost 2 months now and my 2thousand dollar dream is more like a nightmare He sold it to Me! Knowing it needed tires. Knowing it wouldn't pass. He admitted to that. As soon as I drove off the lot; I heard something. The car didn't feel right. I called Chris right away. There was issues whenever I went to turn on the car. I called Chris right away. Every day something went wrong. I called Chris right away. He gave Me! His word that he would take care of everything the car needed to pass inspection. Free of cost to Me! Of course. I believe him. I was wrong.Since August 22nd, 2023 I have drive. My new/used car maybe 20 times? I drive it only if I really need to get somewhere. I honestly don't have the money that it needs to get fixed and inspected. It has to wait a few more weeks. At first I didn't pressure Chris because I had a series of same day surgeries and the recovery part of it made it so that a week would go by before I would realize that nothing was going on with the car. I of course word call Chris. Every time I called, I knew I wasn't a priority anymore. I started to panic and then it happened. Chris ghosted Me! Voicemail 24/7, text unread, he is never in the office. I feel like I am begging. I feel betrayed by a friend. I will never do business w/a friend again that is to this.I am afraid to "just" show up at the shop juat as my as I am afraid to drive a shaky car. I seriously do not know what to do! AI am afraid of posting this rewrite but I feel obligated to the next "Maria" that falls for the $2,000 deal.By the way the radio never worked. It blares music at 42 degrees when you start the car then makes a white noise then drops down to 12 degrees volume wiseI've been connecting my son's Bluetooth Boombox to my phone.Thank God for small miracles and music.I hate this car by the way. I hate how self absorbed that sounds but it's true. I put all the money I had into this. I was happy and excited that day in August. It has cost Me! almost $1,000 more since then and I have to drive around with my son's Boombox in my new/used car. Chris knew of my situation, my surgeries, my disability and my income. Yes, he put in a new battery and gave Me! $200 since August 22nd. However, the car completely died on Me! Twice on the road and sat there for days. I promised to pay back the $200 and still intend to if he ever respawns.I feel like he took advantage of the situation and he can't even be bothered to pick up the phone?

I needed a more fuel efficient car since my promotion came with a longer drive. I went in and told Matt, who happened to be the owner, what I needed. He put me in a 2010 Ford Fusion with econo boast. Perfect place good prices. Extremely fair and kind. Good for the community and willing to help. We always come to see the inventory and this is the second car we ve gotten from them with no issues. My daughter STILL loves her hybrid. If you need a decent low cost reliable car this is where to come!

We first went to Midtown Auto a year ago. Matt, the owner is personally involved in every sale. He is honest, professional and goes above and beyond for his customers. Most dealers just want to get a sale and will lie about the condition of the cars, not Matt. He was honest about every vehicle we looked at, if it had an issue, he told us the truth. We ended up buying a car for our son and a couple of months into having the car, there was a small problem with one of the tires and Matt got it fixed right away, even though he didn't have to cover it, he did. A year later, Matt is still helping us with any issues we have with the car. He cares about his customers and is always available. He is awesome and unlike any other car dealer I have encounter. We will continue to do business with him and recommend Midtown Auto to anyone.

Drove 2 hours for a Dodge neon and they didn't have the title. I asked the night before I arrived in the morning of he had an open title and he said "YES"! Unprofessional liars.

Bought a car from here not to long ago completely horrible. 2 months in and check engine light is on tire sensors are on and my brakes completely don t work. Left out that the thermostat in the car was broken after I took it back about the check engine light. HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I have been dealing with Matt Suta and his brothers for 45 years, bought and sold cars, traded cars, they found cars for me. Matt has shown me every curticy possible, fixed whatever had to be done, picked up and delivered. Cars he is by far the most honest, sincere, kind individual you'll ever want to know or do business with. To me he's better than family.

midtown is an excellent place to purchase a car. i just recently purchased a Honda Accord 04 car was in perfect condition and price. Im going back for a second time to purchase another vehicle. hands down they are they best car dealership near me

I was very disappointed when I bought this JEEP 1 year ago. The dealer told me that the truck was in great shape and it only needed some maintenance. The Jeep turned out to be a complete LEMON!!!!! It leaks everywhere, I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. I spent alot of money trying to keep it on the road, I only had it for one year now its just sitting in the front of my home waiting to be junked. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!
