Very rarely will I take my time & leave someone a review, but when my expectations were not only met, but exceeded then I feel obligated to leave one. Hawk gets the job done while maintaining his honor, integrity, & ethics. Highly recommend this company A++.

I ve been watching y all on old episodes of Parking Wars and I just watched when you paint balled your son under the door, and it was hilarious! You also showed compassion to the guy who s van ( towed cuz he had left it on a busy off/on ramp) by putting his tire on for him. That was a very kind gesture, and Lord knows there aren t many places that would do that for free! I wish they never cancelled the show cuz the tows were my favorite. God bless you and your family.

They towed my car to the body shop. I called at 8am and they got to me in 30 minutes. The driver called when he was on his way and got there fast and was respectful

After every other hawks towing driver could NOT help us due to no one having a 5mm Allen key to put the car into neutral. Here came Lima to the rescue! ran into another issue with having no tow hook. Lima worked with us and helped us get our bmw towed and even dropped it right into the driveway!Thank you LIMA!

Charged $500 to tow my car. Almost fatal crash now this ridiculous price, never use these people. Wouldn t have if the state police had given me a choice.

I have been parking in a lot for over 7 months ( It s parked there when the business is closed and I leave at 5am before the business opens). When hawks decided to enforce the permit parking which I understand, but what I don t understand is how a simple unprovoked tow of only 1.3 miles away is $270.96?? And conveniently their credit card machine is down so it s cash only? Sounds like they just want the extra cash and to avoid paying taxes.

I saw two workers for this company going around shining flashlights into the windows of all the cars parked in the freedom village apartment complex. Maybe there was a legitimate reason for doing this, but to me it seemed they were looking for valuables to steal from inside the cars. They were behaving very sketchily and stared me down as I drove past. Keep in mind, this was at 12 am

worst company ever i dont know if its the drivers on the managements no one cares about anything they are slow and lazy and refuse to help after you called them 6 hours ago. stop out my house left literally 2mins later because he didnt want to do his job and just made an excuse and left .......never againServices: Battery service, Car towing, Tire changeServices: Battery service, Car towing, Tire change

The receptionist is a kind and compassionate person. She stood on her word, did what she said. The guy who came out. I thought he was rough at first lol but he was a good. I have been watching parking wars and continue seeing the towing company towing cars never saw anything but respect, courtesy and humanity when towing cars or vehicles. So when I see the reviews of all these people giving 1's it's really hard to believe that this company does what reviewers are saying. Family run business wife five sons wow. They make the public aware of the parking laws. Thank you.

On Sunday Feb 23, 2020 This driver parked his running towtruck in front of the Hamilton Shoprite fully blocking the pedestrian path just so he could go inside and buy something. The handicapped people on scooters, the Mom's with children and a full shopping cart and everyone in between, had to wait because THIS driver felt a sense of entitlement and would not park in the appropriate parking space and WALK a few feet.

I called at 11:40am and they didn't show up until 5:30p. I was told that someone would show up in 1.5hrs. I had to call to find out the ETA. The bumper and fog light was damaged during the initial hookup. I've had this car towed in the past without a tow hook and without incident. Unfortunately the company still charged me full price for the tow.Going forward, I will pay the upcharge to the dealership for a tow.Service: Car towing

I had my car towed to there just recently and called them on Saturday and told I would be there to pick up around 11:50-11:55 and they said they were closed when they are supposed to be closed at 12. Called today to get it out and the impound was is closed but towing was open. The dispatcher didn't know a price. But knew why it was in there. Terrible customer service.Service: Car towing

Let's face it no one likes having to deal with tow company , cuz it's never for a good reason! But it's a great family business. The owners kids are out working , staff is knowledgeable and as empathetic as they can be and still keep lights on! Hope u never need a tow! But if u do ! Ur in good hands with hawks ! Even the late night dispatcher was very courteous! Explained all the procedures and all cost to be expected without an attitude!

Big thanks to Hawks for helping us last night Christmas Eve at midnight got locked out of car. AAA wouldn't help us due to "weather" so I called Hawks directly and they came out with in a half hour and saved the night for us!

Owner admitted to breaking into my box truck claiming he smelled something dead coming from inside but it was a possum that he smelled in front of the truck. All my tools were gone and he said he didn t take anything it done of my tools were still on the ground because he dropped some along the way. Said he would only replace the broken lock but not the tools. I ll see him in court.Service: Special vehicle towing

Great company. Solid service. I was very happy with timeliness and professionalism. For anybody who is complaining stop parking your car illegally and you won t have a bad taste in your mouth about this company they have a job to do and they do it well they get paid to move your car from an unauthorized area.
