Well I move down the shore there's three Ford dealerships right near me they will not honor their own contract that I spent money on I have to take my vehicle all the way to Hamilton to haldeman Ford because they're the only ones that were honor their own contract so what I'm saying is if you're going to buy a Ford go to haldeman only the rest of them will not honor their own contract they're scum bags haldeman Ford they are the best five star I take my dog there why I'm getting service and their employees run to the store and go by my gifts they spent $40 on my dog what dealership does that haldeman Ford does

My daughter went in for routine oil change and when she left vehicle started smoking and a strong odor of oil. Oil light cane on as well as engine. She called the service department and was told to bring back in morning and the service rep kept apologizing. Once there haldeman passed the buck and wouldn't take fault for there mistake. I bought my son's car here and will never do business here again. We were treated like second-class citizens, and we were making a full cash purchase. Typical car dealership nonsense. They tried to scam more than the car was worth, even after I stated what my price was. Salesman was a real schauvanist with no respect for women. I have 2 family members, one present, one past, who work for the dealership, and I was still treated poorly. Disgusting! It's been more than 2 months, and my son still doesn't have his title. They messed that up, too! Steer clear of this hot mess!

Overall, great experience! Our salesman, Nick Renzi was the best. In fact, the entire team was great. I felt like they were honest and fair in the deal and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I got a good deal on a good vehicle. That may not sound like a five star review but there is little more you can ask for. Ben was awesome. Not your stereotypical car salesman at all. Zero stars really. I called last week discussed what the recall repair would be and the scheduler told me I should try to get there a little earlier than 1:00 and 12:30 if possible. I said I will do my best. I arrive at 12:30 today the car is not looked at until 1:05 p.m. and I. Told that appointment was made for 2pm. I then wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to tell me the recall has been approved... it's a recall obviously it's been approved. they tell me it's going to take another 2 to 3 hours I say okay go back to the waiting room and someone comes back 15 minutes later and says actually we can't get that done today so after 3 hours of waiting nothing got done. PATHETIC COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The entire experience with Haldeman auto body was amazing! Jim was amazing & always super helpful, he answered all my questions & kept in contact with me even when my insurance was unresponsive. 10/10 would recommend this auto body shop! Great job & thank you to everyone involved!

My rear gate stops working every so often. Each time it takes a week before i can get an appointment. Wouldn't mind if my mom wasn't in a wheelchair and i take her everywhere. The waiting area is neat and clean. People are always polite. Just frustrating how long it takes to get an appointment.

The best local place to service your Ford. Their work is reliable, prices are fair and the folks are honest. I've been going here for years and have had excellent service with high quality work. I highly recommend for Ford owners that may be apprehensive about going to a dealership for service.

Best choice for car buying! Their years of experience in this community make it an easy purchase. They hire knowledgeable staff and it seems there is little staff turnover which speaks volumes to me. Would definitely work with them again

I bought my Subaru Legacy at Haldeman in Hamilton, NJ. I have the highest respect and thanks for John Wagstaff, my salesman.Yesterday, I drove 30 minutes to Haldeman for the 6000 mile servicing. Yes, there are closer places. The expert service, clear communication, respect and friendliness is worth the drive. They watch my back to keep me safe. Thanks all.

Always a pleasure! The staff are all nice and friendly! The place offers plenty coffee, tea, bagels and danish while u wait! U can watch movies or cable tv! Its the place where i purchased my auto and im glad i did!

Marguerite traegler is a fantastic finance person. So warm hearted and genuine that we will go to her for all of our future purchases. Not only that but she is quite the animal lover and even assisted us with getting our cat later on down the line and even referred us to a veterinarian that gave us a discounted rate because of her.

I can't say enough nice things about Haldeman and their staff both in the sales and service departments. The perfect model dealership all dealerships should learn from and copy.if you need a car, you need Haldeman on rt.33 in Hamilton NJ.the only place you should go for a good car or SUV at a great price.you can't go wrong with Haldeman Ford Subaru for a new or used car.

When some idiot forgot to set his parking brake, and his Jeep rolled out of his parking space and into the back of my 9 month old Subaru BRZ, I brought my car to Haldeman, where I bought it. Everything was taken care of by Haldeman and State Farm (his insurance company) quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I was kept informed every step of the way. They even detailed my car and put my "This is my 1st Subaru" emblem on the car for me. The car looks wonderful, and the people were friendly and helpful from the moment I contacted them. I'm very happy with Haldeman's collision center!

I went looking for a car I saw online. Peter the sales guy was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the car wasn't the right fit for me. He looked and tried to find me a car that would fit, unfortunately being a Ford dealer they didn't have many Hyundai's around.

I BOUGHT MY CAR THERE, AND I TOOK IT THERE 4 4 YEARS, EVERYTHING WAS FIND.HAD GOT A BRAKE ESTIMATE. WHEN I CAME BACK THEY CHARGE ME $200 XTRA DOLLARS, TALKING ABOUT THE PARTS PRICES WENT UP! SMFH. HE VLAIMED I NEEDED BACK AND FRONT BRAKES. I LEFT WENT TO MIDAS AND THEY TEST MY CAR FREE ABD SAID MY FRONT BRAKES WERE FINE. AND CHARGED LEST THAT HALF THE $ AT HALDEMAN.I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. LIARS AND SHARKS!
