The worst autozone i have ever been, they are like 3 people waiting there to pay and 4 employees in the back talking about shoes, always like this here everytime i can they make you wait so they can talk about their day

Autozone is a big help to the common man who is working, and commuting, and who occasionally has to do preventive maintenance, and or repair his vehicle. DIY on some of these issues saves a lot of money. (Affordable also)

Very unorganized, never have items as the website claims, employees are very very rude and disrespectful, when you walk in it's like walking into a night club they have loud music playing. I have witnessed employees giving customers price deals when they shouldn't. All around horrible AutoZone I have been to

Hit or miss stock people ok . Workers challenged at this location can't blame them. They need skin of armor for the customer's.

placed an online order Friday, i called Saturday to confirm it was ready to be picked up (because i know from past experiences they never even bother to pick the order till you get there, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead) i was assured my order was ready for pick up.. went first thing Monday morning and my order had not even began to be picked and 3 of the items in my order were unavailable. had my order been taken care of in a timely matter they could of notified me in the 3 days they had that items were unavailable. so obviously i am upset and the manager, Fatima i believe her name was, did not care at all and was very unapologetic. when i asked her who i could speak to that would care about my issue, she offered me the number to corporate. as i mentioned this is not the first time i had an issue with picking up an order from this store.. so if you're hoping to save time and use the pick up option for convenience, please be prepared to be completely inconvenienced and then made to feel like your business is not even appreciated.

The folks here are amazing. They know exactly what tool you need and chances are they have it in stock if you ask them. Also I once needed a replacement part while doing brake work on my van late in the afternoon. They didn t have it in stock but we re able to order it and had it later that evening. They actually apologized for the wait! And I had just resigned myself that I wouldn t be able to finish the project that day! A great example of going above and beyond.

The two ladies behind the counter were great. They even installed my new wind shield wipers, tho their nails were well manicured they both got their hands dirty. Thanks ladies!!

If you've ever been to this AutoZone then you know when you get here you will be waiting. there are always lines and I don't think that the staff are paid well enough to deal with the amount of foot traffic and irate people that come to this store. As far as parts go typically if it says they have it, they will but it's just the fact of the matter that you will be waiting in a long line so don't think you're going to run in and run out.

Staff was great and while it was extremely busy when I arrived, they were handling customers in a quick and organized manner. I normally wait for an email confirmation letting me know my online order was ready for pickup before driving to the store but I didn't wait this time and they still quickly picked my parts on the spot and processed my core returns immediately. I know I can save a few dollars ordering parts from online retailers but having a local store which stocks most of the parts I need is well worth it to me so I don't need to wait for shipping and I can also verify the part on the spot instead of finding out it isn't a perfect match/fit and then have to deal with returns and new orders.

Worst customer service and literally no help was walking around 5 maybe 10 minutes befor help could be provided everyone was rude like. I interrupted something I thought it was their job to provide customer care

I had to get a couple headlight bulbs for my car. When I walked in; one employee helped me find the bulbs, cashier rang me up & arranged to have the bulbs installed and finally the extremely professional guy who installed the bulbs quickly and expertly. I've been in this store several times and the every time the employees are helpful and the absolute best.

Waited 13 mins at counter while employees walked around playing on phones before being checked out then the cashier had the audacity to ring up another customer before everyone else already waiting in line. Guess Instagram is more important than business...smh. Would have given 0 stars but they did have the piece I wanted

they were a bit busy they did look up my information i shared i thought it was incorrect because i had replaced items before went to put the item on my car and was having some difficulty getting the blades off however DOM came and helped me with my struggles turns out they were too big so he helped me exchanged them and get correct size i m very appreciative for his helpTHANK YOU AGAIN DOM

I went to autozone at this location , and the customer service Karen was very rude. She was not helpful at all, she sent to the aisle to look for my own part which was a head light. After checking out , she threw the part and the change at me if I was indesirable, she don't deserve to work as a customer service. She need to be coached and trained to how to do her job

An employee actually told me he hated his job and that was the reason he was very rude to me and couldn't help me with any thing when I asked him politely. Another employee followed me around the store as if I was about to shop lift. I'm a dedicated customer for years and always spend a nice amount of money in that store. I was very offended and that was my last time ever shopping there. I now shop at advanced auto and recommend it to everyone that I know. Terrible store.

Place is cool, people seem happy to work there. I don't think however many people there know what they're talking about when it comes to the truck/gathering info part. Other autozones people are clueless when I ask them for certain items like dielectric grease and will show me brake grease instead. These guys at least know the items in the store.

Definitely the type of place where (some) staff feel like you asking for help is a burden. Went in seeking pollen repellent or something comparable and was briskly told they don t have it. Never greeted or asked if I needed help when I entered. Also, an employee was spazzing about something in his personal life and was saying out loud how he wanted to punch himself in his effing face. Not sure why. Very unprofessional.

(cashier) was very rude and out of pocket ! She kept leaving the line I was waiting in line for 10 minutes if not more , she slammed my boyfriends receipt on the counter and claimed he was"ignoring" her then went back and fourth with me when I asked for a receipt! My little cousin had to beg for a bag cause she wouldn't give him one ! Her attitude was very disgusting ...

Quick service, very helpful. Had just what I needed. Wished that they could help put in the new headlight bulb. Policy is more then 15 minutes and they can't. All in all a good place to go.

Every dam time I go to this store I have a bad experience they never have what I need they sell me the wrong thing they take returns from people box is retaped closed i get it home its all not there because they don't take the time to check to make sure it's all there I am done with this place should have been done long ago Advanced Auto at least has knowledgeable staff and have basic parts that ya don't have to wait a day to get in and tell ya it will be in at 9am go there and they tell you 11 ya go at 11 and its still not there I don't know how the hell they stay open just awful!!

Their phone doesn't work, they're hours clearly state 8pm and they decided to close early just because they felt like it. They motion life things to me and I will not be coming back. Normally, I've had better service, but this is ludicrous. I will be writing their corporate heads about this.

Just put up a sign that says...."Parts, this line"."Cashier, this line".I wasted alot of time waiting my turn only to find out I was in the wrong line.

This is the worst auto zone, and in the review I have verified. the employees are very rude. The few times I have had to come, I always leave with a negative impression. Auto zone should give they a course on how to serve customers, because most of them have no education at all.THE WORST!!!
