This place is fantastic! I first discovered Bradley's auto last year when I was having problems with my other car. I brought my 2018 Hyundai to several places beforehand, and nobody could pinpoint what was causing my car to misfire. Bradley's was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and quoted a price that was literally thousands of dollars less than nearby competitors. For example, one nearby place wanted 3300 just to fix the timing chain. Unreal. Today I brought my second car to Bradley ( much older car, 2001). Once again, they pinpointed my exact issues and quoted me a repair price that is well within my limited budget and ensures I can keep this car much longer than expected. Erica is so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I will be taking my car here in the future. I recommend you do too.

I had a cracked exhaust manifold and rear brake issue on my 2010 F150. Bradley's was able to get my vehicle in and completed in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent and very communicative throughout the process. And the price for the work completed was reasonable as well. I would recommend Bradley's to anyone in the Middletown/Red Bank area that needs auto repairs. 5 stars all around !

Poor Job. They replaced my U-Joints and while I was driving they fell off. Brand new, just fell off. Idk if they didn t screw it properly or what was on their minds. I had my 2 babies in the car, driving 70MPH on I-80 and the U Joint just fell off causing my truck to almost flip. I had to tow my truck to another shop because we were far from Red Bank. Yes they did paid that shop for the new repairs. But if you can avoid this, just don t go there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bradley s did work on all 3 of our vehicles and each one had a new problem after getting it back from them. I had two of our vehicles (these two specifically had the most work done) looked at by another mechanic after the same issues were still occurring. Bradley s begged to let them rectify the situation and we agreed against our better judgement only for them to charge us for things they never did and replace parts that were not even replaced. They literally spray painted the old parts and put them back on. When I went back to the shop to speak to the owner, he refused to print receipts to go over them and called me a liar. I called the cops and we will be going to court dot the $10,000 they charged and didn t fix.

Horrible experience. Gary made multiple excuses as to why it took more than 2 months to receive my car back. Then the icing on the cake, the problem was never fixed, they made it worse! Still had to pay over $300 for diagnostics and had to drop my car off at the Honda dealership. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Scam.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life, where do I begin? Initially everything seemed good, I pick up my vehicle and ask, I have questions about the service done on my vehicle. The woman who answers the phone says, no, you can talk to me and not the mechanic. What kind of car repair shop is this? I can t talk to the mechanic? But wait, it gets worse. The next day I notice bad damage to my car, 99.9% sure they did this. They don t want to take responsibility for it, they could care less. Then I ask the mechanic, pull the dipstick, and show me the transmission fluid please he refused to do so and walked away. I had to spend 70$ to figure out what the fluid changes looked like. Terrible customer service. The mechanic couldn t even tell me the service interval for the transmission fluid changes. Awful, just awful, I drive my vehicle for a living, imagine the frustration of not knowing what someone did to your car and having to pay another mechanic tofigure out the truth. The other mechanic indicated, that the transmission bolts on the pan were not touched, in other words, no new filter change or replacement (like I asked for). Imagine driving your car and knowing you didn t get rear ended (bumper damage) the night before. Even worse we replayed the camera footage where my car is in my driveway (no one hit my car in my driveway when we checked). This was immediately noticed the next morning. Several hundred (possibly 1000$) of damage done and they could care less. Just. Stay. Away.

Check engine light popped on and vehicle was idling rough. The team at Bradley s read the code, got the parts, and knocked out the repairs extremely quickly. Pricing was more reasonable than most but the speed of repair, customer service, and ease to work with made it a no brained to get my vehicle serviced here for everything moving forward.

I have a custom-tuned and modified 2009 Pontiac G8 GT. It suddenly went into "limp mode" one night and just quit. I'm new to the area and asked a neighbor for a recommendation on a reliable and trustworthy shop. The one recommended to me couldn't take the car due to a big backlog of work, but was kind enough to refer me to Bradley's and Gary. I called; Gary was very professional, friendly and appreciative. They took the G8 and diagnosed the problem accurately (a bad electronic throttle body). The part was pricey (it's a rare car) but the labor was very reasonable. My G8 is back to her usual high-performance self, and I'm happy and relieved that I now have an excellent, dependable shop with a very friendly staff to help me take care of my ride.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Gary is awesome! A light came on my dashboard and he told me to bring it right down to take a look. He thought it was a oil sensor and added oil at n/c - I said how much and he said he will get me next time. How awesome! I will never bring my car anywhere else.

They've been very nice and acommodating here. I live alone and they pick me up and drop me off when I need work done (5 minutes away). I haven't had any issues with them. Friendly and communicative staff. This is based off of 2 visits so far.

I ve been going to Bradley s for a little over a year now and service is fantastic every time! My car has been a little.. problematic.. however, they ve been super helpful getting it fixed and answering any questions I may have. If there were any issues when I got the car back, they were extremely responsive on helping to correct the issue (things just happen!) I ll continue to keep using Bradley s as my primary servicer for my cars needs! Appreciate all the work you do for us!

Can t say enough about how great a job they do servicing my car to doing brakes. But also must comment on their superb customer service. Gary and crew do all they can to meet customer needs and go above and beyond most times. Their work is excellent and at a more reasonable price than dealerships.

Highly recommend this shop! They are professional, thorough and reasonable. I had my vehicle inspected and my headlights repaired. Vehicle was done when he said and he did an amazing job. IWith the strange hours and procedures at DMV being able to take my vehicle and have it inspected privately was far more convenient.

I was recommended to Bradley's by a local auto shop with my car's alternator dead and maybe a couple miles left before my car was done for. I rolled (literally) into the shop and received A+++ service. The team was great, did their best to make my day a little better. Fixed my girl up in no time at all, and gave me a fair price for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I brought my 73 Corvette to Bradley s for some oil leaks, power steering and new exhaust. Gary and Erika were great with communication, time frame and we re nice enough to leave the car inside the bay while it was there. The power steering is tight and the exhaust sounds amazing, all for a very fair price. Will be back anytime our cars need anything. Will recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic. Thank you so much!

They were professional and quick with the repair. They took extreme precaution considering I had to take my SUV in during this COVID-19 crisis, even sanitizing the entire interior of the vehicle prior to me picking it up. Bradley's is a family run business and a great place to bring your car.

I recently had the Misfortune to have my vehicle suffer a catastrophic failure on a Saturday not close to home. We called Bradley s Auto service and arranged a flat bed tow to their location where the took a look at the car shortly after and determined it needed hose repaired from oil cooler they kept the car and repaired the issue as well as other problems that were needed. They fixed everything that needed to be repaired and even though they had never met me before were more than fair with their pricing and the repair was done perfectly. I have a new mechanic now and highly recommend them to anyone who has a car that needs repairs

Came to this place just for a drive belt replacement ended up charging me $800 then added another $500 for my windows and my radio to work and it's still doesn't. When I came back they advised me that something else was wrong and that they would have to charge me more money don't even come here these people are not honest with certain individualsService: Auto maintenance

Put the wrong brake pads on my car, asked me to bring it back for a "quick swap." Was quoted 30 minutes for the swap, an hour after waiting I was told the replacement parts were also wrong and they needed to order the correct parts (after they asked me to come in and knew I was coming to correct their mistake). Cut into my workday, so I lost even more money after paying full price for the wrong job. Unprofessional "customer service."
