Kevin is a Terrible employeeI am a mechanic shopI spoke to Kevin about a part and he messed up my delivery called me back and asked me to go pick it up.I went there paid cash and picked it up.After I got back to my shop I realized he sold me a completely different part than what I asked for.and when I called to rectify the situation he said he would get the right part to me the same day.He calls me at the end of the day and asks me if I paid for the part as if they were just going to let me walk out with the part without paying .Fast forward in the conversation and he gets an attitude and hangs up the phone in my face and tells me I ll just cancel the order after I had already paid for the part.I dealt with this company plenty of times and never have I been treated with such disrespect.Hes a terrible customer service repI have no idea why they have him answering the phone . They should have him picking up trash there not dealing with customers.Extremely unprofessional and I am extremely unsatisfied.

I just wanted to thank "L.D." (I hope I got his name right). He helped me purchase some parts for the inside of my door after a nightmare experience with an auto shop. He was the nicest guy, and his customer service was just wonderful. Thanks for being so helpful. If I ever need anything else for my car, I know where to bring my business.

Lack of quality assurance, would not shop here. Ordered a fuel tank for my Ram. Picked it up after hours and struggled to find the parts where the Manager mentioned they d leave it but thankfully there was a delivery driver I caught that helped me find it. Was left inside and wouldn t have been able to get it myself. I saw a cap on the fuel tank for some of the hoses was broken off the tank and had a broken nipple. Thought I could replace it with parts off my tank. Learned it was not replaceable after trying to take it off my tank and calling the dealership. Spoke with the parts department was ok to either replace or refund my order and offered a discount for the part to cover towards my time. I appreciated the discount so I ordered two doors and a fender on top of the replacement tank. The parts that were discounted were the same price as I was originally quoted and when I confirmed pricing over text, each part was increased $10-30. I ordered all silver fender, and doors as well as the tank totaling $1130. I took off work and came to pick up the parts on Friday. Looked at the parts before paying to find the fender was damaged, doors were a completely different color between front and rear and the tank was broken in the same spot. Wasted 6hrs of driving and a Saturday pulling my tank off to find I had bad parts sold. The rep at the store told me at least I didn t prepay $1130!

I m leaving this one star review because my cousin was killed working for this company on December 28th 2023 at 5:31am. He had only been on the job 8 days, and lost his life. Now his children will have to go through life without their dad. His wife a widow. Absolutely senseless. I am an army veteran. I served my country in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have served in harms way. How can you explain to me that my cousin is America working for your company and dies. You can t! He was a great man devoted to God and his family. I want this review to be a reminder to this company of what was taken from us. My hope is that this never happens to anyone again. This incident has created a hole in our family that will never be filled. Rest easy cousin.

John Paul Morgan was very courteous and professional. His customer service was wonderful. He was patient listened well and explained the process very thoroughly. He made a difficult situation very pleasant and less stressful. Because of his professional I will refer more customers and return to Fenix for all my auto issues. Terrible customer service, the worst service in my entire life. I ordered a part for my vehicle over the phone and the person that took down my credit card info also used my credit card to order something from Amazon. That was the only time I gave my card info over the phone and next thing you know someone orders something from Amazon. Be very care handing over any info over the phone to any of the reps behind the 3-4 call centers they have. Plus the part that I ordered was suppose to be ready for pick up the next day as per the associate I spoke with and when I go to pick it up they said we don't know when it will be ready. might take 3/4 days and I came back once the part was in and guess what it was damaged. They made me drive there 2 times (I live 45mins away) just to find out the part I ordered was damagednever again will I order from them

Bought a tailgate glass for qx60 was cheapest price as it cost over 440 got it for 220 here. Pick was fast and easy. I'd recommend buying from here if you wanna save money

DO NOT BUY MECHANICAL PARTS FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEM AT ALL! I purchased back differential assembly. When installed it wasn't even rotating. My car couldn't move even few feet! Had to go back a get a replacement. WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK THEY HAD A HUGE PILE OF RETURNED PARTS from other clients. In two months, the replaced part started to make noise and jump the car. THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE FOR THE LABOR EXPENCE FOR THE REPLACEMENT and now to replace for the third time I have to pay again! That is about 700$ plus the whole day of driving and tolls! OWFULL AND IGNORANT BUSINESS!

Dave is great work I have many parts there under different shop names due toThe fact that I managed several shops at time. But this time the driver was a real dirt bag with aMouth on him I was giving him the correct address. But he kept blowing me off. The man needs anger management really Now I will buy my parts else where.

I do not buy more transmissions or engines, excellent service from the seller, but the warranty service has terrible employees, the warranty is useless, do not buy that type of parts due to the poor attention of the employees

So I needed to purchase an engine since my car broke down and my mechanic highly recommended Fenix. So I purchased an engine. My first issue is they were not able to ship it to my mechanic. So that meant we had to transport the engine ourselves which caused an inconvenience money and time for both my mechanic and myself. After finally picking up the engine, the engine had a damaged intake manifold and throttle body. The rep at Fenix was made aware and offered to replace the 2 parts without charge. So we take the replacement parts and my mechanic is about to put the engine in but finds the engine is full of water and no cap at the top of the engine. So we reach out and advise that the engine is full of water which is strike 3... 1 was the damaged parts on the engine, 2 no cap on the engine. You would think that the company would offer to pick up the engine after the fact that the engine had all these problems. Mind you I spent 2600$ on the engine. They would not even pick up the engine so, I had to rent a truck to return the damaged engine to them. I'm sorry but this is not customer service. How can you sell products and not care about the condition of the products? How can you not offer shipping and handling to requested address, when you are a car part selling business that mechanics rely on and constantly call? Why would you not transport the part back when the company was at fault of its condition? The only thing they did to make the situation right was to refund me. There was no empathy or effort to make it right. They offered me another engine with 13,000 more miles than the one I purchased but I had to pay an additional 800$..meaning I will have paid Fenix 3400$ and possibly not get what I pay for including bad customer service. Yeah no I will not give this company another dime. When you buy parts from Fenix, you get bad customer service, lack of concern on the condition of the parts you purchase, and will not ship parts to mechanic requested locations even if the part is faulty and it has to be returned, then they want more money to replace faulty parts, and not acknowledge their business rapport mechanics who recommend them. Don't buy parts from them. There are other places that will treat customers and mechanics better.

10 out of 10 would recommend this shop. If you want fantastic customer service get on the phone with Joseph. In the year 2020 everyone is going through something Joseph will definitely put a smile on your face and make sure you are having a good day. He helped me get a new tailgate for a great price. Super funny guy definitely knows what he is doing.

Tom G. provided excellent customer service; professional, courteous, and respectful. He answered all of my questions promptly, and responded to my after hours email within 8 minutes. I only had to wait one day whereas other merchants stated a minimum wait time of one week. Pick up was fast and easy - they even put it in my car for me. Additionally, Tom referred me to another excellent vendor for repairs. I highly recommend Leesville Auto Wreckers and be sure to ask for Tom!

5 Stars for the great customer service I receive every time I call Isabel. Always the right part conveniently delivered by a great driver. All parts seem to be inspected because they all come wrapped in plastic or neatly in a box. Warranty is great and they also have optional labor warranty. As a shop owner , doing business with Isabel at Fenix Parts is making my job a lot smoother !!!

If a part exists for your car, they can get it and have a good price for it. Care is taken to package items, descriptions are available as to its actual condition. These are used parts but do offer an affordable choice since they are original equipment as opposed to taking a chance on an aftermarket provider. Most items have a warranty and the staff our just as helpful to satisfy your need regardless of the language you speak

I ordered from several vehicle recycling services and I have to say these guys are the best. They have a great network to ensure that they can always find the parts you need. Also every part ordered from them work great the first time which is key in order not to be doing the same job multiple times
