We had a great experience with Avenue motors. We worked with Dania, Jammal, and Mark. Follow-up was always quick and they were all straightforward to deal with. As an out-of-state buyer, it was very important to me that there were no surprises - and Avenue delivered. The car was as advertised (perfect) and no elements of our deal changed. They treated me and my 12 year old son great and made our experience wonderful. We then road-tripped 1200 miles home and the car was amazing. I would work with this team again in a heartbeat. If you are coming from out-of-town, travel here with confidence!

I came to Avenue Motors with my friend to see what his options were to upgrade his car and I was amazed by the way the professional staff treated us! They were absolutely helpful and very efficient. I decided to come back a few weeks later to get my first car and I couldn t be happier than right now with the decision I made coming here. They gave me detailed info about what I needed to know before purchasing a car and answer all my questions!! A big shout out to Jennifer and Luis that guided me with all my inquieres regarding insurances quotes. They gave me the best options working as well with my credit score, besides that they have really good deals and outstanding customer service, there were also really good snacks!! I came in an Uber and left with my own AWESOME car!

DON'T TRUST THEM!!! THEY SELL DEFETIVE CARS HERE ! they are cheaters !!! .THEY HAVE CHARGED ME SO MUCH.. The Price was totally different which they have showing online. My car's price was $25999 but they have charged me $29999 PLUS dealership fee and other charges . it brought up $36000.. I didn't noticed until I got home. because they keeps you busy with talking while doing paperwork . THE GUY VICTOR DON'T TRUST HIM AT ALL. HE IS THE FINANCE MANAGER I BELIEVE, ALSO It's already having issues with tires. Air is leaking.. every morning I have to go to the gas station to fill-up the air. I called them and made an appointment with them . they couldn't do anything. As per them there is no leakage in the tires. DON'T BUY CARS FROM THEM!!!

My son and I bought a 2015 Mercedes C300 from Avenue on 10/29/2021 and had a great experience. Saw the car on Autotrader, and went to check it out. Erick showed us the car and was polite, very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable. Ask for him if you go there: he is a terrific salesman and a good dude. Diana worked out the business end and was efficient, friendly and professional. We got a great car at a great price, and the Avenue team made it a pleasant experience from start to finish. We would recommend to anyone, and would definitely come back the next time we need a car.

THEY SELL DEFECTIVE CARS! We got a car weeks ago and it's already not starting and the battery is dying. They did not believe us until they literally saw the car BROKE DOWN IN FRONT OF THEM (we took good care of the car). They finally agreed to take a look and came with NO SOLUTION! Had to pay hundreds ourselves to fix the newly bought car. UNBELIEVABLE don't believe in the cars they sell!!!

If I could give zero star , I will definitely do it but this is the lowest Star for the negative reviews. I have been calling them hundred times but still nobody help me with my car issue .My experience with the dealership's customer service was incredibly disappointing. The staff was rude, unresponsive, and seemed disinterested in helping customers. I felt unheard and undervalued throughout the entire interaction. This kind of service is unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of the dealership. I would strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this dealership for their automotive needs.

I wish I could give 0 stars to Avenue motors. I booked 2 Cadillac Esclade on 29 November 2022 and gave $1000 ($500 each for both cars) as a booking amount. They charged me from my credit card and told me tomorrow you will get your car from Trinity Cadillac. But i changed my mind, I told them i do not want anything now , refund my money back. They said ok you will get your refund in 3-5 business days. But till now i didn t get any refund money. I called them 100 times but every time they said we will refund your by tomorrow. It s been almost 8 months now I am still waiting for my money. I don t know how they work. This is worst dealership I ve ever seen. Don t recommend to anyone.

Unprofessional, hidden fees, they lie and scam just to get you to buy cars that are not even up codes ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !I will make my negative comments so that my complaint will appear at the top. After you give them the money or after your finance transactions are completed, they don't care much about you. they don't care about the problems of the used car they only deal with their customers until the sale is complete all they do is take your money and add hidden additional fees would recommend never trust avenue motor and Tiffany was my sales consultant.employees and management are completely dishonest!!!

Terrible customer experience. Spent 90 plus minutes at the outlet for a 10 minute test drive. Their sales reps were clueless and there was poaching within the team. I walked back and forth between their 2 showrooms before they could resolve internal poaching issues and assign a rep. It was a good 30 to 40 mins before someone was assigned and he was a rookie. Had absolutely no answers to any of the questions about the car that I was interested in. He kept trying to sell me in-house finance without giving me a final price despite asking him multiple times. His supervisor decided to butt in and was completely unhelpful. He again tried to sell me finance and when I insisted on a price before we discussed finance, I got a price which was 8k more than the listed price. The supervisor was on an ego trip and was more interested in one upmanship than trying to close a sale. Total and complete waste of my day considering I had to drive an hour to get there. The experience leaves a lot to be desired.

DO NOT BUY THE FORD FOCUS ST THEY HAVE ON THE LOT.I visited Avenue Motors to look at their 2017 Ford Focus ST. The carfax listed minor damage to the front left of the car, so I decided to bring it to a nearby mechanic to get it checked out.Avenue sent an employee along for the trip.When the mechanic pops the hood, the front left head light is loose. The brackets are totally sheared and you could just take out the head light if you wanted to. When they put the car on the lift, the ECU was loose, dangling with loose wires next to the wheel well.I came back to Avenue after paying $100 for that inspection, noted the damage, and said I was still interested in the car but only if they could discount the car considering the damage.They then BLAMED me for the damage.Obed's manager insisted the car didn't have those problems when I left to drive less than a mile to the mechanic. Like I said, they sent an employee with us.... but they refused to ask that employee to see whether I in any way caused the damage.After they refused to discount the car, I told them thanks but no thanks, at which point the very mature manager decided to peel off and rush past us TWICE in the car as we were leaving.These guys are slimy little babies that will do whatever they can to pull one over on you, and then they'll have a hissy fit when it doesn't work.Get your used cars inspected people.

Terrible with hidden fees. Gave me the run round about my tags which expired since September 15th. Finally said my plates were ready almost 2 months later, paid my balance of $1000 for them to come back and tell me I still owe $437 for my plates. I told them I don t have that right now since I didn t know I had to pay more money and they still didn t give me my plates but another temp tag. Regret purchasing from them.
