I m happy we chose to purchase directly from Pointe GMC. We are extremely satisfied with the initial contact and the overall sales process with Pointe. We will definitely plan to purchase from Pointe again when we are ready to replace our other vehicle, and we would highly recommend Pointe to anyone looking to purchase a GMC. Unfortunately they just dropped Buick from their dealership, but will continue with GMC and used vehicles.

Absolutely best GMC store I have ever been too! BTW you don t pay the Jersey taxes if you live in DE like me! It worked out perfect!! Love my Buick Enclave!

As promised, after the very pleasant experience we had buying an SUV we returned for my wife s Buick Encore. They found the model and color we wanted and the buying experience was extremely easy, Bill did a great job getting everything completed in our time frame. They treat you like a friend in every way.

My diesel just stopped running and the check engine light was on so I towed it here asked them to get it running and check the light 700.00dollars later they said the fuel filter had a crack in it so I paid my bill and start the truck drove 1mile the light was back on took it back when n 10min talked to the service man he said u need a block sensor so I asked how much is that he said 700.00 a filter is 25dollars for the best the sensor is 50 dollars this is a real problem with no real regard unbelievable

I just bought a truck from Bill. He was very easy to work with. I didn't feel like there was any sales pressure, but he went above and beyond getting me what I wanted. They made the transaction as smooth as possible during these crazy times.

Really disappointed. Purchased new vehicle in 2012. Took in for ac service. Fixed issue but broke headlight assembly. Took back and they said we didn't take headlight out so we couldn't have damaged it. They offered to fix the crack headlight assembly with glue or something else, but refused to replace headlight. Not a happy customer

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. This is my second time returning to point Buick. I had a fast experience. They're waiting room is very clean.

They have great service all the way around. I recommend anyone to go there and they are very reasonable with how much they charge to do work on vehicles unlike most places that charge way to much
