So about a month ago I had a court case with (Lou) the owner of Elite auto body . After the case was heard and a verdict was made he was told that he was to return to me the sum of $240.00 that was overcharged + court fees . He then bolted out of the courtroom as to date he has not paid a penny . This forced me to put a lien on his business. If you insist on using his business I would strongly recommend check your pricing because in my experience he charges what he can get away with and probably uses knock parts and charges for the dealer part .

I brought my car here after I was in a minor accident, and needed my back bumper fixed. I had a great experience at elite auto body. great prices, great customer service, and flawless work. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs. I will definitely be back!!

Best experience ever! Went in with my car recently due to some body issues ( I backed up into a poll) Lou had my car looking better then ever when he was done. I have been using Elite for over 20 years. The primary reason, is they are honest. They do incredible work, they are honest on the pricing and they do their best to accommodate your needs. I lived in Nutley for years and moved to South Jersey almost 20 years ago and I still only trust my cars with them. They have fixed my family's cars many times and I have never had a bad experience.Service: Body & Trim

LOU runs the best auto body shop!!!! I hit a deer with my nissan boy did I do damage to my car and LOU really fixed her up and made the nissan look as good as new! he is so kind and professional and walking into the shop you just feel so warm!!! This place is a gem! I was able to schedule an appointment (for a small repair) on the same day. Lisa, the receptionist I spoke to, was very warm and friendly. Paul, who did the repair, was very responsive to any questions I had and really put the effort into making the car look like nothing happened to it. Kind people, and detailed, high quality work. 10/10 recommend.

If I can give him a -100 stars I would!! I really hate to express myself like this about a business but it's beyond unethical for this man to be in business, I was referred to him by a really good friend of mine who is in to cars and knows his stuff but this was such a disappointment!! He had to do a few things on the car but what really got me was when i received the car back there was a SRS AIRBAG MALFUNCTION, He never put the sensor in my car door so my air bags were not functioning at all, God forbid I got into a car accident my airbags would of never deployed, do you thing he picked up my 30 calls, replied back to my text messages, plus I'm $980 something dollars down because I needed to get this fixed and he doesn't pick up the phone nor responds back to text messages! IT'S INFURIATING..

I 1000% recommend bringing your vehicle here!! Very professional and nice place. Also the best price i was quoted after visiting a few shops. Some shops like to charge a lot just by the looks of a car, and I didn't get that vibe here at all. My car needed a paint job, and I brought it in having two different shades. They matched the color and made it new again. Thank you! Will definitely come back!

I am so pleased with the work they do on my car. I need a bumper and fender and also my car s paint was dull and I thought I needed to have it painted, Gaetano advised me that it needed to be detailed and I did not need the added expense of a paint job. When I picked up my car it looked fabulous and was amazed on how the car shined,. I would highly recommend their services.

They had my car for like a month, took it to repair the door cause water was coming in due to an accident they gave it back with the the same issue or worse they only fix it to make the door like nice but the issue was still there and the told me you take it as is smh never again will I go there or recommend too much lack of communication. I have a 2014 E550 Mercedes Benz 4matic! Paul Laregina the owner and painter I wanted the whole bumper painted no blend cause they don't last and nobody will guaranty a blend! So the worker Louise came out, we talked earlier and I told him about someone that wanted to do the blend, and told him I don't want it done, because of what I mentioned above! So what happens Paul gives me a price of 300-375 for the blend but I told him I didn't want it, so guess what he did it anyway, he blend it figured I might like it and it would be quick! Well I caught him cause I use to have a shop and right out the door I told him, why did you do the blend and he said how did you know, cause there was road grime from the street so I know you didn't pull the bumper, and your blend which was terrible cause you had dimples in the clear! I have Glacier White which is a hard paint to do! So he said I took a chance, can you believe this, this is a terrible shop! They are so unprofessional and irresponsible don't end there, I told him he better pull the bumper off and send me pictures and he did, but it don't end there! He does all the work puts it back on I give it a quick look over which I should off really eye balled it, but when I got back to my garage I looked at it and there way over spray build up of clear at the bottom near the vents! So I go back to the shop a Louise was there cause Paul is never there don't answer his phone neither number, and both voice mailboxes are alway full that another problem! So Louise seems what I was talking about and said bring it back Monday and I could block it out 10 minutes and buff it I said kool! So at this time I was still trying to get in touch with Paul! So I forgot to ask Louise for touch up paint, but he didn't have any bottles for me, but I see Paul there and I asked, did you listen to any of my calls or text he said know! So I told him what was happing and Louise checked it out and said easy fix, but I guess he couldn't stand the fact I was back because of his again bad job! He said Im gonna give you your money back and you could go somewhere else! You have to be out of your mind to go their, there's only two people there Louise the worker who disassembles and assemblies the parts and Paul Laregina owner and the painter! This place is a JOKE work is backed up it's ridiculous !!!! You better get his personal number which I had and never answers that either and if I could give a score of zero 0 I would!!!!!! These review that are on here with positives, must be friends and family what a JOKE!!!Service: Painting
