I am very impressed with professionalism, super friendly customer service, precision, skill, and attention to every detail demonstrated by the owner Jose and his excellent technician who had performed a front and rear differential service on my Subaru outback on 7/26/2022. The guys even took the samples of both front and rear differentials' fluid and showed me the pictures of the drain plugs to show what it looked like before. If I need my car serviced, I'm definitely returning to JRM auto service. Thank you!Service: Auto maintenance

Very professional and great service. I had a problem with my (old) Honda Accord with a loud grinding noise. JRM was very accommodating to work on it even though they were very busy. Did a detailed inspection and communicated the repair options and costs; all of which were very reasonable. I also had them do several maintenance items while they waited for replacement parts. Will not hesitate to take my car back to them in future.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and most important honest. I've been bringing my cars to JRM for years and have NEVER been disappointed. 300,000+ miles and still runs like new. Wouldn't bring my truck anywhere else! Thank you!!

Great shop, service and priced for business. Dropped the Explorer off for some electrical work and had 3 technicians on it the moment it was off the tow truck. Call back was same day for work needed and was offered repair needs and options. Jr. / owner was on site and extremely personable. Highly recommended.. finally found a new local shop!!

Came here to get my tail lights replaced, service was quick and I thought I was good to go. A week later, I get a ticket for my tail lights being out...I ended up going to a reputable mechanic near my work who changed my tail lights AGAIN for half the price. Either these guys use old parts or they did nothing to my car and charged me for it, all I know is I will never go here again and advise friends and family to stay away too. Still on the lookout for a reputable mechanic in this area, hard to find.

Dropped my car off on Tuesday late afternoon. Picked it up Wednesday afternoon. Quick, efficient, friendly, professional personable workers and mechanics here!!! Thank you!I have had issues with autobody shops making the problem worse! This was not the case.They will be my go to shop when in town!

I have been doing business with Junior's shop for many years now. From my young days as a street racer to my current mundane "get to work" car now. Junior has extensive knowledge and he is always proactive as well. I remember a long time ago, my Integra GSR had a U-link come of the Chassis. Everyone's first reaction was that it could not be fixed. When Junior saw it, he acknowledged that it was very bad, but said he would give it a try since he knew the car meant a lot to me at the time. HE WELDED AND FIXED it to perfection! At a minimal cost as well!!! My car goes nowhere else! Only to Junior @ JRM! If there is anything negative I would have to say it is two things : 1. Be prepared to leave your car at the shop for a few days. Potentially 2-3 days. This is because Junior and the crew have tons of cars to work on and they take their time with them. You must be patient! 2. This is not related to Junior's shop at all. Junior has been personally getting into DOMESTIC cars!!!! Stop it!!! Only foreign and imports please lol!!!Thanks J !!!!!!!! You the man !

The worst mechanic I have ever met!! HE'S RUDE, HE'S HAD MY CAR FOR 3 MONTHS, THE INSURANCE HAS ALREADY PAID HIM AND HE DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME!! THEY PUT ME AN ENGINE THAT IS NO USE, TWO DAYS IT WAS DAMAGED, SO DON'T TAKE YOUR CARS BECAUSE I ASSURE YOU IT WILL COME OUT WORSE THAN IT COMES IN!!!El peor mec�nico q he conocido!!
