Went in at 8:30 am to patch/plug a tire. Experienced a level of unprofessionalism unparalleled by anything else in the industry. The store attendant spoke with audacity and vigor, berating and mocking my situation. I am generally friendly with everyone and for the first time, left an establishment out of disgust. Due to the evident language barrier, I had to drive with unsafe conditions to an alternate shop.Could be a 1 in 10 or 1 in 50 chance. The other ratings reference the owner who was not present.

I have not yet had much experience with them. I went to them with a low tire. They looked. The fou d the nail. They fixed the tire and checked the air in the other tire. After a very fair price I was out in 10 minutes total.

My transmission started acting up on Christmas eve. He had me bring the car in the day after Christmas, checked the problem, and confirmed it was the transmission. The dealership opened AFTER I showed up at his place, and we found out I had two more weeks left on my extended warranty. He told me to bring it to the dealer and get it fixed, not to wait, and didn t charge me anything For the diagnostic.That s An amazing way to build clientele. I will definitely bring my car there for any future issues and be recommending him to familyAnd neighbors

Amazing my first review I wrote amazing and gave five stars I just used them again these people are literally miracle workers especially when it comes to transmission they know what they're doing honest people straightforward don't mess around they'll take care of you A to z with honesty and integrity God bless you guys thank you very much for everything. We all know how difficult it is to find a honest and reliable mechanic. You have to look no further than Reuven and Sons. They are honest, reliable and a great deal more. Quick working, professional and highly knowledgeable in all areas pertaining to maintaining and repairing cars/trucks etc. I have had the pleasure of using them as my mechanic for a while now and have never ever been disappointed. You might think that with getting such quality service you'll be hit with a huge bill, this isn't the case. Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair with complete transparency as to what you got versus what you paid for. Fantastic place to go if you need anything fixed on your vehicle!! From A-Z Reuven will take care of you in a very friendly and affordable fashion! They fixed all my issues very quickly, charged me a very reasonable price, (And yes I know prices) and it was all done with a smile!

The best auto repair service I have ever used and I am 63 years old. I know a great repair shop when I find one and Reuven and Sons is the best without question. We've been using Reuven for years! We just purchased another vehicle which we plan on servicing by him as well. He treats his customers like family! Reuven's top expertise and years of experience definitely made our decision that he is a great mechanic to go to. The cherry on top is that he himself is fully on top of the work and stands behind his services.

I went for a small fix which was done fast and cheap. Then i went for another thing, they raised the vehicle, check it out, lowered it, checked the hood, turned out its nothing. He didnt wanna charge me! ( He does NOT know me from before!) i asked why not? He replied: ... (happy holiday). When i tried to insist he just walked back to his business while repeating . Now i understand why he has only 5 star reviews. On top of all this he is a super nice and kind man.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I woke up to a issues with my ABS and traction control, Reuven opened up at 8 in the morning and quickly diagnosed my issue, and had it fixed shortly after the parts arrived. He is timely and honest, he even showed me my old parts and explained the damages. I definitely recommend him :)

I was having some break problems I went to a different mechanic first they wanted around 500 dollars to fix the breaks and they found some other problems with the car. I was reccommed to go to Reuven and sons auto repair they fixed the breaks for a 125 dollars and said I don't need any other repairs the lease is over in 3 months they are super honest and very friendly and fast service! Keep up the great service I really enjoyed using u guys! Yes forsure I would recommend Reuven and sons auto repair!Service: Brakes

Driving home on a Sunday I hit a pothole and moments later, my low tire pressure warning light came on. I got air and drove home. Upon arriving home, the same warning light came back on. I knew I had a problem. It was Sunday around 2pm. I imagined not many places were open but I got lucky. Reuven was open till 6. I googled him and saw straight 5 stars so I decided to give them a shot. I cannot say enough good things. I thought all I needed was simply a patch. Turns out I had a bent rim. He worked some magic and saved me the cost of a brand new rim all in under an hour. They were so friendly, nice, as well as professional and extremely knowledgeable.The other reviews calling them genius are not exaggerating. 5 stars is well earned. Thank you so much !!!

He knows his stuff he's very officiant and most importantly he's very honest he doesn't rip anyone off does quick work and very friendly with everyone that comes to him and accommodates everyone and anything that has to be replaced he replaces with top quality stuff only no junk and stuff like that and overall does everything he could to satisfy his customers
