Terrible Terrible and terrible. They have a sign outside that clearly says "Fast Oil changes" Well unless I'm crazy but 3 and half hours is not fast for me. They might have been squeezing olives back there to get my oil out for my car. But when I came in at 12pm and they told me it'll take tops an hour. I decided to go across the street to J2 pizza (See their review) and grab some lunch. After about 40mins I called to check up on the status of my vehicle and they told me that it was still "Awaiting an available mechanic" so frustrated I decided to take the 20min drive home and wait in the comfort of my own home. Thinking that it can't be much longer I waited by the phone. Finally at 5:47Pm I got the dreaded call. They told me that my car was ready and that I would have to be there before they closed at 6:30. I was disgusted. Will definitely never be coming back to here for any vehicle problems at all.

If you've got a genuine Hebrew ride bring it down to lipa's for all your maintenance. Service with a smile.

He got put car fixed pretty quickly. He is also the most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. He specified what had to be fixed and what was extra. He didn't try to scam us into a more expensive fix. It was a great experience and I would absolutely use them again

The staff at this place is so trustworthy and knowledgeable and patient! I'm so happy I heard of them . Once you go here you won't go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service! They will put you on hold for 30 min and drop the call, they are impossible to deal with, I would stay away from them, they have all the customers that don t have internet and can t read these reviews.

My cars parts were all stolen, I have a 2013 Toyota Sienna and I had a tune-up done on it at this repair shop. I just took it back to Toyota, and they told me that all my original parts were replaced with aftermarket parts. I'm currently speaking with a family lawyer that's looking into how many people have had this same thing happen to them at this repair shop.

You can trust this shop with your life. They give honest and excellent service. I've been using them for 5 years and I have never gone to another mechanic since. There are unfortunately many mechanic shops that will take advantage of you, Lipa's have the highest grade of integrity, they are professional and most importantly they care about their clients. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

OK service, put in expensive battery and then told me that i would've had the option for the cheaper one after installing the expensive one already... always very busy.mostly ok though

These guys are top-notch - honest, reliable, fast (at least for my job), reasonably priced. Cannot say enough good about them! What a relief to find an honest and competent auto mechanic!

I'm an HVAC technician so I have a very tight schedule. These guy were able to get me in very quickly and get the job done. Their very professional and do a great job. I had all my break pads and rotors inatalled.. very satisfied

Extremely helpful, good and fast service, great prices. They changed my tires while waiting I an air conditioned waiting room even though they were very busy. They serve a lot of customers and always with a smile.

Great people and great service. Brought my car in Christmas eve and despite their heavy workload they were able to change all my brakes before closing thus not leaving me car-less until Tuesday!

Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. The honesty and and selflessness that is shown by lipa is unparalleled to any other such businesses. He really cares about you, and will do anything to make sure u walk out happy. Great job lipa and the rest of your staff!!
