I always have a great experience at DiFeo Kia. I purchased a 2016 Forte in 2018 with an extended warranty and never had any issues with the car as far as breaking down or getting stuck. Jen and Matt are great people and always greet me with a smile and Al the salesman always remembered my name and we shoot the breeze every time. Highly recommend dealership!

I had an AWESOME experience here the other day. My car needed recall servicing, an oil change, and it was running a little funny so I wanted them to check it out. The receptionist was so sweet and had such great energy and told me it would only take an hour which was exceptionally fast in my head for everything that needed to be done- I almost didn t believe it. A little more than halfway through the appointment she let me know that I needed a specific service and told me it would only take an extra 20 minutes and it did! I can t even count on my hands how many times I was told something was going to take an hour and I end up sitting around for wayyy longer. I really really appreciate when timeliness and customer service is prioritized and it was. Overall the energy of the whole service department was awesome and they were so helpful and accommodating through and through.

Only Excellent reviews from me! ! I have to tell nowadays its hard to find excellent service. Well I found another EXCELLENT!!! place, Kia in Lakewood NJ. I had to get the oil changed on my car. Matthew was very nice and kept us up to date on my car. Imagine I walked in with a smile and walked out with one. Matthew keep up the the great customer service, because it was recognized. How else do you think I base my reviews!!! Thank You Again

traveled 100 miles, and after 85 miles, I was surprised that the engine light was on with a lot of vibration in the drive wheel and the motor, so I stopped on the highway and spoke to one of my friends, and he brought me a mechanic. I found that the motor plug was not closed and moved from its place, so he closed it, so the vibration stopped, and the motor light has remained lit until now.

Although I live 5 minutes from a different Kia dealership, I travel 30 minutes to service my car at DiFeo in Lakewood solely because of Jen Hanlon at the service desk there. Jen is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and just overall a kind person. She is patient and listens attentively to any questions and answers them. She will make suggestions regarding what will be the best service for your vehicle based on her many years of experience, but without attempting to sell you service which is unnecessary. You can t go wrong with Jen. I personally ask for her specifically when I call with any questions because I know I will get the correct answer. Highly recommend this service center because of Jen.

Jen and Mat always take care of me in such a Professional manner. This time was no different! Making me feel very important regardless of the service I'm scheduled for. This time a Oil Change. Service desk staff was friendly as always. I didn t stay in the comfortable waiting area today, but have in the past.Matt explained the process and diagnostic charge and kept in touch.My car was finished in a timely manner, for less that I had feared, and was returned to me cleaner than I left itThe extended hours of the service department are very convenient.

I always enjoy the staff here in service. I first came to them with a tire issue, I couldn t get in at my normal place, and the staff at DiFeo took great care of me. I love the happy to see you greetings from a phone call or to checking in for service. As I sat and waited for my car I overheard the same greetings and politeness to every person they spoke too. This is the second time Jen went above and beyond to make my day! Thank you!

After a lot of online research, I decided on a vehicle from this dealership. They helped me get a better rate than what my bank offered for a car loan. This was after a complication with my bank/the loan. I was there wanting this vehicle a car, with loan. Instead of getting me to pay a higher rate than I originally had, they did the opposite. A dealer you can trust? Yes.My sales rep was Tyshawn, and I highly recommend reaching out to him, or anyone at DiFeo. I will be back. ChrisP.S. - Zurich shield actually works. Chocolate melted onto my seat, and it came right off!!! Remember to keep your Zurich paperwork!!!

It s always an exceptional experience coming to Kia for service, especially when Matthew is extremely caring and thoughtful for his customers. He is always very knowledgeable of service needed and I always feel taken care of at kia Lakewood, due to Matthew s professionalism. I would never go to another dealer they are a wonderful team, and I never have any issues with any employee. As we all know that is very unusual in today s society. So glad to always have a good experience coming in for service for my car at Kia Lakewood.

My Kia Niro was recalled for service. My check engine light was on. When I arrived, Matthew prepared the repair order and shortly thereafter he advised me that the check engine light went on because of a vapor problem because the gas cap was not correctly replaced by the gas station attendant!DiFeo Kia is noted for their exceptional service!
