I used Barina automotive for repair of my car from a hit and run type accident. Joe, the owner, was a very nice man, who assured me the car would be repaired the right way. He was so accommodating to my needs, as I wasn t close by, his son came to my house and even where I worked few times to pick up and return my car. You would never know the car had an accident at all! The outside and inside were clean and looked fantastic!! His receptionist Laura was also very nice and helpful to speak to. They gave me a loaner to use and the car was repaired sooner than anticipated!!!

Worst company you can have communication with, over the phone they are so good, but they can't doo job, they was gonna tow our car, but they destroyed, owner didn't want to take responsibility. They even snicked out after destroying car. There is no 0 rating to rate them, even 1 is too high for them

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly!! The work they do is amazing I needed work on my car after an accident they worked on it fast and it looks like the accident never happened! I m very happy with this shop and would recommend it to others!!

I have been dealing with Barina Automotive Services for years. They are like family. Recently my mom had a issue where she needed body work and a taillight repair. It had caused a bit of stress for her to deal with the whole process. Joe and his team made her feel comfortable and presented a very friendly atmosphere. She was so impressed. She can t stop talking about how nice they were and how great her car looks. Thank You Barina Automotive!! If my mom is happy, we all are happy.Service: Body & Trim

I first met the owner Joe when I needed an estimate for fender damage when a neighbor backed into my car. He was very professional, and his estimate to repair was reasonable. I decided to have the repair done at his shop. I just picked up the car yesterday. His crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. Although I hope I never have to, I would certainly use Barina Auto again. Keep up the good work.Service: Body & Trim

I give Barina Automotive services a 5 star Rating!Make no mistake about it their customer service is by far the best, excellent!!A few months ago I had a car accident and my car was towed to them.I was pretty shaken up but was glad no one was hurt. Shortly after I met the owner Joe Barina. I was surprised to be treated with such professionalism, kindness and respect. At that point I did not know if my car was going to be repaired or totaled. Joe was honest, straightforward and explained the whole process in detail. I was far away from home and he arranged for me to get one of his loner cars. As I sat in his office I observed how Joe treated his staff and how friendly everyone was to each other. Customers were coming in asking for Joe, almost like family. I got the feeling that he treats everyone like VIP and I felt lucky that by shear luck my car was towed to his place.. As it turned out my car was totaled and once again Joe helped me through that as well.Thank you Joe Barina for everything!!Ramona M.

Best auto body shop experience I've ever had! The owner was so friendly and helpful and I knew my car was in good hands. My car was done in a timely manner and the owner made sure I was happy with it. He even cleaned and vacuumed the interior. I recommend Barina Auto to everyone! Joe is very nice and knowledgeable about insurance claims. Joe gave me a stress free experience. Barina Auto repaired my car after my accident in a reasonable time frame. The worked he did on my car was wonderful. I was so impressed on how good my car looked. I will never take my car anywhere else! Great job guys! I am a customer for life!

Great experience! I was lost when my car got hit. Barinas had me up and running in no time! Office staff were extremely helpful. This was a great experience. I can t thank you guys enough

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED HERE. worst experience i have ever had. My sister got into a car accident totalling her car to which they towed the car here. The next day we arrive to get stuff from the car to which we were informed we had a $325 bill which is fine but the owner had such an attitude and was money hungry. Had an argument with one of the female workers because i tried to drive my car to the back of the lot to my sisters car being her car was filled with groceries from costco (bulk items) from the day before. the lady had such an attitude freaking out that i cant have my car back there without giving me any logical reason at all. Ive been in accidents and have had my car towed plenty of times and have never had an experience like this at all. Also they charged u for each day ur car is there.

I am so happy with the work that was done to my 4 runner. My car was in bad shape after an accident on county line road,, Barina towed My car to their shop, I wasn't going to have them fix it but after meeting Joe IKnew it was In good hands....great guy!!! I got my car back looking and working like new!!!! SO HAPPY!!

When I got into my accident it turned out they were the towing company used to pick up my vehicle and I decided to gave them do the work on my vehicle as well through my insurance. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on and made my car better then new! Couldn t be more happier than to have Mr. Barina fix my car! Had an accident back in October which needed some serious work under the hood and the body and he made the car look like nothing ever happened! I owe him a bunch and can not recommend him enough! Best place everrrr! Joe totally helped me out and took care of my repairs. Had a loner on hand, so I didn't have to worry about getting picked up/ dropped off and getting my own loaner. The receptionist super sweet and always got back to me promptly. Also did I forget to mention did a great job on the body damage/repairs on my truck!!Thank you team Barina for all your efforts and makin this procedure super easy!

Joe and the staff are amazing!! They repaired my 2015 Ford Fusion and it looks brand new! I got into a car accident and rear ended another car.. Joe went above and BEYOND fixing my Jeep Renegade. From calling me consistently to update me, providing a loaner while I waited for repairs so I could still work, and fair prices for all replaced parts. I d HIGHLY recommend Barina Auto to anyone who wants outstanding service!

Recently our family experienced an accident, the Police had our vehicle towed to this company. We were advised by Officers, that upon arriving at this establishment we would be able to enter the vehicle as well as receive our belongings promptly upon entering. I had explained the situation to the man claiming to be the owner of the company, who than got verbally abusive towards my entire family and myself. If you ever want to be extorted and verbally harassed, this is the company for you. Our family, and friends will be avoiding this company like the plague.Furthermore, this review is a follow up as this business had the audacity to privately reach out and ask if we can remove our honest review of the company and our experience.

Every car I have ever owned I purchased from Barinas's lot and each and every one has run flawlessly and looked great. Both Joe and his employees are attentive to and considerate of their customers (who may I add are made up from a spectrum of ethnically diverse, multi-lingual, and varying social class citizens).

My daughter hit a deer on the GSP with my 2015 Altima. Thank God she was ok, but the deer and the car not so good. Barina automotive picked the car at my home, and dealt with the insurance company directly. The next thing I heard was that the car was done. It looked, and drove like a new car. Top notch work and professional service. I highly recommend this business!

I would recommend Barina to everyone, they are extremely helpful with the insurance companies after an accident and repaired our car beautifully. Kay was very friendly and helpful each time I spoke to her and Joe made sure the car was finished very quickly.

My son recently had an accident with his vehicle, the police were called. He requested the tower to have his car towed to his residence. They refused ,they said they would not tow the vehicle out of town. This kind of practice breaks laws that are stated within towing guide lines. The tow bills also must be itemized also stated in the towing laws. After awhile trying to convince him that I did not want to go to his shop & pay for storage and a second tow the tower then gave me price out of thin air of $160.00 cash only. Well I guess everyone carries cash these days ,I said OK. While the tower was following me to my home I Immediately dial the owner of the business, he said to me you are taking my tower out of town, After speaking with him I told him I was in same line of business, he immediately changed his attitude. I come from a family business that been towing cars since 1925. We were taught to treat people fair and kind.This kind of behavior is selfish & rude.I hope he will learn from his actions and treat people more kindly. I will not give you 1 star because I feel there is still good people in the world that want to help others.
