So many great reviews and why I called on them to do the relatively simple repair. But unfortunately, I need to leave a negative but honest review. Simple job was all lined up with my insurance company ready to send the check over to autocorrect. My part came in and I was told to come in and drop off my vehicle. So, after arranging a rental car I dropped off the truck expecting to have it fixed in about a week. 10 minutes after I dropped the vehicle off, I got a frantic text saying "CALL ME ASAP" I was told they sent the wrong part. I didn't believe that since these parts are ordered through the VIN# so I immediately was questioning their honesty. Just did not make sense. They informed me they would reorder the part and it would be 30 days. 60 plus days later still no part and was being ghosted and was hung up on. If for some reason they didn't want the job they should have been honest from the start and just told me Hey, we're not interested.Instead, my vehicle is still not fixed 90 days later and I'm having to get another more professional company do the work. I find it troubling only 10 minutes after I met these people and dropped off my vehicle I was told to come back and pick it up. Can't help but wonder if my civil rights weren't violated and if there's a pattern of behavior similar to how they treated me in the past to others. I will be talking to my attorney and a couple liaisons from the state of N.J regarding this matter. My advice to the public, find a different shop to fix your vehicle. To Autocorrect, thanks for wasting my time.

I can t say enough good things about auto correct. Firstly, New Year s Eve we found ourselves with a broken door and the side panel falling off my van. I called and Eli answered and walked us through how to get the door to close until I could bring it on Tuesday. He was patient and kind the entire time. When I finally did get a chance to drop it off the quote to fix the whole thing was reasonable and Eli worked with us and our schedule. He took care of the rental so it was one thing I didn t have to worry about. Throughout the time they worked on my car I got up to date status reports and pictures showing the progress. They finished the car exactly when they said they would, and cleaned the whole car inside and out, which they didn t have to do. If anyone needs body work done I will recommend them!

First time I used them and it was an amazingly painless experience! Sol and AutoCorrect made the process so easy and seamless. They repaired my car within 2 days and provided door to door service, picking up our car and dropping off a rental car at the same time all without us having to leave our driveway. I can't recommend them enough!

This is my second time using Auto Correct.My car spun into a poll on a recent snow day and my back passenger side got crushed. I took it to Auto Correct to get fixed, it came back like new! When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see they even cleaned the inside of my car!5 star service. Recommend to anyone needing car repair.

If only I could give them 10 , I will give them 10 then multiply it by 10! It s a total of percent satisfaction experience with them. I can t thank them enough from answering my phone calls, accommodating me even after their closing time, speeding up the order process, did an amazing make over, gave me discounts and whole lot more. Kudos to everyone working at Autocorrect Collision!

We were super impressed with the honesty and efficiency of autocorrect!! Our usual experience with auto body shops and mechanics are usually a hassle and always takes longer than expected. They were on the mark with the repair time frame and took care of it all A-Z from insurance claims and repairs. Van looks just like new! The communication was always prompt and they were so accessible and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!!

Absolute pleasure to work with. Brought my car in on Tuesday morning, they looked it over to see what they needed to order. By Wednesday afternoon the car was completely fixed. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best body shop in town (especially now that Szmidty joined the team). My wife was hit by another driver, they delivered a rental right to our door and towed her car to the shop .they go above and beyond. Call them for any needs and they will give you the best service. Highly recommend!!!

Shout out to Autocorrect for fixing my 23 Sentra after it was rear ended at a light . Car looks brand new again after they were finished and cant even tell that it was in an accident. Quick and easy service. Sol and Eli even went above and beyond to pick up the car from the accident for free. The car was fixed and back to me in less than a week super fast. Autocorrect did a great job on my car, but what stood out to me was the convenience they offer. I dreaded dragging my car to the shop, dealing with a rental, waiting a few days, and calling to see if it ready...I spoke to Chapler and he ordered me the fender right away. When it arrived to their shop, he arranged a time to fix it at my office the same day.After an hour, my car was like new!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had the body and paint work done on my car at Autocorrect. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. I had my car back within 2 days and it was even picked up and dropped off !! The paint job came out great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing service, and get the job done quickly. They don't hog your car like other places. We hit a deer, and brought our car in for evaluation. They ordered our parts and only called us in to bring our car once they had everything ready in the shop (about a week). An hour after we brought our car in it was all fixed up and good to go!
